Diploma thesis looks into the application of system dynamics and system thinking principles into the projects of quality management. This application offers the new perspective of project of quality management, which uncovers concealed relationships among entities of the system. The principles are specifically applied on the DMAIC cycle of the Six Sigma methodology. The goal of this thesis is to reveal the relationships between the key entities of the cycle, the revelation of the system archetypes with the negative impact on project management triangle and to propose recommendations to eliminate or minimize the negative impact. The goals of the thesis are fulfilled with the methods of analysis of the theoretical ground and its synthesis based on mutual characteristics across the examined areas of System dynamics, Project dynamics, Project management and Quality management. In the practical application the used methods are generalization, deduction, analysis and synthesis of the new systemic and dynamical perspective of the DMAIC cycle. The technical tool used in this process is Causal Loops Diagram. The research has proven the presence of free kinds of system archetypes in the DMAIC cycle, for which are suggested recommendations to eliminate the negative impact on the key indicators. The main contribution of the thesis is the systemic and dynamic approach of the quality management projects, which reveals nonlinear relationships and potentially harmful behavior, which would remain undiscovered under the linear perspective of the system relationships.

The thesis is focused on analysis and change suggestions of selected processes in Local Action Group (LAG) Království -- Jestřebí hory, o.p.s. These processes follow projects realized in LAGs' region via specific subsidy program. Organizations' processes are based on established methods which were the base for studying and modelling processes in BPMN notation. In case of significant differences between the theory and real applied methods, there are suggested changes and there are appropriate representation in models. The other part of the thesis includes the suggestion of project office and the new diversification of responsibilities for selected processes among the workers. The asset of the thesis is the comparison of theory and real practical approach that is based on consultation in LAG. Models of processes are the main output that will LAG apply in the process of forming new strategic plan for the next period.

This master's thesis describes the design of new object of civic amenities on the outskirts of the city of Zlín. The new building is situated in flat terrain. The building has two floors and basement. Roofing is solved by single-flat extensive green roof. The purpose of master’s thesis is to design a building for meeting and relaxation citizens from the nearby surroundings. There is one entrance lead to the object and it is accessible from the eastern boundary of the property. The whole building was designed accessible for people with reduced mobility and orientation.

The subject of this thesis is design of multifunctional building and than its solution in terms of thermal technology and usage of PUR foam board system. This building will be situated in cadastre unit of town Albrechtice nad Orlicí (600172) on building estate No. 109/1 on the Štěpánovská street. In terms of construction, this is five-storey building with basement and rooms for commerce and services, which is solved as two-way wall system. The building is based on strip foundation and is protected by warm flat extensive green roof. In the basement there are cellars and technical rooms. On the first floor there are rooms for commerce and services and individual flat for handicapped person on wheelchair. From second to fifth floor, there are situated individual flats.

The thesis deals with an intelligent wiring including a control and visualization design for a family house. The goal of the thesis is to create a project of a high and a low voltage wiring for a family house including a design of an intelligent wiring. The thesis introduction describes an intelligent wiring and a comparison with a classic wiring. The next two chapters deal with the most used systems and a detailed description of the selected system Foxtrot. The chapter number 5 addresses the project documentation creation for a high and a low voltage wiring. A performance calculation of a heat pump used for heating is described in the following chapter. The functional program for control and visualization of heating, lighting, shading and security is described at the end of the thesis.

Diploma thesis deals with a design of the retirement home for seniors in the town of Bučovice. The house is a three-storey building with a rectangular floor plan partly situated in the slope. In the middle of the building, there is an atrium reaching to the second floor. The construction is covered by a flat green roof. The building is designed for the permanent residence of 28 seniors, with their rooms including sanitary facilities located on the two upper floors. The operational and technical facility for both the residents and personnel, including canteen with kitchen and doctor's practice, is located on the ground floor of the house. The construction system of the building is designed as a combination of monolithic concrete and masonry. The whole house is designed as accessible.

The diploma thesis deals with the solution of the end house building. The guesthouse is designed with a restaurant with a café and a kitchen on the ground floor. On the upper floors there are guest rooms, including a barrier-free room, a two-room apartment for families with children, a meeting room for corporate meetings and terraces for a more comfortable stay in the guesthouse. The building is a three-storey and a partial basement. Roofing will be done with a sloping roof on one side with a hump and on the other with a shield. The building has an atypical floor plan that copies the shape of a building plot. The project is processed using AutoCad Architecture.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of a senior house in the village Sazovice. The new building is situated on flat terrain in the center of the village. The building has three floors and one underground. The purpose is to build a building for seniors' stay. Part of the building consists of technical, operational and storage premises. The remaining space is used for housing. There are two main entrances to the building from the west side, where a car park and an access road is. The roofing is designed with a single-layer flat roof loaded with gravel. Part of the roof construction is designed as a vegetation with a terrace.

The diploma thesis deals with issues related to the award of public contracts in the field of architecture and design. Due to the scope of the topic, the view is focused on the analysis of public procurement in the field. The diploma thesis describes the types of public contracts and tenders, applicable legislation, control authority in the Czech Republic and design and architectural work.

The Master’s thesis deals with the approaches to the introduction of the principles of lean manufacturing and especially the concept of Just in Time (JIT). It is structurally divided into theoretical and practical part. While the theoretical part focuses on the theory of lean manufacturing and the details about steam turbines, the practical part gradually deals with the introduction of the company, production portfolio, supplier analysis and especially the production process. The practical part ends with the selection of proposals for changes in the production concept, including partial economic evaluations with regard to customer requirements to meet delivery dates, quality and required costs.
