The increasing costs of health care is becoming one of the main problems of Czech health care. The state has become a constant tendency to enter the health system as a result and its interventions (regulations) influence the behavior of its actors. The regulation is in the eyes of the state solution that can cope with so-called market failures, but the result is damage to the entire health care system. Therefore health care could inspire in animal health care, where almost no government regulation (except law) and the system is based on market behavior.

The master's thesis elaborates on the width of roles social media can play for beauty businesses. Major social channels predominantly used in beauty care marketing are identified and investigated, specifically in terms of their statistical importance, role within the social media strategy and potential for use in this particular industry. The practical part of the thesis deals with a case study regarding social media strategy in a specific area of the beauty care business -- professional hair care. The social media presence of the Henkel brands in question - Schwarzkopf Professional and Indola -- is analysed in comparison to their competition and recommendations are outlined with specific focus on CZ in their applicability. The given conclusions could be beneficial for many other beauty brands aiming to enhance their social media presence.

The graduation thesis is focused on the health of the economy . The aim of this work is to identify and evaluate regional differences in the availability of health care in the regions of the Czech Republic , which was achieved by using the data obtained from ÚZIS institute. Attention was focused on the availability of outpatient doctors, hospital doctors and hospital beds . This availability was evaluate on the basis of the density of the phenomenon in the every region. The thesis used the methods of statistical data analysis , comparison , synthesis of acquired knowledge and literature search and resources. In the area of outpatient care, there was found that the Czech Republic is from the 90s to increase of specialists at the expense of primary care. There were no significant regional differences in access to outpatient care. However, we find large disparities in hospital care. For districts with disturbing the availability of hospital care can mark the border counties Tachov and Jeseník.

The main topic of the thesis is the performance of the health system and its financing as its possible influence. It is based on studies Éric Tchouaketa et al., which assesses the performance of health systems 27 OECD countries, the study states that the best rated countries Australia, Finland, France, Japan, Norway and Sweden, while the Czech Republic lags significantly and is ranked among the States with limited performance health system. The issue that these studies have not addressed is the reason for these differences. The paper summarizes the methods of financing health systems in Finland, Norway and Sweden, which are then compared with the Czech Republic. A further deals with the performance itself, the way it used studies measure the performance and the performance influence.

The main content of the thesis is the financial analysis of a health care center providing the special service for patients with Alzheimer disease. Next to it the document contains as well the discussion over the whole issue of specific case of Alzheimer care and its sustainability.

At present, the promotion of health in significant changes. In my work I try to find out how the financing of health care facilities, respectively. hospitals in the Czech Republic, especially in the Pardubice region. The work shows how to manage individual county hospital and the problems they face. To fulfill its objective, it is used the most recent literature, legislation and financial statements hospitals. The main contribution of this work is a complete analysis of five acute care hospitals in the Region, as yet arisen document, which would thus comprehensively evaluate the economic situation of hospital care in this region. Based on the findings is then in the final part of the thesis evaluates the real state management of five acute care hospitals. Outlines the major problems in hospitals and nejich possible solution.

The master's thesis deals with the shift from visual to multisensory perception. In this context, it works with the concept of comfort, which it applies to both physical and mental aspects of the experience of visitors to art institutions. Creating a sense of comfort is important not only at the end of the process - that is, evoking that feeling in visitors - but also in the creative process. The work uses the environment of wellness (spa) resorts and is based on the growing popularity of relaxation facilities. It uses various clichés that are associated with this environment. Galleries and spa resorts are a leisure activity. Both environments offer care, although each in a different way. In the wellness resorts, others take care of our body. In a museum or gallery, they care more about the mental side, but we still feel that we have to make some effort so that we can be cared for in this way. The diploma thesis is a real, created space, the basic layout and equipment of which are inspired by the sauna. All objects in the space, but also its other "layers" acting on the senses of visitors serve to make people feel comfortable even in an environment that is in a sense inhospitable. Sauna benches invite you to sit down, stored bathrobes offer the feeling of luxury and instantly available care that we know from wellness resorts. The space is filled with the scent released from the diffuser. The last component of the space is the "meditation" audio, which accompanies visitors both in the real space in which it is located and in the abstract space of the scent.

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the benefits and complications of surgical treatment of refractory epilepsy. The criterion for the selection of patients was undergoing preoperative long-term monitoring. Information were obtained from six patients after 2-3 years r of surgery using the narrative interview and questionnaire QOLIE 89, which evaluates the quality of life. The interview was analyzed using grounded theory while the information obtained from questionnaire were used only as supplement and comparison of the results. Overall evaluation of questionnaire QOLIE 89 was in standard in five of six patients which is against the results obtained in interviews. Comparing risks and complications with benefits of surgical treatment of refractory epilepsy in the observed group was evaluate as problematic. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to introduce everyday life of children in institutional care in Czechoslovakia after 1948. The thesis is based upon interviews with former children and educators who were part of the institutional care, using the oral history method. Archival materials were also used as a source. The text describes the different aspects of life in institutional care: birthday parties, relationships between children, holidays, specifics of work in the institution, contact between the children and their biological families, education etc.

This diploma theses focuses on public space restoration. The model object for this theses is the chateau area in Ždár nad Sázavou. The thesis "Restoration of public space" creates a conceptual solution for the landmark of the garden art. The model object is the chateau complex in Ždár nad Sázavou. In the theore-tical part, specialized terms are defined for a better understanding of the given issue. The issue of green areas's restoration and specifics for its maintaining and development are also defined. Based on the scientific literature, the concept of the restoration is proposed. The analytical part is focused on field surveys's realization and its subsequent evaluati-on. The current state of the model territory was assessed for the needs of the proposal and created on the basis of green's passport and dendrological survey data. On the basis of collec-ted data the cultivation measures and the overall of vegetation elements's care in the chateau were proposed. In order to achieve the main aim of the thesis, conceptual solutions of individual areas of the chateau area were proposed. The assessment of the cost for the overall restoration is included. Furthermore, the project documentation, which should be proceeded during restoration, is elaborated. The compositional solution of contemporary space respects the requirements of nowadays and preserves the values of this place.
