Věrnostní program Air France-KLM a jeho komunikace / Frequent Flyer Program of Air France-KLM and its Communications

This diploma thesis addresses the topic of frequent flyer programs for small and medium enterprises. The goal of this thesis is to analyze BlueBiz, the Air France-KLM frequent flyer program for small and medium enterprises, and to propose improvements for this program. The theoretical part consists of an introduction to marketing, commercial communications, and loyalty programs; the analytical part deals directly with the frequent flyer program BlueBiz. The analytical part introduces the airline companies Air France-KLM, and provides an analysis of BlueBiz terms and conditions, an analysis of the competitors' programs, analysis of program's communications and an analysis of BlueBiz awareness. The results of all analyses are summarized in a SWOT analysis, which creates groundwork for designing program's improvements.

Štátna pomoc finančnému sektoru vo vybraných krajinách v dobe finančnej krízy v rokoch 2007-2009 / Government aid to financial sector in selected countries during financial crisis in years 2007-2009

This thesis is focused on financial crisis and its short-term solutions. Based on theoretical analysis of causes of crisis and solutions, the aim is to analyse financial crisis from years 2007-2009 on case studies of USA, United Kingdom, Germany and Ireland. Furthermore, the aim is to analyse efficiency and success of adopted stabilisation measures. Analysis of adopted measures is based on internationaly comparable indicators, such as capital power or loans creation in context of costs spent and economic performance. The conclusion is, that national governments were successful in stabilising financial sector, but the problems, which caused crisis, still remains unsolved and their solutions were only delayed. Thesis is also coming to conclusion, that smaller government interventions leads to stabilisation of financial sector with lower costs and smaller increase in moral hazard and thus in lower systemic risk.

The thesis is focused on running of direct sale corporation and emphasis on employee motivation. The main goal is analysis of current motivation system and remuneration of independent beauty consultants in Oriflame cosmetics. Further objectives are effectiveness evaluation, drawbacks determination and proposals of possible improvement. Theoretical part is based on study of expert literature and brings us into domain of sale, motivation, stimulation tools and creation of motivation programs. Practical part gives basic information about company Oriflame cosmetics, its current activities and employee motivation system. Effectiveness of beauty consultants` motivation evaluation is based on questionnaire, personal interviews, corporate documents and personal experience. Related proposals and recommendations shall lead to higher influence of corporate motivation system.

The beginning of practical part firstly describes current trends on the retail market. The following competitive analysis of retail chains is focused on loyalty programs. Next part deals with Tesco company and it's Clubcard loyalty program. The main contribution is represented by marketing research focused on Tesco customers's opinion about Clubcard program.

Today bullying is a very actual theme. We can find bullying in nearly all primary schools. The thesis ?The problems of bullying at primary schools and options for prevention? has the goal to look deeper in the issue. The term bullying is defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. There is analysed the newest knowledge about the causes, occurrences and consequences of bullying in the environment of primary schools. In the practical part of the thesis I am trying through questionnaires to analyse the current situation related to prevention programs at primary schools. This is to analyse collected data in a quantitative survey, which is appropriate for this issue. The research solution was made in four primary schools and 215 pupils of the fifth grade and 10 class teachers participated. This work is for everyone, who does not only want to observe.

Aplikace externího benchmarkingu ve společnosti působící v oblasti terciárního vzdělávání

The object of the diploma thesis is the comparison of selected educational institute with the competitors operating in the tertiary education field, using the external benchmarking method. The theoretical part presents the basic terms related to the issue, especially strategic management, benchmarking, SWOT analysis, Porter five competitive forces analysis, but also the tertiary education sector. In the practical part there is performed a comparative analysis of six companies operating in the education sector. It concerns the following subjects: Brno Business School, Brno International Business School, Institute for Industrial and Financial Management, Prague International Business School, VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, University of Finance and Administration. The survey results are statistically evaluated through the tables and graphs with an accompanying written commentary. The objective of the diploma thesis is the comparison of six companies using external benchmarking method and thus to define the weaknesses of the company which is the subject of the thesis, based on five analyses. Subsequently, to propose recommendations to minimize these weaknesses in order to gain a stronger position in the tertiary education market and higher competitiveness.

Abstract: This thesis examines the function of teaching Drama education as a compulsory subject at the Central school of Education, searches procedures, which would provide meaningful education for the students themselves but also for their future professional practice. We are looking for other options in the teaching of drama within the thematic units, trying to outline a system of work within the project education. It introduces the possibilities of didactic transformation, methodical preparation for the leadership group in the drama. The theoretical part consists of theoretical principles of thematic and project teaching, theoretical sources for successful didactic transformation. The practical part consists of the research investigation aimed at identifying students' approach to planning drama lessons.
