A TV Cultura de São Paulo e a produção de documentários (1969-2004) / TV Cultura of São Paulo and documentary production (1969-2004)

Flavio de Souza Brito 20 March 2009 (has links)
The general purpose of this research is to undertake a historical approach of the documentary production of TV Cultura de São Paulo between 1969 and 2004, trying to establish conceptual clippings and thematic axis for its analysis. From testimonies records and collection analysis, evaluation of the path of professionals who worked for the TV broadcaster and their relationship with the São Paulo (and Brazilian) Documentary history during that period was pursued. Highlighting the peculiarities of a public cultural and educational TV broadcaster based on diversified sources, the specific objectives refer to the surveying and systematization activities of the works and information available on them, producing or providing access to documents, information and reflections relevant for researchers in this field.

Zvýšení efektivity montážního pracoviště / Efficiency increasing of assembly cell

Dvořák, Radim January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with increasing the efficiency of the assembly workplace (production line). Thesis gradually discusses with lean production, their basic methods and the EURO VI emission standard, which is closely related to the produced product. In the main part, an analysis of the current state is performed with the help of the above-mentioned methods and a proposal of solutions to ensure efficiency. On the base of these findings, the automation of the test station is proposed, including a 3D model, drawing documentation, phases of implementation and real cost calculations with a final assessment of efficiency, return of investments and risk analysis. The second elaborated complementary variant deals with the ergonomics of the production line and includes a 3D model of newly designed tables, real calculations and final economic evaluation.

Beauchemin, Jessika 08 1900 (has links)
Recycled manure solid bedding (RMS) is used on Canadian farms as an alternative to conventional straw bedding. RMS is obtained by extracting the solid fraction of dairy cow manure, sometimes followed by maturation. However, the microbiological characteristics of this bedding are poorly documented. This study allowed the description of the microbiota and microbiological characteristics of RMS compared to straw and assessed the impact of the RMS production methods on its microbiota. The results of the microbiota analyses demonstrated that the richness and diversity of the microbiota in unused RMS were different from unused straw. Unused RMS and used RMS possessed more similar microbial diversity compared to the microbial diversity between unused and used straw. Moreover, the different RMS production methods did not influence the richness of the microbiota but influence its composition. The RMS production method using separation followed by heap maturation had a lower bacterial load than production method using separation followed by box maturation. Finally, RMS contained more Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella spp than straw bedding. This leads to the conclusion that RMS bedding currently produced on farms in Eastern Canada, clearly constitute a greater microbiological risk as compared to straw bedding.

A Treatise on the Geometric and Electronic Structure of Clusters : Investigated by Synchrotron Radiation Based Electron Spectroscopies

Lindblad, Andreas January 2008 (has links)
<p>Clusters are finite ensembles of atoms or molecules with sizes in the nanometer regime (<i>i.e.</i> nanoparticles). This thesis present results on the geometric and electronic structure of homogeneous and heterogeneous combinations of atoms and molecules. The systems have been studied with synchrotron radiation and valence, core and Auger electron spectroscopic techniques.</p><p>The first theme of the thesis is that of mixed clusters. It is shown that by varying the cluster production technique both structures that are close to that predicted by equilibrium considerations can be attained as well as far from equilibrium structures.</p><p>Electronic processes following ionization constitute the second theme. The post-collision interaction phenomenon, energy exchange between the photo- and the Auger electrons, is shown to be different in clusters of argon, krypton and xenon. A model is proposed that takes polarization screening in the final state into account. This result is of general character and should be applicable to the analysis of core level photoelectron and Auger electron spectra of insulating and semi-conducting bulk materials as well.</p><p>Interatomic Coloumbic Decay is a process that can occur in the condensed phases of weakly bonded systems. Results on the time-scale of the process in Ne clusters and mixed Ar/Ne clusters are herein discussed, as well observations of resonant contributions to the process. In analogy to Auger <i>vis-à-vis</i> Resonant Auger it is found that to the ICD process there is a corresponding Resonant ICD process possible. This has later been observed in other systems and by theoretical calculations as well in subsequent works by other groups.</p><p>Delocalization of dicationic valence final states in the hydrogen bonded ammonia clusters and aqueous ammonia has also been investigated by Auger electron spectroscopy. With those results it was possible to assign a previously observed feature in the Auger electron spectrum of solid ammonia.</p>
