Objetivos: Avaliar o efeito de um programa de treinamento e destreinamento de nove semanas associado a uma dieta hipercalórica e hiperlipídica sobre a sensibilidade à insulina e tolerância à glicose, junto com a expressão de GLUT4 e TNF-a, e conteúdo de RNAm de Slc2a4, Tnf, Pgc1a no tecido muscular. Metodologia: Ratos Wistar de 3 meses de idade distribuídos em 8 grupos: C- controle sedentário; O- obeso sedentário; CE-controle exercício; CD-controle exercício destreinado; OE-obeso exercício; OD-obeso exercício destreinado. Os grupos C e O foram divididos em 2 subgrupos: C e O sacrificados aos 5 meses de idade, C7 e O7 aos 7 meses de idade... / Introduction: The mechanisms of installation and development of overweight and obesity as well as prevention have been extensively investigated, but many questions still need answers.
