This work describes cohesion policy on three levels: cohesion policy of EU, of Czech republic and of North-East cohesion region. The first chapter is about cohesion policy in EU. It contains information about legal and programming documents and about development of cohesion policy. The second chapter describes cohesion policy in the Czech republic. It deals with documents, programs and authorities. The third chapter is about cohesion policy in the North-East cohesion region. It characterizes situation in the region, operational programs and concrete projects.

The thesis speaks about European Union Community programmes for the 2007 - 2013 budgetary period, that are focused on youth, education and culture. To be specific that means Youth in Action, Lifelong learning programme, Culture and MEDIA 2007. It deals with the actions of these programmes, with the conditions that the projects to be funded through the programmes have to fulfil, and with the recommendations for the applicants.

Diploma thesis on Accounting outsourcing and key problems of selected software for accounting deals with the accounting outsourcing. Work focuses here on the question of the proper selection of an accounting firm and on the conditions of cooperation with it. In this work the reader is also acquainted with some software for accounting and with their advantages and disadvantages.

The main aim of this thesis is a description of possibilities for obtaining the financial supports for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and entreprises. The description allow from possibilities of regional programmes which are created by The European Union. The thesis explaining contens and conditions of regional programmes and means and main steps for creating the feasibility study clearly according to the structure and conditions of the particular programme from the order of programmes of The European Union.

My thesis - "Stuctural Funds of EU focused on the region NUTS 2 South-East" aimes in its theoretical part, at definitions of the terms of regional policy and history, its implementation and goals in the Czech republic, structural funds and characteristics of operational programmes in the period of 2007-2013. The practical part contains analyses and characteristics of 3 projects. These projects have been realized with the help of structural funds in the region Hodonin. The overall impact of these projects is highly positive not only for the villages or towns but also for the whole region and tourist industry.

In today's world there are many different substitutes for most products and services, increasing the demands on decision-making among substitutes. In order to make a decision, it may be very helpful to use multi-criterial methods for evaluating of the options, which are available to the general public through special programs. Thank to these programs, the general public does not have to be informed in detail about multi-criterial methods and can use the convenience of multi-criteria analysis. The aim of this thesis is to describe and compare the publicly available noncommercial czech software that allows the simplification of choice when choosing from several options according to specified criteria. The thesis work is focused on discrete models of evaluation that are simpler and more suitable for pre-defined alternatives. Non-commercial programs, many of which were created at universities, are evaluated in this thesis. Furthermore, some very well-known evaluation methods, which appear in some programs, are presented.

Correct and financially optimal covering of licensed software is one of the aims of all companies. Microsoft Corporation offers a wide range of software products and also various types of license financing that significantly affect their financing. License models stating the correct rules of using the licenses for software groups are also very specific and require a thorough understanding of its principles. These two areas include a range of partial aspects that are to be considered from the point of view of company benefit. However, a complex view combining license programs and license models is equally important. Hence the issue of license management is problematic not only for the management of the company, but also for the IT specialists. This thesis embeds the issue of licensing into the frame of strategic IT planning and by means of annotated principles, descriptions of everyday situations and accentuating details significantly affecting licensing provides a perspective of the issue that has not been dealt with in such an elaborate way so far. The aim of this thesis is to provide a complex analysis of license programs and models, their principles and possibilities. In many companies, a detailed knowledge and understanding of the issue of Microsoft licensing is very important. Therefore, this thesis provides some specific output instances in the form of both financial and functional comparison of individual licensing programs. The crucial services of license programs and characteristics of license models are investigated in detail and subject to critical evaluation for purposes of utilization in companies of various sizes and types.

This thesis deals with the brand programmes functioning in the Czech Republic. The first part contains basic theoretical brand management grounds, marketing research and its plan creation. Furthermore there are analysed particular brand programmes on the European, national and regional level in the thesis. The following part is marketing research which is concerned with the respondents' consumable behaviour, European brand programmes knowledge and popularity of the Poutnik brewery. The final section presents recommendations whether to seek gaining the brand and proposals for disseminating protected geographical trademark "Czech beer".

The thesis deals with education in Community Programmes. It focuses on Education Policy in EU and Lifelong Learning Programme which was concentrated on Education and Training in 2007 - 2014. Since 2014 the programme has a new form and a new name, Erasmus+. New programme connects six existing programs into a single framework which covers Education, Training, Youth and Sport. In the final part is presented the practical example of completing funding application form to support projects in the education area. The completed form can serve as a guide for future applicants.

This diploma thesis deals with investment subsidies, which municipalities obtain as a contribution to the budget, and the fact whether the amount of the subsidies is affected by the political affiliation of the mayor. The introduction of the thesis brings the description of public administration of the Czech Republic, and the characteristics of the region and the village. The following part focuses on fiscal federalism, district budget as well as particular revenues of municipalities. Additionally, this part provides the explanation of the term 'subsidy', and lists different kinds of sources which municipalities can draw financial means from. The last part introduces analysis of selected towns. The conclusion presents the overall evaluation and summary of the results.
