The thesis is focused on the specifics of care for women with postpartum bleeding in intensive care. Part of this work are two segments, theoretical and empirical. The first segment focuses on the theoretical part, which lists the existing knowledge from literature approaching the issue of bleeding complications accompanying childbirth, especially postpartum period, when the lack of timely solution can endanger the woman's life. This section defines the terms postpartum bleeding, hemorrhagic shock, DIC, intensive care and severe postpartum bleeding complications. The work also focuses on nursing care for women with postpartum bleeding. The theoretical part is concluded postoperative nursing care. The second segment of the work is of empirical character. The main objective of this thesis was to investigate how the care provided to the ARO / ICU for women with problems postpartum bleeding. This part of the non-standardized using an anonymous questionnaire identifies issues of bleeding complications in postpartum period. This thesis is focused on the complex nursing care of patients colonized with the resistant microbial strains. In the theoretical section I describe the major events of the history, the current issue of the antibiotic treatment and the species of occurring resistant strains of microbes. It also deals with recommended procedures in the care for these patients, such as patient isolation, use of the protective equipment, handling of the biological material , individualization of the aids, handling of the linen and the principles of health care. It also includes preventing the spread of disease resistant strains of the microorganisms and patient recolonization. The empirical part consists of the quantitative research conducted at the University Hospital in Pilsen with the help of a questionnaire survey. The questionnaires will be distributed to the nurses in intensive care units without the single - patient box system. The aim of the research is to determine nurses' knowledge of the disease resistant microbial strains and the ways they create patient isolation. Evaluation questionnaires will provide the pieces of information to compare the individual practices and knowledge of nurses in intensive care units. This thesis deals with the development of education in anesthesiology and intensive care in the Czech Republic. The operational objective of the historical-theoretical thesis is to explore specialized education in the field of intensive care from its roots to the present. At the beginning of the thesis describes the development of the field of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, also are given information about the work of nurses, including their competencies in this field before the official introduction of specialized study. The following chapters are devoted specialized education from 1971 to 2013. Each of these chapters ends with a list of competencies of nurses, which are then compared. The thesis is the comparison of specialized study from 1971 to 2013. The thesis also deals with the development of the field paramedic and informs about current possibilities of specialization in intensive care and specialization at universities with their comparison.

This thesis deals with the issue of two today very important institutes, namely the registered partnership and the alternative family care. The aim of the thesis is to focus on areas where the two institutes overlap. Current registered partnership legislation contains some problematic provisions in relation to forms of alternative family care. The text of the thesis has focused on the description of these problem areas and try to outline possible future changes even in the context of the situation on the international level.

Disqualification of a governing body member and other persons from their positions in a business corporation Abstract The master thesis analyses the regulation of disqualification of directors and other persons from the management of a business corporation. The purpose of this study is to introduce in detail the grounds for disqualification and to define persons who might be disqualified based on each particular ground, moreover, to describe a scale of effects of a disqualification order and to deal with the consequences of acting while being disqualified. The attention is also drawn to several interpretative problems, which are construed. Additionally, the thesis reflects the regulation of the English Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 and the relevant English case-law. Except for the introductory part and the conclusion, the thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter looks briefly at the disqualification as such and its purpose. - Liability of governing bodies of limited companies The thesis deals with the liability of governing bodies of limited companies in the light of the recodification of private law. The given topic is becoming increasingly acute in the Czech legal environment, especially with regard to the codification of due diligence and the business judgment rule in the basic acts of private law, namely the Civil Code and the Business Corporations Act. The aim of this work is to provide a comprehensive insight into the problems of the concept of liability within the Civil Code and a view into the Business Corporations Act and the ensuing liability of governing bodies of limited companies. In the first chapter of this thesis, various key concepts, which are used and elaborated throughout this paper, are analyzed and defined. The concept of liability is analyzed in terms of a historical perspective - both from the so-called prospective and retrospective conception to the conception contained in the Civil Code. Parental care is one of the most successful strategies for providing offspring survival. There are differences in type of care between taxa. There are biparental care, maternal care, paternal care and alloparental care. Bees of the genus Ceratina are suitable model taxon for study of parental care evolution. There is a long time known maternal care and eusociality, in this genus. A species of the genus Ceratina, which has biparental care, is introduced in this thesis. Field experiments were performed from 2011 to 2013 in Podyjí National Park, especially in locality Havraníky heath. Four model species, which are occurring in the Czech Republic, were selected: C. chalybea, C. cucurbitina, C. cyanea and C. nigrolabiata. Artificial nesting opportunities were installed to the field site. Relationship between individuals in nests of C. nigrolabiata was examined by newly developed microsatellite loci. All studied species are solitary in nesting behavior. Their nest structure and nesting phenology is described. Guarding of full brood nest to adulthood of offspring is characteristic behavioral trait for Ceratina bees. This guarding is essential for offspring survival. This thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical section is devoted to adolescence, identity, gender identity and issues in formation of sexual identity in foster homes. The empirical part describes the process of research and summarizes the research results. The research was conducted in qualitative way. For this research was created semi- structured interview. Data were processed in several ways: non-parametric tests, Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney rank test; descriptive ways of creating a category or simple description of the phenomenon. The attention of research was mainly focused to the characteristics of a woman, men, boyfriend/girlfriend, me, mother and father. The results show differences between the experimental and the control group, especially in some characteristics relating to oneself within partnerships, award-winning fact to be someone within the relationship, the negative elements in the social representation of "Me". The research gives an insight on the issue. Its qualitative nature reveals the characteristics mentioned by respondents, rather than to seek confirmation of relationships. Master thesis is dealing with the influence of sport activity at burnout among nurses working in intensive care and resuscitation. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the empirical part. In the theoretical part we deal with burnout, its risk factors, symptoms and preventive measures. Other chapters are devoted to sports, primarily focused on the influence of sports activities on psychological stress and burnout. We also describe the possibilities of introducing sport activities to the workplaces. The main goal of our work is to determine whether there exists a relationship between sport activity and the risk of burnout. The research was carried out with the use of a quantitative questionnaire survey, which consisted of two parts. The first part contained questions related to burnout and was conducted using a validated MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory) questionnaire. The second part contained questions related to the leisure sports activities of nurses. Within Všeobecná fakultní nemocnice in Prague, Malvazinky rehabilitation clinic, hospital Mělník, Tanvald, Sedlčany and Neratovice were distributed 298 questionnaires to the nurses working on the resuscitation or intensive care departments.
