Diploma thesis objective Diploma thesis deals with the care about the employees. Theoretical part explains basic concepts of the labour law and personnel work in the small sized company. Company strategy is mapping situation in the education of employees, their motivation, appraisal and remuneration. Applied part of the thesis is focused on the health and safety at work and employees health care. There are analysed employee's amenities and benefits. This part includes also analysis of the working conditions related to the employment. In the last chapter there are summarized recommendation leading to the more efficient personnel system and employee safisfaction.

The main target of dissertation is to prepare recommendations and plan of investments for education in healthcare for paramedical professions. In the investigation, the emphasis will be on identifying critical points, ie. the determination of expertise for which the apparent insufficient supply of jobs on the labor market and discussions reasons. Another aim is to determine trends in education for paramedical positions in neighboring countries through systematic review. Other methods are survey, mathematical-statistical models (correlation, regression), CEA, CUA, etc.

The topic of my dissertation´s thesis is the implementation of the maintenance plans in protected small territories in Moravské Budějovice region. It concerns specifically six protected territories where the maintenance plans were created based on inventory researchs, professional materials and given information about the specific territories.

Medicinal products containing paracetamol and ibuprofen belong to this category among others. There were 2368 vendors of SMP in 2017 in the Czech Republic. Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis was to analyse time and local availability, financial affordability of SMP and to analyse safety of selling SMP outside pharmacies. Methods: The research was performed between 12th March 2018 and 16th March 2018 in regions: Chrudim, Hradec Kralove, Pardubice and Rychnov nad Kneznou. 50 vendors of SMP were selected from the database of State Institute for Drug Control regarding proportional representation on the market in the Czech Republic. Subject of research was a 24-year-old male demanding SMP to treat acute toothache. Obtained data were filled in a prepared form. Results were processed by means of descriptive statistics.
