Faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskan som handledare / Factors affecting the nurse as a tutorClaesson, Anna, Ohlsson, Lena January 2014 (has links)
Den viktigaste delen i en handlednings situation är det pedagogiska samtalet och att kontrollera kunskaperna kring en omvårdnadshandling. Frågan är hur handledarna upplever sin situation och vilka möjligheter som finns för att kunna uppfylla kraven på optimalt handledarskap. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva vilka faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskan som handledare. Studien genomfördes som en systematisk litteraturstudie med analys av 10 speciellt utvalda artiklar. I resultatet framkom tre olika problemkategorier. Kategori 1 är hinder på vårdenheten som kan innebära brist på tid till handledning. Kategori 2 är bristande stöd från vårdenheten, från högskolan, från kollegor eller lärare. Kategori 3 innefattar otillräckliga kunskaper och erfarenheter vilket kan resultera i brist på bekräftelse. Ytterligare forskning kring handledning och faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskan som handleder behövs. Många av handledarna på vårdenheterna upplever stor osäkerhet kring handledningsprocessen och att stödet till handledare är bristfälligt. Trots att kraven på handledarna under verksamhetsförlagd utbildning ökar finns idag inga nationella krav eller riktlinjer kring vilken utbildning som är lämplig. Tydliga krav och regler som är väl förankrade i verksamheten skulle vara ett bra verktyg till att stödja handledaren i deras roll. / The most important factors in a tutorial session are the pedagogic discussions and making sure that the students have adequate knowledge for the nurse case under study. However, the question is how the tutors experience their situation and what resources and support they consider to be of importance in order to meet the demands for an optimum tutorial service. The aim of this study was to study factors affecting the nurse in the role as a tutor. The method was a systematic literature review and final detailed analysis of 10 specially selected articles. The results showed that there are three different categories of problems. Category 1 includes obstacles within the nurse ward resulting in lack of time for nurses to perform tutorial activity. Category 2 problems are insufficient support from the health care unit, from the Nurse School, from colleagues or teachers. Category 3, finally, includes inadequate knowledge and experience from the tutor which may result in lack of acknowledgment. More studies on the nurse as a tutor and factors affecting the nurse in the tutorial role are needed. Many of the nurses on the health care units and wards are not feeling comfortable with the tutorial process, the support for the supervision being inadequate. Despite the increasing demands on the tutors during clinical education increases there are currently no national standards or guidelines that show what training is appropriate. Distinct demands and roles, deeply rooted in practical work, would be a god tool supporting the tutors in their teaching supervision. .

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka och beskriva sjuksköterskors uppfattning om omvårdnadshandledning av sjuksköterskestudenter. Fokusgruppsintervjuer valdes som metod. Nitton sjuksköterskor deltog i intervjuerna. Materialet bearbetades. Två huvudkategorier formulerades: Egenskaper och Kompetens med ett övergripande tema: Handledningens kvalitet. I resultatet av intervjuerna framkom faktorer som har betydelse för en god handledning och utveckling av handledarrollen: handledarens- studentens och organisationens egenskaper samt pedagogisk- yrkes och social kompetens. Det framkom att viktiga kvaliteter både hos handledare och student är intresse och motivation samt ett gemensamt ansvar för studenternas lärande. Det efterfrågas faktorer som tid och acceptans för handledning från organisationen. En professionell sjuksköterska som är en bra förebild för studenten och har en god pedagogisk kompetens är bra handledare. För att kunna utvecklas i sin handledarroll efterlyser sjuksköterskorna feedback från sina studenter. Uppfattningen var att det är roligt att vara handledare och att det är en tillfredsställelse att lyckas föra en människa framåt i sitt lärande. / The preceptor is a key person in the students development to professional nurses. The purpose with this study was to examine and describe how nurses thinking of the preceptor ship for nurse students. Focus group interviews were chosen as method. Nineteen nurses participated in the interviews. The interviews were analysed. Two main categories were developed: Characteristics and Competence with a comprehensive theme regarding the nurses understanding of the quality of preceptor ship. The result of interviews showed factors of significance for the quality and development of the preceptor ship role: the preceptor, students and the organisations characteristics as well as pedagogical, professional and social competence. It was made clear that the interest and motivation as well as a mutual responsibility for the students learning is important qualities for both the preceptor and the student. Preceptors requested factors such as time and acceptance for preceptor ship from the organisation. A good preceptor is a professional nurse that is a good model for students and has a well developed pedagogical competence. To be able to develop one’s role as a preceptor, nurses are making inquiries about feedback from their students. The opinion of the preceptors was that it is amusing to be a preceptor and that it is satisfactory to succeed in leading a human forward in her development.

I kompetens beskrivningen står det att sjuksköterskan ska medverka vid handledning, undervisning och bedömning av nya sjuksköterskor. Som sjuksköterska/ handledare är du ansvarig för patientsäkerheten och avgör om den som handleds har tillräckligt goda kunskaper att utföra vårdhandlingar. Tidigare studier visar att brist på tid, brist på stöd, bristande erfarenheter och kunskaper har stor betydelse för att kunna ge en bra handledning. Frågan är hur vi kan påverka handledarna till att kunna ge ett bättre handledarskap. Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva anestesisjuksköterskans upplevelser av att handleda studenter. Resultatet bygger på intervjuer som analyserats med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. I resultatet framkommer 3 kategorier: utvecklande, behov av samarbete och behov av kompetens. Handledarna tycker att det är roligt, stimulerande och lärorikt med studenter. Handledarna har bra stöd från högskolan och huvudhandledarna gällande utbildningens uppgifter och mål för studenterna. Trots att de flesta inte har handledarutbildning känner de sig trygga i rollen som handledare. Tiden som finns för handledning och reflektion för studenterna är fortfarande otillräcklig och önskemål finns om mer avsatt tid vilket skulle gynna studenternas utveckling i deras yrkesroll. Ytterligare forskning kring handledning och anestesisjuksköterskors upplevelser av att handleda studenter behövs då många studier påtalar brister i och kring handledningsprocessen. / The competence description says that nurses will be involved in tutoring, teaching, and assessment of new nurses or colleagues. As a nurse/ supervisor, you are responsible for patient safety and determine if the mentee has sufficient knowledge to perform nursing actions. Previous studies show that lack of time, lack of support and lack of experience and knowledge is of great importance to be able to give a good supervision. The question is how we can influence the supervisors to be able to provide better supervision. The purpose of this study is to describe the nurse anesthetist experience of tutoring students. The results are based on interviews which were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The result shows three categories: development, the need for cooperation and the need for expertise. The supervisors think it is fun, stimulating and instructive with students. The supervisors have good support from the university and main facilitators regarding the training tasks and goals for the students. Although most do not have supervisors they feel safe in the role of supervisor. The time available for instruction and reflection for students is still too small and desires are about dedicating more time to the benefit of the students' development in their professional role. Further research into the guidance and anesthesia nurses' experiences of tutoring students needed because many studies complain of short comings in and around the tutoring process.

Previous issue date: 2016 / Mestrado Profissional em Ensino na Saúde / No contexto atual, o Ministério da Saúde organizou uma grande estratégia, a fim de qualificar as Redes de Atenção Materno-Infantil em todo o País com o objetivo de reduzir as taxas de morbimortalidade. Dessa forma, a puericultura efetiva-se como ação fundamental, na atenção básica de saúde pelo acompanhamento periódico e sistemático das crianças para avaliação de seu crescimento e desenvolvimento. A puericultura é uma assistência de saúde aonde o profissional realiza um acompanhamento da criança saudável em uma fase da vida onde o ser humano se encontra mais vulnerável. Ao pensar na formação do enfermeiro para cuidar de crianças seja em
hospitais, em unidades básicas de saúde, escolas ou creches, tal temática é imprescindível e atual,
tendo em vista que os modelos de consulta de enfermagem delimitam espaços físicos, materiais
específicos e condições de segurança à clientela. O enfermeiro-preceptor possui fundamental
importância no processo de formação do aluno, tendo que possuir um perfil diferenciado do meio
acadêmico com uma posição aonde o mesmo insere e socializa novos profissionais no campo
pratico de trabalho. Demonstrando compromisso com o processo de ensino e de aprendizado do
desenvolvimento prático, onde o estudo nos contempla com uma temática inovadora e relevante, tendo em vista a dificuldade do pesquisador utilizar todos os descritores relacionado ao tema conjugados, foi necessário realizar uma pesquisa de maneira fragmentada, onde houve conjugação de 2 a 3 descritores, mesmo assim foram encontrados poucos artigos que englobando a temática. O estudo tem como objetivo evidenciar a Consulta de Enfermagem em Puericultura como tecnologia na preceptoria. Foi desenvolvido um estudo qualitativo, descritivo, com abordagem sociopoética. Realizou-se oficinas que aconteceram em um espaço de atividade educativa, existente no Ambulatório Escola, tivemos a participação de 5 enfermeiros, 2 que atuam no cenário ambulatorial e 3 da ESF, a princípio seriam nove mas 4 não puderam participar devido férias, licença médica e compromisso particular. Os que participaram realizam e/ou realizaram consultas de enfermagem em puericultura em cenários distintos, 5 unidades ESF (Estratégia Saúde da Família) e um Ambulatório Escola (AMBE) da região serrana do estado do Rio de Janeiro. Questão norteadora que foi abordada em uma das oficinas, utilizando o método "Lugares Geomiticos", uma das técnicas da sociopoética: “Se a Consulta de Enfermagem em Puericultura fosse (exemplo) um poço como seria esse poço?” e assim sucessivamente com os outros lugares escolhidos pelas participantes. O estudo conforme exigência obteve a liberação do comitê de ética, sob nº parecer 1.326.808, CAAE: 49067415.5.00005245. Diante das falas do grupo pesquisador foi procedida análise categorial temática, na qual as falas foram sendo agrupadas por similaridade, assim as categorias emergiram para posterior análise. São essas as seguintes categorias: 1- Valorização profissional, através do reconhecimento da Consulta de Puericultura realizada pelo Enfermeiro na preceptoria; 2-Interferência do cenário de atuação, na realização da CEP na preceptoria; 3-Cultura do modelo biomédico presente na comunidade,
interferindo na adesão. Obtivemos como conclusão questões que divergem na pratica dos
enfermeiros-preceptores, onde o cenário se torna significativo para um bom desempenho dos discentes diante a CEP, fez-se necessário compreender e descrever essa atividade, buscando tê-la como tecnologia educacional, onde os confetos foram intensificados, evidenciando fatores que interferem na realização e reconhecimento da CEP trazidos pelo GP e assim dando visibilidade a identidade profissional / In the current context, the Ministry of Health organized a great strategy in order to qualify the

The nurse-teacher is of fundamental importance in the student's education process, having to have a different profile from academia to a position where it enters and socializes new professionals in the practical field work.
