(in English): This work deals with the representation of the SDG in political party programs for elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic in 2013 and 2017. Specifically, the parties are ANO, Civic Democratic Party, Pirate Party, Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia and Czech Social Democratic Party. In the theoretical part, through the Agenda theory, was discussed the process of forming a political agenda at national and international level. Furthermore, the concept of sustainable development is explained, including the development it has undergone historically. Then the position of electoral programs in political discourse is described. The description of the methodology is followed by a chapter devoted to analysis, where the analysis processes are described in detail, including a detailed description of the findings. In the following chapter, the results of the analysis are interpreted and, at the end, all findings are discussed and confronted with other research as well as the limits of this work.

Diplomová práce se věnuje vývoji Španělska z pohledu politického a ekonomického od roku 1986, kdy země vstoupila do Evropských společenství, jeho mezinárodnímu postavení a pozici především v rámci Evropy, doplněné o charakteristiku změn v právním řádu země, převážně ve španělském obchodním právu.

Tato práce zkoumá vzájemné vazby mezi kulturou, společenskými normami a principy, sociální diversifikací a politikou Mexika. Jejím hlavním cílem je určení, do jaké míry se latinskoamerická kultura promítá do politického vývoje Mexika. Při charakteristice mexické kultury vychází z výzkumů Geerta Hofstedeho a jeho kulturních dimenzí. Odpovídá na otázku, co vedlo k tomu, že politický vývoj Mexika byl zcela odlišný od vývoje ostatních zemí latinskoamerické kultury. Analyzuje kulturní podmíňenost faktorů, které zapřičinily to, že Mexiku vládla po sedm desetiletí jediná politická strana ? Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI), aniž by se jednalo o diktaturu. Dochází k závěru, že tato nevídaná stabilita není v rozporu s kulturními dimenzemi, ale že PRI dokázala vhodně využít kulturně daný charakter mexické společnosti, vyznačující se vysokou mírou sociální diversifikace. Vytvořila specifický politický systém, v dané kultuře fungující. K jeho změně pak docházelo postupně, s tím jak se proměňoval charakter mexické společnosti. V souvislosti s dynamickým vývojem mexické společnosti následně předpovídá změny kulturních dimenzí.

Předmětem práce je přechod k demokracii a konsolidace demokracie v Chile. Výchozím bodem je politický systém Chile před rokem 1973. Nejprve jsou hledány příčiny politické a ústavní krize v roce 1973, zejména ty, které jsou zakotveny v ústavě z roku 1925. Jádrem práce je posouzení změn v konfiguraci politického systému Chile po roce 1989.U konkrétních parametrů systému (forma vlády, volební systém, stranický systém atp.) je zjišťováno, zda v nich nový politický systém navazuje na politický systém před rokem 1973, či na autoritářský režim, tedy zda je v novém politickém systému patrné poučení z minulého vývoje.

Práce se zabývá analýzou polské politiky ve vztahu k polskému členství v Evropské unii. Snahou je vymezit způsob, jakým se politické strany vymezují vůči EU, a dále otázky, které jsou klíčové z hlediska jejich profilace ve vztahu k EU. Vymezené otázky jsou zasazeny do hlubšího kontextu vývoje polského politického a stranického systému i analýzy klíčových otázek ve vztahu politiky Polska vůči EU.

The goal of the thesis "Mexico -- strategic partner of the EU in Latin America (situation, problems and future of the relations)" is the analysis of mutual relations of the European Union and the United States of Mexico on the basis of the Agreement on Economic Partnership, Political Coordination and Cooperation (Global Agreement). The first part of the thesis deals with historical development of relations EU -- Mexico in the context of european-latinamerican relations. The term strategic partnership and the motives of both partners for closer cooperation are defined. The Agreement is analysed as well. In the second part, the relations, three pillars of the Agreement are analysed. Text deals with trade, political dialogue format and with a lot of programs and projects of development cooperation. In the third part there is a final synthesis of information received. The current situation of relations is described, as well as successes achieved during eleven years of the Agreement and problems impeding more intensive development of their relations. A particular attention is payed to dialogue with the civil society which is considered insufficient. On the basis of information obtained the author tries to estimate possible future development of the relations EU -- Mexico. The first hypothesis claiming that the Global Agreement hasn't reached its potential was proved. The second hypothesis claiming that in spite of intensive development of the relations EU -- Mexico in the last decade, the United States of America persistently and undoubtedly dominate especially in the external economic relations of Mexico was proved as well. It means, Mexico wasn't able to diversificate these relations to such extent so as to reduce dominant position of the USA in this context.

The direct election of the president is political, politological and also constitutional-legal topic which has already accompanied for many years. It appears always in connection with the presidential elections, but also as a part of the parliamentary election campaign. February 2012 interrupted the regularity and direct presidential election was approved. What this step will have impact on functioning of the Czech political system, will turn up in 2013 when the authority will take the first Czech president elected in direct elections. But the majority of constitutional lawyers and political scientists agree that the introduction of direct elections in the Czech Republic is not solving the existing problems, and therefore they express fears how the chase will affect the functioning of the system as a whole. The thesis deals with the development of local government in the village of Horni Cerekev. The work is conceived as a case study. Thematic framework for the work starts in 1990 and continues to the present. The work depicts Individual municipal elections as an element shaping the local political environment and summarizes the development of the political scene in relation to local government. The introductory part describes the basic theoretical background of the local rural area of the municipality. The work is based on political science theory. The work also defines the context and specificity of municipal elections, the basic characteristics of the typology of the political scene municipalities, mayor types including municipal systems. The theoretical part sets the basis for the practical part. Describing the socio-economic indicators of the village continues in the practical part of the work focusingon on semi-structured interviews to evaluate the local political scene, principles of functioning of local party system and identification of political participants.

Despite the transformation of party systems both at the national and sub-national political decision-making levels of politics, the hallmark of local political life of the municipality of Blovice city is a relative stability of the local party system. This fact is the basis of the Master thesis which aims to assess the nature of the electoral behavior of the local electorate in the elections to the municipal council with the ambition to evaluate the utility of the theory that is based on locally contextual interpretation. Partial objectives of the thesis that contribute to the main goal are the following: a description of the results of elections that are decisive for a development of the party system of Blovice city, a description of variables that underlie the permanent electoral support for the Civic Democratic Party (ODS) and the characteristics of electoral behavior of the local electorate. Thesis will be designed as a case study. A research will be based on voting decisions of electorate of Blovice city. The objects of the research will be the voters who participate in the elections to the municipal council and representatives of local politics and territorial autonomy. Value attitudes and voting behavior of voters will be assessed on the basis of data obtained by questionnaire. Electoral support of parties will be evaluated on the basis of data from unstructured interviews with local politicians (especially those from the party ODS). A local political life and in particular the election results will be described thanks to data published by the Czech Statistical Office (available on www.volby.cz).
