The thesis is focused on analyzing the current situation of project management in the company FORMSERVIS, Ltd., identifying and proposing methods for its improvement. While modifying a standardized project management methodology, the use of appropriate software for project management and its benefits is emphasized. The methodology for modification of project management support with regard to the nature of its activities and the availability of relevant data is proposed on the basis of the literature review. In the practical part, an assessment of the current situation is performed and the form of implementation of the new standard is designed. As the most suitable method PRINCE2 methodology is selected with the use of MS Project software. The possible problems and advantages of standardization of project management in the company are summarized and evaluated in the discussion and conclusion.

The diploma thesis deals with projet documentation for execution of a new kindergarten building in the city of Velíková. The kindergarten is located in the properties with number 528/1. The building has one underground floor and two above-ground floors. In the basement there are storage rooms, technical rooms and air conditioning engine room. In the first above-ground floor there are two classes of kindergarten. Every classroom are designed for 16 childrens. In this floor there is a kitchen and laundry with storerooms. There are three teaching classes and offices of management in the second above-ground floor. The perimetr load-bearing masonry in the basement is designed of concrete blocks of permanent formwork. In the above-ground part of the building are load-bearing masonry designed af clay blocks. The ceiling structures are designed from prestressed reinforced concrete spiroll panels. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof. The kindergarten is insulated with a certifies thermal insulation system.

Thesis is focused on the issue of compiling an inventory of works, supplies and services of the construction, which is part of the tender documentation for public contracts. The work deals with the issue of prices, budgets and the tender documentation itself. It also lists the most common errors in compiling a list of works, supplies and services in accordance to Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. Individual errors are written and subsequently analyzed according to selected parameters. Based on this analysis, a methodology for checking inventories of works, supplies and services is compiled.

The diploma thesis deals with the development of the vacant lot in Prague - Libeň at the PCB level. A multifunctional house is designed, which includes three establishments and eleven housing units. The premises will be used as shops. The apartments are designed for 2 to 4-member families. Multifunctional house floor plan with a total area of 683.1 square meters. The building has a basement with five floors, the premises are located on the first floor. There is a pedestrian and driveway to the building. Behind the object away from the main road is an outdoor parking lot. The underground garage will be accessed by a car elevator. The whole building is covered with a sloping roof. The project is processed using the computer program AutoCAD.

The thesis focuses on a school project on the topic of waste. The project is analysed and evaluated using the 3A methodology. The emphasis in the examination and evaluation of individual activities is placed primarily on the use of project elements and compliance with the principles of project-based learning. The content of the theoretical part deals with the chapter about project-based learning and the principles of this learning. This section also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the method. Further, the work presents an analysis of the current curricular document from the perspective of project teaching and waste. The last part of the theory describes the characteristics of methodology 3A. The practical part deals with the description, analysis, evaluation, and design of convenient alterations of project activities. The thesis also contains a draft for other activities with project elements on the topic of waste, which can be included in the existing project. The diploma thesis is focused on the project-based learning. Specifically, it deals with the possibility to utilize the project-based learning within eTwinning for teaching students of educational fields at high school. The goal of the work was a theoretical analysis of the problem as well as a prototype of a project which focuses on pre-school and extra curricular education. The methodology used in this work is based on the participatory-action research. First, a form-based survey was conducted to find out conditions and suggestions about the structure of a project within eTwining. The survey respondents were teachers of pedagogy and educational fields. Next, the researcher, author of the thesis, prototyped a project that was consequently reviewed by three teachers out of the survey respondents. Also, these teachers were interviewed for their opinions about the project prototype as well as about utilizing the project-based learning within eTwinning when teaching students of pedagody and its fields at high schools. The result of the research showed that high schools teaching fields of pedagody would have only minor issues with the project-based learning within eTwinning. Moreover, it was found out that teachers percieve the activity of eTwinning as benefitial for the education of future pedagogues. Powered...

The history of a particular schools in this area is the material source used to formulate the project for for students of different schools as the general public. The main aim of this project is to familiarize pupils with the history of their school and to strengthen the students' relationship to the school. The project will be realized in the school year 2014/2015. All proposed activities and expected outcomes are formulated according to the Framework Educational Programme.

A. Comenius and his didactical principles, many of which are nowadays still relevant. The most emphasized principles are activity, motivation and student's perception with the use of all senses. The last mentioned principle can be ensured by the activity-oriented teaching; student can be motivated and exacerbated by problem-oriented or project teaching. Theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the definition of principles, understanding of the activity principle before and today, its use in the foreign language teaching and the definition of aims and key competencies. Following practical part describes realization of two projects where was validated that inclusion of projects into German language teaching is suitable motivating and exacerbating means in case the aims and methods are selected appropriately. Heritage education and learning: Cases from the North Catalonia Annotation: My thesis deals with the options of the cultural and historical education in France, in particular in the North Catalonia. The work represents the relation between regional monuments and schools.In the first part, I define the term cultural heritage as such, than I focus on two cultural resorts in the North Catalonia.The second part of the thesis illustrates the connection between the monuments and schools in France, emphasizing the project teaching. The patrimony, being not studied today as a separate subject, remains an important part of one's education. However, the knowledge acquisition offers a large variety of teaching styles. Lastly, my work shows the educational services with concrete realisations of the projects in cooperation with schools.
