The subject of the diploma thesis is a business plan, which consists of the establishment of a new company with its own nut products. The first chapter contains the theoretical background of the thesis concerning the business and the established analytical methods. The second part deals with the analysis of the current situation of the external and internal environment of the company, with the application of marketing research. The third part is devoted to the development of a specific business plan, using the knowledge from previous chapters.

This master’s thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation of the internationally operating company Kiwi s.r.o. and suggestions for its improvement. After the introduction into this thesis, I will determine the main goal together with the sub-goals to which I will aim. In the next part, I will focus on the theoretical basis from which all of the chosen methods of financial analysis are based on. Subsequently, using these methods, I can evaluate in the analytical part, what is the financial position of Kiwi s.r.o. And after that in the last part, based on my data, I will present proposals to improve the financial situation.

This master‘s thesis deals with the evaluation of the business performance and financial situation of the company DTS Vrbenský, a.s. in the years 2015 to 2019 using selected methods of business performance analysis. The work focuses mainly on intercompany comparison of performance. In addition to the outputs from the company's benchmarking, the work also contains processed strategic analyzes. Based on the performed analyzes, the weaknesses of the company are identified and solutions are proposed to improve the current situation.

The subject of the diploma thesis „Performance evaluation of a company“ is to analyze performance of a company providing travel services in global market. The theoretical part defines basic concepts and methods of performance evaluation. The analytical part is focused on analysis of the activities including comparasion of financial indicators with competitors in global martket and suggestions for improvments. The final part includes project, which should increase the overal performance of the company.

The main aim of Diploma Thesis is management system analysis and sugestion of chosen company, according to a management functions. Strategic analysis is a part of company analysis. It includes the proposals and recommendations of management system which gives a support for a company position at the market and helps to improve company economic result.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest new organization structure in the industry company, the main is to focus on individual organization components and to specify goals, which would be achieved by this restructure. The proposal of new enterprise organization structure is made on basics of analysis of present situation in company, provided information and internal sources from employees and Management Company. In scope of this diploma thesis I suggested new organization structure, which faces to improve of its efficiency – decreasing of costs and increasing of productivity.

On the beginning of the work are defining condition of market, general and departmental environs. Is valorizing a existing situation in this area. It will be proposing the complete business plan with financial rated.

My graduation thesis deals with the questions of opening a new youth hostel. The objective of my thesis is to create the company which runs a hostel. The first part contents theoretic introduction to the problems and definitions of the esential concepts. The other part concerns application of the theory of setup new business in practice - processing a business plan and analysis of competition.
