: l’exemple de la pratique des ergonomes consultants / Collective practice of ergonomics intervention : how do ergonomist work together? : the case of the practice of consultants ergonomists

Tran Van, Arnaud 21 January 2010 (has links)
The aim of this research is to propose a reading of ergonomics intervention and of models underlying practice of ergonomics, on the basis of the understanding of the specificities of consultants ergonomists collective work.To address this research question, we identified characteristics of collective work, then considering the consultants ergonomists as an operator, we aim at characterising specificities of collective work. In this sense,we studied intervention models underlying practice and we searched for instantiations of these models that are required for the work of consultants ergonomists. Our research question has been elaborated through a progressive construction between research and practice. The novel methodology developed in this work reflects this construction. This approach and our collected data highlight that the understanding of consultants ergonomists activity comes through a preliminary analysis oftheir professionals determinants. This analysis helps in understanding instantiations of flexible intervention macro‐models, which are necessary to cope with variability of proposals and contexts of interventions. This understanding of the work of ergonomists helps in apprehending the reason why ergonomists have various actions and the favourable conditions for collective work during ergonomics interventions.

Praxe orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí při řešení rodičovských sporů / Approach of Child Protection Services to Addressing Parental Conflicts

Hejnová, Kateřina January 2021 (has links)
Child protection is one of the most demanding fields of social protection and requires comprehensive solutions which have a major impact on the lives of children and their families. It also includes the agenda of parental conflicts and related child custody proceedings. This thesis focuses on the practice of Czech social workers operating in the field of child protection at the municipal authorities with extended powers and on their approaches used to resolve parental disputes. The theoretical part is based on the conceptualization of practice from the perspective of a dynamic model of practice by Karen Healy, which builds on the interaction of several contexts, i.e. institutional contexts, formal professional base of social work, service users and their communities and framework for practice, and surveys them with regard to the agenda of parental disputes in detail. The empirical part aims to identify the variability of approaches used by Czech social workers operating in the field of child protection to resolve parental disputes. The research combines both qualitative and quantitative methodology and identifies a typology of defensive practice, reflexive practice, and intuitive practice. Individual types differ in the attitudes the child protection social workers express towards recognized...

Such meaning should refer to the legislation regulating this universe, and point at both a curricular restructuring panorama and the reflexive teaching theories for teacher education; those, in turn, face the issue of how to meet the National Curricular Guidelines (Resolutions CNE/ CP 01 and 02/2002) in relation to 800 hours of practice for teaching licensing courses. With the objective of identifying how such practice has been carried out, I conducted descriptive, interpretive and qualitative research in which, through the analysis of the discourse from 14 teachers in 5 teaching licensing courses in a private university, I found out the existence of the predominance of teaching practice and internship. However, good initiatives of changing from the concept of supervised internship emphasizing technical rationality toward a concept of the field of knowledge generated from reflexive practice have been suggested. Those initiatives show the intention of updating the practice dimension in the curriculum. The latter is, nevertheless, made difficult due to a certain misunderstanding in relation to both the nature of such practice as a curricular component and the way of using it, as inferred from the discourses analyzed in this study. From this realization, proposals and examples of how to apply this practice as a curricular component are presented in this study. It is also concluded that the articulation of theory and practice as the curricular core is not carried out, except in some isolated disciplines.
