Vnitřní akustika osobního automobilu / Passenger Car Internal Acoustics

Prokšová, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
The thesis is focused on the analysis of the acoustic properties of the interior of the passenger car by using the finite element method. Part of the work is an analysis of the excitation effects of individual vibration sources and the evaluation of the response in the interior of the cabin with a focus on the passengers of the vehicle and also solving the problem of the design of structural modifications in order to reduce the noise inside the cabin.

Numerická simulace rozšiřování trubky za dynamických podmínek / Numerical simulation of a tube flaring under dynamic conditions

Hlavačka, Daniel January 2017 (has links)
The thesis builds on the project FSI-S-14-2394, in which the biaxial state of tension of longitudinally welded tubes made from material 17 240 was investigated. The experiment was carried out under dynamic conditions on an impact tester, which was designed with structural simplicity and ease of observation of the experiment in mind. Deformation was recorded by high-speed cameras and a dynamometer. Results of the experiment were processed by measuring devices and subsequently used in a simulation created using a software utilizing the finite element method. Simulations were created for samples DA8 and DB9. These samples were selected because they did not crack and were fully stamped. Results of the simulation correspond to the values measured by high-speed cameras and a dynamometer with a small variance. Based on comparison of the results, it can be states that the simulation is technically acceptable.

Vývoj modelů chování Al slitin pro aplikace v numerických simulacích svařování a tepelného zpracování / Development of Models of Al Alloys Behaviour for Applications in Numerical Simulations of Welding and Heat Treatment

Vaněk, Mojmír January 2017 (has links)
The thesis deals with methodology for computational approaches for numerical simulations of welding and heat treatment of aluminium alloys. The thesis describes improvement of the current methodology for metallurgical part of the numerical analysis of welding, which is important mainly for prediction of dimensions of the heat affected zone (and deformations). The improvement was carried out based on CHD diagram that describes precipitation and dissolution of phases during continuous heating. The thesis also describes carried material measurements (measurement of chemical composition, dilatometric tests, tensile tests of several conditions of materials at temperatures up to 500 °C and measurement of aging curves), which allowed to significantly refine analysis results for the alloys EN AW-5083 and EN AW-6082. Based on an evaluation of the measurements, several conclusions were made. They can be useful for creation of material databases of other aluminium alloys. The thesis also describes quantification of dependence between tensile strength and yield strength on the Vickers hardness for different conditions of EN AW-6082. There is also methodology for numerical simulation of the heat treatment process of heat treatable Al alloys in the dissertation. The methodology is completely new approach which has never been published so far. Application of this method is based on user changes of the material database in software Sysweld after relatively easy measurement of aging curves. Therefore, the methodology can be considered as promising for application in industrial practice.

Výpočtová únosnost pilotových základů / Bearing capacity of pile foundations

Michalčák, Jan January 2018 (has links)
The thesis deals with calculation of foundation of pilot bases. In the first part, the author focuses on the numerical application of the Final Element Method for calculating the internal forces on the pilot and the software implementation of the proposal by the Masopust pilot (2nd Limit State). The second, practical part uses previous knowledge and created program to calculate the foundation of the bridge pillar on the bypass around Opava.

Teleskopický tandemový podvozek pro senážní vozy Primo a Faro / Telescopic bogie axle for silage trailers Primo and Faro

Vaněk, David January 2018 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with a design of a telescopic axle and evaluation of the tandem suspension frame mounted on silage wagons Pöttinger Primo and Faro while they are operating a slope. Thesis describes the whole design as well as a hydraulic system and a braking system. This part also consists of maintenance and adjusting instructions. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to a slope capacity calculation based on ISO 16231-2. Strength analysis for all the parts is done, using finite element method for various working modes.

Konstrukční návrh zkušebního stavu s otevřenou smyčkou toku momentu pro experimentální ověření parametrů převodových ústrojí / Test Rig Design Proposal for the Experimental Validation of Transmission Parameters in Open Loop Torque Condition

Máca, Jiří January 2018 (has links)
This final diploma thesis deals with the issue of vibration and noise measurement of transmission devices. The research part describes the basic issues of noise and vibration generation, their measurement, as well as sources of vibrations in gear units. The practical part deals with the design proposal of the attachment of the experimental single-stage gearbox and the load dynamometer to the anechoic chamber including the drawings. Further, by checking the modal properties of the proposed test stand, using the finite element method, the analytical and numerical control of the torsional vibrations of the rotating parts with respect to the expected frequency ranges of use.

Pásek, Jiří January 2008 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with stress-strain analysis of inferious limb fixator type Poldi VII and tibia, whereupon is applied. In work is discribed creation of a geometry model of fixator and tibia, her discretization, loading and solving. Tibia was load by torsional moment and his magnitude was 10Nm. Then was perform a numerical solution in FEM system ANSYS Workbench 11.0. Further was effect biomechanical study about osification of broken part. Tibia was load by force, which evokes upright standing on both limbs.
