The aim of this work was to find out and to evaluate the care of a mother and the brood of the Quinea pigs within 24 hours. Two groups of shorthaired Quinea pigs of the smooth breed were observed. The groups were composed of three females of the same age, where some of them were having brood. These individuals were filmed with a camera in a breeding facility. The video recordings were subsequently evaluated with using ethograms and after that with a verbal description of the mother's behavior while caring for her young animals. The recording of the different behavior in pre-prepared ethograms took 24-hours with one minute interval. This included also watching the breastfeeding, the coat caring of the brood, the female´s own feeding and drinking, the movements, the caring for their own hair, the rest (including the sleep), the lack of the interest in the young animals, and in one case also watching the interest of a mother in a dead young animal. In total, there were monitored three mothers in two steady groups. Where in the first group there was a mother (with brood) and two extra females. In the second group there were two mothers (with brood) with one extra female. The Guinea pigs belong to the animals that are caring for their brood since their birth. Throughout the observation period, no significant expelling of the young Guinea pigs was recorded. Until the breastfeeding was stopped, the mother looked after the brood with breastfeeding and with taking care of their coat. Even so, it was found out that most of the Quinea pigs are devoted to their own rest, which took them about half a day, 768 minutes (54 %). The breastfeeding took on average 170 minutes (12 %), however this care has ceased in the last observation. Taking care of the coat of the brood, which also has ceased in the last observation, took the females 15 minutes (1 %). Time spent with self feeding and drinking was 122 minutes (9 %). The female movements around the cage took on average of 306 minutes (21 %). The care for their own coat took 36 minutes (2 %). The expelling of the brood took on average 12 minutes (1 %).

This thesis deals with the issue of the divorce of parents and child custody where its objective is to analyze the legislation concerning the divorce of parents and related legal regulation of child custody in the Czech Republic. At the same time, another objective of the thesis is to point out the elementary differences and, on the contrary, find the same elements between legal regulation of the divorce and child custody in the Czech Republic and England. The first section of the thesis deals with the legal regulation concerning the divorce of parents and child custody in the Czech Republic. The first chapter is devoted to the definition of relevant institutes related to the subject of the thesis. The second chapter is focused on the enumeration and brief description of the source of law related to the divorce and child custody. The diploma thesis summarizes the current legislation regarding beekeeping in the Czech Republic. The thesis aims to provide the reader with a comprehensive overview of the legal regulations of beekeeping. The thesis itself is divided into two chapters. The former chapter describes the beekeeping legislation from the point of view of the private law and the latter from the point of view of the public law. The centerpiece law regarding the first chapter is the Civil Code. The Civil Code contains the adjustment of nuisance, neighbourly relations, swarm legislation and damages. From the public law standards, beekeeping is affected by the Law on Veterinary Care, the Phytosanitary Care Act, the Breeding Act, the Food Law, the Income Tax Act, the Law on Damages from Specially Protected Animals, and many others. The Veterinary Care Act, together with the implementing legislation, sets out procedures for combating honeybee diseases and the conditions for traveling with bees. The Phytosanitary Act contains provisions under which bees are protected from the effects of the use of substances viewed as threatening to them. 1 Abstract Diploma thesis: Legal regulation of the treatment of animals under human care This diploma thesis deals with legal regulation of the treatment of animals under human care at the national, international and European Union levels. It is systematically divided into four main chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of relevant animal protection concepts, in particular defines the difference between the concepts of animal, creature and wildlife, it also gives an overview of further categorization of animals such as experimental animals, farm animals, animals breed for hobby, handicapped animals, animals that need special care from human, wandering and deserted animals. In my second chapter, I attempted to outline the relationship between national and international law. Firstly is the diploma thesis devoted to presents five most important agreements adopted within Council of Europeat international level, then mentions the Universal Declaration for protection of animals adopted within the United Nations organizations. Kulturní památky se vyznačují specifickými znaky a hodnotami, díky nimž obohacují veřejnost a uspokojují její kulturně-výchovné potřeby. Tyto hodnoty jsou prospěchem, na základě kterého lze argumentovat ve prospěch podpory památek z veřejných zdrojů. Památky je třeba nejen finančně podporovat, ale také starat se o jejich ochranu, uchování a prezentaci, což je úkolem státní památkové péče. V poslední době se často hovoří o potřebě reformy této oblasti, což dokládají i vydané dokumenty zabývající se touto problematikou. Práce se zabývá rozborem těchto materiálů a hodnocením nejpodstatnějších aktuálních problémů. Praktická část diplomové práce je pak věnována státnímu zámku Konopiště, přibližuje jeho provoz, financování a především hospodaření objetku, zároveň poukazuje na problémy s nimiž se správa zámku potýká.

Zkoumání fyzických podmínek práce (prostorové uspořádání pracoviště, pracovní stůl, PC, židle, hluk, osvětlení, prašnost, teplota, apod.), péče o pracovníky (stravování, přísun tekutin, zaměstnanecké výhody) a sociálních podmínek práce (pracovní kolektiv, pracovní konflikty, pracovní úkoly a odpovědnost, styl řízení). Zjištění případných nedostatků a návrhy řešení.

Základem mé diplomové práce je vysvětlit hlavní principy systému sociální pomoci v ČR a popsat změny, které bylo nutné provést už od počátku 90. let. Sociální pomoc je velice důležitou oblastí sociální politiky každé země, protože řeší situace nouze hmotné a sociální tj. neschopnost zabezpečovat základní životní potřeby. Celý systém však musí být nastaven tak, aby na straně jedné jeho fungování přineslo pomoc sociálně potřebným, zabezpečilo dostatek sociálních služeb a jejich rozvoj a na straně druhé odstranilo zneužívání sociálních dávek a dotací.
