The objective of this thesis is map whenever there are differences between teachers and their danger level of burnout syndrome. The next aim is the finding if there are some differences between men and women in coping with burnout syndrome and if their coping strategies are different. The theoretical part is focused on describing burnout syndrome, its symptoms, impacts and coping strategies which have been already defined by other authors. Analysis of coping strategies is part of the theoretical part too. Empirical work is based on the research that I realized. The research is two-phased. In the first phase teachers filled the questionnaire which is focused on the burnout syndrome. In the second phase, there were interviews which were realized with women and men picked based on outcomes of the first phase. Teachers from basic schools, secondary technical schools, grammar schools and secondary vocational schools. The interviews were realized with six respondents. Data gained from questionnaires and interviews are compared in terms of the type of school and in terms of gender. The main results of my research are following. Tato práce pojenává o nezaměstnanosti a jejích ekonomických a psychických důsledcích. Popisuje rizikové supiny na trhu práce a věnuju se jedné z nich: ženám po mateřské dovolené. Pomocí provedeného výzkumu se snaží najít možnosti snížení nezaměstnanosti žen s malými dětmi. Součástí práce je doporučení k řešení nezaměstnanosti jak maminkám na mateřské dovolené, tak potencionálním zaměstnavatelům a také státním orgánům.

Title of thesis: Evaluation of psychologically and physically load in competitors of Winter Survival; including incorporation of knowhow to hold the competition. Aim of thesis: 1. Creation of a manual to order competition of Winter Survival type in civil and army. 2. Valorize and confront physically load in Winter Survival 2007, 2008, 2011. 3. The diploma thesis called " Cyber - bullying in Society" deals with this phenomenon and there Ialso mentioned its related problems such as cyberstallking, luring, video clips, where agressors torture thein victims. My aim is to inform the public with this topical phenomenon.I focus on its types, who the attacker is in these forms of bullying nad who becomes a victim. Additionally, I describe the divisor of cyber-aggresors, the effects on cyber.bullying victims and how the victims can be helped. In the practical part I analyse a case study of a girl, who I met and who became a cyber-bullying victim. I also describe the offender of this crime, I try to define with the help of a professional the investigatoin and subsequent capture of the cyber-aggresor by Czech police. Furthemore I džine the specific development of cyber-bullying in a sekond case and steps taken by the girl's school in order to capture cyber-aggresors and subsequently punisch them. From the analysis case studies I learned that she was tiny and at last kyberšikanována girl Hana (14 ), pupil one Prague ZŠ. The girl was in school the new, because she's out of the original school, to which she didn't like and she was in her bad favor. The diploma thesis is aimed at further education as one of the possible means of combating the burnout syndrome of pedagogues. It is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. These sections are then subdivided into chapters and subchapters. In the theoretical part of the thesis I focus on teachers as an overall concept, more specifically on the personality traits of teachers, their key competences, the position of teachers in the Czech Republic, the development of their professional career, their education and the possibilities for further education. We also define what supervisors are, what types and forms we know, we will also look at supervision processes and their competencies. We will also discuss what the social environment is in school. In the second part of the theoretical part, we also look at the burnout syndrome, its theoretical definition, the symptoms associated with it, its manifestations and its consequences, we will also mention the risk factors for its formation and give us some possibilities of preventing the burnout syndrome. The practical part includes research that I did at selected schools in Chrudim. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the incidence of burnout assumptions in schools with different approaches to education.

The thesis deals with the psychological aspects of foster care, which we can define in this context as the perspective of a foster relationship and its impact on the child and foster parent. This thesis describes the psychological needs of the child, there are also defined consequences of psychological deprivation, such as psychological deprivation. It also analyzes the emotional attachment, the manifestations of its disorder and possible treatment. In addition to the analysis of children placed in foster care, this thesis also focuses on a foster parent. From this aspect, the motivation for substitute parenthood, as well as the difference between expectations and reality, is evaluated. Thesis also points to the relationship between the foster parent and the child, with all the impacts, difficulties and mistakes that foster parents can make during their upbringing. At the end of this thesis are presented the practical principles for the successful and long-term functioning of the foster relationship.

Objective: The aim of the research section is to map the awareness and professional approach of non-medical healthcare workers to mothers who have experienced psychological changes after childbirth. The first objective was to determine the knowledge of non-medical healthcare workers in the area of mental changes in mothers. The second objective concerned the professional experience of the interviewed mothers with psychological changes. The third objective was to map out the professional approach to these mothers. The ultimate goal was to focus on the professional experience of non-medical psychiatrists in the care of children. The way of achieving the objective: For research, we have chosen a qualitative research strategy. We used the data collection method using a semi-structured interview. The interviews provided were recorded on the dictaphone, overwritten, and the pencil and paper coding techniques were organized into categories. 4 categories were interviewed with psychiatric nurses, 5 categories were interviewed with midwives interviews and 5 interviews with nurses. The selection of respondents was intentional. The research was conducted in two health facilities between February and March 2018. We were given 15 interviews in total. The knowledges gained and their conclusions: Research has shown that knowledge, along with the professional approach of the nurses surveyed, is sufficient to be able to detect the onset of postpartum depression or other mental disorders. Certain uncertainty was expressed by nurses in the field of access to mothers. More seminars on psychological change in mothers after delivery would be appreciated. Scientific benefits: The paper maps the knowledge of non-medical healthcare professionals and areas that should be improved in practice. This is an area of communication and work with mothers with psychic changes. The work can be used in the field of neonatology and psychiatry.

Diabetes is said to be an epidemic of 21st century. Although death rates from diabetes are decreasing, the treatment results are still not satisfactory. Today, every tenth Czech is affected by diabetes, but according to doctors, a quarter of patients do not even know about the existence of their disease.In my thesis I focus on the lifestyle of diabetics. I am mainly concerned about their diet. Another important thing was to find out if they eat regularly, and whether the portions are eaten at regular time intervals throughout the day, as the regular and balanced diet is more important in diabetic patients than in anyone else.My survey has clearly proved that stress significantly worsens the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus. On the other hand, there is no evidence that a healthy diet and physical activity significantly improve health condition of patients with diabetes mellitus.
