Arendt´s ideology is developed during the Weimar republic and, after de second world war, on the USA and has strong relations with her project regarding the totalitarian elements of Marxism . Can be considered part of this project the books Between Past and Future, The Human Condition and On Revolution. Taking in account Hannah Arendt´s position towards reality, we intend to show the origins of Arendt s thought on her telos opposite to Marxism, socialism and, mainly, to the conscious control of the economy. The concrete position of the author, as a result, we intend to prove, is related at the same time with the German irrationalism and with the liberal-conservative tradition expressed in Toqueville and Burke mainly. So, finally, we analyze how she is next to religious atheism (analyzed by Lukács) when it comes to comprehend the arendtian narrative on the American and on the French Revolution. Both narratives are essential when we take on account that the author is opposed not only to the French revolution, but also to socialism, the Russian Revolution, and humam emancipation / Pretende-se mostrar como Hannah Arendt não pode simplesmente ser enquadrada na filosofia irracionalista tratada por Lukács em A Destruição da Razão, ao mesmo tempo em que é dependente dessa e, em seu tempo, renova a posição irracionalista associando a mesma com uma tônica fortemente politicista. Nisso, temas essenciais à análise imanente da ideologia arendtiana são aqueles da natalidade, da história e da revolução, os quais têm unidade dada, no essencial, em seu projeto intitulado elementos totalitários do marxismo . Este último dá ensejo às obras mais lidas da autora como Entre o Passado e o Futuro, A Condição Humana e Sobre a Revolução. Pretende-se mostrar, assim, como as posições da autora tem sua gênese em um ímpeto contrário ao marxismo, ao socialismo e ao controle consciente das condições de existência do homem. A função concreta desta ideologia, busca-se mostrar, relaciona-se tanto com tradição irracionalista da qual bebe em sua formação filosófica, quanto com conservadorismo liberal de autores como Toqueville. Nisso, Arendt opõe-se, com uma abordagem próxima ao ateísmo religioso analisado por Lukács, não só à Revolução Francesa, mas, sobretudo, à Revolução Russa e às formas de atividade voltadas à construção do socialismo e da emancipação humana

Our goal is to investigate the PCB primarily through its newsletter, the Voz da Unidade. You need to think about why the strategy of the PCB - see the common tasks between workers and bourgeois in the capitalist modernization of Brazil - have led the party to internal crises, decrease in the mass movement and success in the institutional field, with the maintenance of their pluriclassista vision, national and democratic. Through the subjects of Voz da Unidade, we investigate how the PCB, between 1980 and 1985, dealing with underlying issues such as the dubious relationship between the focus on institutions and their role in the social movement, dilemma between proposing a dialogue with the whole nation but still sustain symbols and a tradition of working class party. / Este trabalho tem como foco o período de redemocratização e distensão do regime militar brasileiro, em consonância com a implementação da auto-reforma da dominação burguesa no Brasil. Nosso objetivo é investigar o PCB prioritariamente através do seu informativo, o Voz da Unidade. É necessário pensar o porquê da estratégia do PCB – de enxergar tarefas em comum entre trabalhadores e burgueses para a modernização capitalista do Brasil – ter levado o partido a crises internas, decréscimo no movimento de massas e sucesso no campo institucional, com a manutenção de sua visão pluriclassista, nacional e democrática. Através das matérias do Voz da Unidade, investigamos de que maneira o PCB, entre 1980 e 1985, lidava com questões latentes, como a dúbia relação entre a aposta na institucionalidade e sua atuação no movimento social, dilema entre propor um diálogo com toda a nação mas ainda sustentar símbolos e uma tradição de partido da classe operária.

A city that has been marked by illegality housing, lack of infrastructure, high rates of violence, and low rates of human development, resulting by economic policies and privileging of industrial interests adopted in a local and national level, Diadema City has experienced shortages of basic infrastructure, the worst rates of human development of the State and intensive conflicts between social activists and landowners. With the achievement of the first PT city council in Brazil which lasted for three consecutive administrations from 1983 to 1996, thousands of workers who lived in Diadema yearned for the reform of the State with its apparatus for directing the popular demands. From the immanent analysis of meetings minutes of Diretório de Diadema; testimonies, newspaper items and documents produced by PT militants, government and non-governmental organizations on the performance of PT from 1983 to 1996, it was possible to find that although there had been a reversal of priorities in the budget allocation of the local government during the PT administrations in the city, it was consolidated the increasing alienation of the PT in relation to social struggles and adoption of graft in their strategies. It was evident that by adopting the graft strategy, the PT in Diadema increasingly incorporated neoliberal practices and began to assume an important role in the new period of Productive Restructuring in Brazil: inauthentic building consents, which expanded the precariousness of work, accommodation conflicts of capital and the development of industrial project, leveraging business in the city / Esta pesquisa teve por objeto analisar a atuação do Partido dos Trabalhadores em Diadema em face das demandas sociais, no período de 1983 a 1996, com destaque para as lutas por moradia. Cidade marcada pela ilegalidade habitacional, falta de infraestrutura, altos índices de violência e baixos índices de desenvolvimento humano, resultantes das políticas econômicas e de privilegiamento dos interesses industriais, adotadas em âmbito local e nacional, Diadema vivenciou intensos conflitos entre ativistas sociais e proprietários de terras. Com a conquista da primeira prefeitura petista no Brasil, que se estendeu por três administrações consecutivas, 1983 a 1996, milhares de trabalhadores residentes em Diadema, ansiavam pela reforma do Estado com direcionamento do seu aparato para as demandas populares. A partir da análise imanente das atas de reuniões do Diretório de Diadema, de depoimentos, de matérias de jornais e documentos produzidos pelos militantes petistas e organizações governamentais e não governamentais sobre a atuação petista, no período de 1983 a 1996, foi possível constatar que embora tenha havido uma inversão de prioridades na destinação orçamentária do governo municipal, durante as administrações petistas na cidade, consolidou-se o crescente afastamento do PT em relação às lutas sociais e adoção do politicismo em suas estratégias de atuação. Evidenciou-se que ao adotar a estratégia politicista, o PT em Diadema progressivamente incorporou as práticas neoliberais e passou a assumir um importante papel, em período de nova Reestruturação Produtiva no Brasil: a construção de consentimentos inautênticos, propiciando a ampliação da precarização do trabalho, acomodação de conflitos do capital e o desenvolvimento do projeto industrial, alavancando os negócios na cidade

The absorption by the state of the union trade movement and the Partido dos Trabalhadores and the objective relations that defined the capitalism, through the decade of 1990, characterized the peculiar way assumed by the work in the brazilian society. In this way, the brazilian neoliberalism got a different manner and content and revealed more an engagement of the state than a distance of the so called market power . With intense participation, the government of Fernando Collor de Mello and Fernando Henrique Cardoso implemented the new basis for the productive restructuring of the capital. This engagement Capital x State had as main content to the social organization of the production, the principles politics and the credits for the capital expansion and, fundamentally a new kind of capture of the work subjectivity. The Metallurgist Union Trade from 1990 ABC, so combative in the decade of 1980 and a deep class character abandon this profile and assume a new corporative sector manner dominating the Union Trade action propositive. The union trade neocorporatist , of propositive nature is assumed, fundamentally, after the IV (4 th) Congress of Central Única dos Trabalhadores in 1991 and developed by the Metallurgist Union Trade from ABC, main union trade of cutistas basis, and of the Automotive Sector Board (1992-1994). The new assumed abandoned this profile the practices to the basis and assume the neocorporatist and adherence to the negotiation with the government s companies. The substantive criticism to the political and economical order is replaced by negotiated content. The losses are absolutely bigger than the gains for the working class. The indices of unemployment of the period don t leave doubts about the role of the restructuring and about the tiny union trade influence in the changes in the sector and in the directions of economy. In our point of view, it is clear that the decade of 1990 was a period of several dimensions of the restructuring and that the Metallurgist Union Trade actions from ABC, following the guidelines of the Central Única dos Trabalhadores, assumed the propositivo profile, understood by us, a adherence to the state driven by the politicist bias / O objeto deste trabalho é a atuação do Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos do ABC na década de 1990, período da reestruturação produtiva e das suas novas dimensões do mundo do trabalho. A cooptação pelo Estado do movimento sindical e do Partido dos Trabalhadores e as relações objetivas que definiram o capitalismo, ao longo da década de 1990, caracterizaram a forma peculiar assumida pelo sindicalismo na sociedade brasileira. Assim, o neoliberalismo brasileiro adquiriu forma e conteúdo distintos como anel auto-perpetuador e revelou mais um engajamento do Estado do que um distanciamento das chamadas forças do mercado . Com intensa participação, o governo de Fernando Collor de Mello e o de Fernando Henrique Cardoso implementaram as novas bases para a reestruturação produtiva e para a reestruturação do capital. Esse engajamento Capital-Estado teve como principais conteúdos à organização social da produção, os princípios políticos e creditícios para a expansão do capital e, fundamentalmente, um novo tipo de captura da subjetividade do trabalho. O sindicalismo metalúrgico do ABC, tão combativo na década de 1980 e com profundo caráter classista, abandona esse perfil e assume uma nova lógica corporativa setorial denominado sindicalismo propositivo. O neocorporativismo sindical, de cariz propositivo, é assumido, fundamentalmente, após o IV Congresso da Central Única dos Trabalhadores em 1991 e desempenhado pelo Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos do ABC, principal sindicato da base cutista, e na Câmara Setorial Automotiva (1992-1994). O novo perfil assumido abandona as práticas junto à base e assume o cupulismo e a aderência às negociações junto às empresas e governo. A crítica substantiva à ordem política e econômica é substituída pelo conteúdo negociativo. As perdas são absolutamente maiores que os ganhos para a classe trabalhadora. Os índices de desemprego do período não deixam dúvidas sobre o papel da reestruturação e sobre a ínfima influência sindical nas mudanças do setor e nos rumos da economia. Para nós, fica claro que a década de 1990 foi o período das múltiplas dimensões da reestruturação e que o Sindicalismo Metalúrgico do ABC, seguindo as orientações da Central Única dos Trabalhadores, assumiu uma posição caudatária da lógica politicista, entendido por nós, como aderência do Estado não acenando para uma lógica onímoda do trabalho
