Parte da compreensão da Governança da água como domínio complexo, de caráter teórico-prático inter e transdisciplinar, ao requerer a participação integrada de diversas disciplinas na reflexão das questões atinentes à gestão das águas, tanto quanto de outros atores do próprio campo científico e da sociedade. Utiliza como referencial teórico-conceitual conceitos de campo (Pierre Bourdieu) e de domínio do conhecimento (Birger Hjørland e Hanne Albrechtsen). Emprega os conceitos de rede social e de prática informacional como elementos operacionais na análise empreendida no campo empírico da pesquisa. Apresenta a composição do campo empírico por meio da identificação dos critérios de seleção dos grupos de pesquisa, dos pesquisadores e dos artigos científicos. Indica a pesquisa documental e a entrevista roteirizada como os métodos utilizados para coleta de dados. Adota, para análise dos dados, as metodologias qualitativa e de análise de redes sociais. Conclui que as dinâmicas e os processos de produção, mediação e apropriação de conhecimentos no domínio do conhecimento da Governança da água devem extrapolar as fronteiras disciplinares da organização do conhecimento como uma alternativa na abordagem crítica de fenômenos complexos. / This thesis investigates the process of knowledge production and informational practices in research groups in the knowledge domain and the scientific field of Water Governance, through the configurations of the researchers' networks. It stems from the understanding of Water Governance as a complex domain, composed of a theoretical and practical character that is interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity, by requiring the integrated participation of several disciplines in the reflection of issues related to water management, as well as other actors in the scientific field and society. It is theoretically-conceptually framed by the concept of field (Pierre Bourdieu) and knowledge domain (Birger Hjørland and Hanne Albrechtsen). It uses the concepts of social network and informational practice as operational elements in the analysis undertaken in the empirical field of research. It is empirically based on the identification of selection criteria for research groups, researchers and scientific articles. It utilizes documentary research and scripted interview as methods of data collection. It adopts, for data analysis, qualitative methodologies and social networks analysis. It concludes that the dynamics and processes of production, mediation and appropriation of knowledge in the knowledge domain of Water Governance must extrapolate the disciplinary boundaries of knowledge organization as an alternative in the critical approach to complex phenomena.

Tracking and accelerating innovation at the early stages of development : Praxeological perspective on exploratory projects: Case study of an OEM

This master thesis aims to enhance the understanding of innovation processes at the early stages of development and grant praxeological perspective on exploratory projects. Firstly, it provides a bibliographic overview of the previously conducted research within the Innovation Studies field. It discusses innovation systems, institutions and networks, examines the linkage between innovation and knowledge and defines the specificities of the Natural Resource-Based Industries, which constitutes the context of the present study. Then, an analysis on the most popular, within academia and industry, innovation tracking methodologies, their strengths and weaknesses is carried out. The output seeks to contribute with knowledge and assess the available systems. The thesis is anchored in an embedded case study at an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of heavy machinery for NRBIs and aims to identify the company’s challenges and activities in relation to innovation, as well as possible correlation between them. For this purpose, the research bridges theoretical models on exploratory projects, ambidexterity, Design Thinking (DT) and conceptualization of entrepreneurial management. Findings show that (i) Stevenson’s model of conceptualization of Entrepreneurial Management can be adapted and applied effectively to Innovation Management, (ii) the relationship between exploratory and New Product Development (NPD) projects is more of a parallel, interdependent and overlapping nature rather than linear and sequential and (iii) there is a linkage between the identified challenges and activities. The latter shall (a) serve as a starting point for scholars to carry out further research in the field of Innovation Studies and (b) navigate practitioners through tracking and accelerating innovation at the early stages of development. / Denna masteruppsats syftar till att förbättra för innovationsprocesser i de tidiga utvecklingsstadierna och ge en praxeologisk synvinkel på utforskande projekt. Först ges en bibliografisk översikt över tidigare forskning inom innovationsstudier. Den diskuterar innovationsystem, institutioner och nätverk, undersöker kopplingen mellan innovation och kunskap och definierar särdragen för naturresursbaserade industrier, vilket utgör kontexten för den aktuella studien. Därefter genomförs en analys av de mest populära innovationsuppföljningsmetoderna inom både akademi och industri, deras styrkor och svagheter. Resultatet syftar till att bidra med kunskap och utvärdera tillgängliga system. Uppsatsen är förankrad i en ingående fallstudie hos en originalutrustningstillverkare (OEM) av tunga maskiner för naturresursbaserade industrier och syftar till att identifiera företagets utmaningar och aktiviteter i relation till innovation, samt eventuella samband mellan dem. För detta ändamål kopplar forskningen samman teoretiska modeller om utforskande projekt, ambidextri, Design Thinking (DT) och konceptualisering av entreprenöriellt ledarskap. Resultaten visar att (i) Stevensons modell för konceptualisering av entreprenöriellt ledarskap kan anpassas och tillämpas effektivt på innovationsledning, (ii) relationen mellan utforskande projekt och utveckling av nya produkter (NPD) är mer av en parallell, ömsesidigt beroende och överlappande karaktär snarare än linjär och sekventiell, och (iii) det finns ett samband mellan de identifierade utmaningarna och aktiviteterna. Det senare ska (a) utgöra en utgångspunkt för forskare att genomföra ytterligare forskning inom innovationsstudier och (b) hjälpa praktiker att följa och påskynda innovation i de tidiga utvecklingsstadierna.

Cette recherche se situe dans le cadre de la théorie anthropologique du didactique (TAD) dont elle utilise la notion de parcours d’étude et de recherche (PER) ainsi que le modèle des praxéologies. La problématique étudiée est celle de la détermination d’éléments de l’équipement praxéologique d’un enseignant, utiles pour la réalisation du projet de mise en œuvre d’un PER monodisciplinaire et finalisé par l’étude des programmes de mathématiques français en vigueur durant la période 2013-2015. Nous étudions les conditions et contraintes influant sur le processus de transposition didactique interne que conduisent deux enseignants, depuis l’appropriation d’un document qui leur est fourni, et dans lequel sont décrites les organisations mathématiques et didactiques visées, jusqu’à la réalisation didactique dans la classe. Cette enquête développe une étude clinique, permettant l’analyse des dimensions des praxéologies didactiques que ces enseignants activent, dans lesquelles apparaissent leurs rapports personnels aux mathématiques, à leur enseignement et leur apprentissage et au métier d’enseignant. Celles-ci, confrontées à l’étude de l’équipement praxéologique d’un troisième enseignant offrant des conditions favorables à la réalisation d’un PER, mettent en évidence un modèle épistémologique dominant et révèlent des besoins infrastructurels mathématiques et didactiques. / The framework of this research is the anthropological theory of the didactic (ATD), from which it uses the notion of a study and research path (SRP) as well as the model of praxeology. It studies the determination of the elements of a teacher’s a praxeological equipment which is considered useful in the implémentation of a monodisciplinary SRP, for the French mathematics programs’ teaching beetween 2013-2015. The study is divided into two related questions. Firstly, which didactic praxeologies could be regarded as useful to achieve the objectives of the project under consideration ? Secondly, what is likely to explain the difficulties encountered in the diffusion and reception of such didactic praxeologies with teachers ? We study the conditions and constraints on the internal didactic transposition’s process that two teachers undertook starting from the appropriation of a provided document, describing the targeted mathematical and didactic organizations, up to its implementation in the classroom. This inquiry develops a clinical study, allowing to analyze the dimensions of the didactic praxeologies activated by teachers, in which their personal relations to mathematics, and to mathematics teaching and learning and to the teaching profession arise. These didactic praxeologies, when confronted with the study of the third teacher’s appropriate praxeological equipment, highligth a dominant epistemological model and reveal needs for the development of mathematical and didactic infrastructures.
