Mechanické vlastnosti smršťovacích LLDPE fólií v závislosti na jejich složení / Influnce of chemical composition on mechanical properties of LLDPE stretch film

Vojáček, Jakub January 2015 (has links)
Thesis summarizes the problems of production and use of stretch film. The change of strength, ductility and relative relaxation effect in different times of drawing from role in three weeks was observed. Further, change of strength and ductility due to changes in the rate of deformation, exposure to accelerated aging in a UV chamber and changes in the loading direction were observed. Mechanical tests were realized on a tensile tester, relaxation tests on DMA and crystallinity changes were observed on the DSC. Relationship between chemical composition of stretch film and mechanical and thermomechanical properties were studied. It was found that chemical composition essential for stretch film properties. However, due to the impossibility to distinguish effects of chemical composition and process parameters was impossible to find clear relation describing this relationship.

Vliv teplotní historie na vztah mezi strukturou a vlastnostmi orientovaného polypropylenu / The Effect of Temperature Annealing on Structure-Property Relationship of Oriented Polypropylene

Sadílek, Jiří January 2010 (has links)
The aim of this work is to study the effect of thermal history to structure and properties not only of oriented polypropylene monofilaments with different orientation but of course of isotropic non-oriented polypropylene. Term thermal history includes thermal regimes from alpha relaxation temperature (T?) to melting temperature (Tm). This work consists of three parts. The changes of dynamic mechanical properties, strength, deformation and tensile modulus of polypropylene samples according to annealing temperature (Ta) are described in the first part of this work. In the second part, the changes of crystal phase are observed. Preferentially, calorimetric behaviour (DSC), changes of crystal dimensions and orientation function of crystal phase (X-ray) are observed. Measured values from the first and the second part of this work were used for calculation of total orientation function of PP samples. Rheological measurements are shown in the third part of this thesis. Rheological measurements consist of short isothermal creep, shrinkage of free tapes and static deformation at higher temperatures. Measured rheological values were performed using rheological models. Using these models characteristics of entropic spring, instantaneous elasticity and viscosity and tendency to get to state of ease were calculated.

Dynamika paramagnetických komplexů a její studium pomocí jaderné magnetické rezonance / Dynamics of paramagnetic complexes observed by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

Blahut, Jan January 2018 (has links)
In this Thesis, structure and dynamics of paramagnetic complexes for medical application are studied by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). It focuses mainly on development of contrast agents (CA) for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) which is one of the most effective radiodiagnostic method nowadays. Most of the MRI CAs contains paramagnetic complexes of d- and f-metal ions. The presence of unpaired electron in proximity of NMR active nuclei has two main effects: paramagnetically induced shift and paramagnetically induced relaxa- tion. Both processes can dramatically change the NMR spectrum and often make it unobservable at all. Nevertheless, in many cases, acquisition of such spectra is possible and sometimes even less time-consuming than observation of diamag- netic molecules. Enhanced T1 relaxation allows faster pulse sequence repetition and increased chemical shift dispersion may lead to resolution of originally over- lapped signals. Moreover, the analysis of paramagnetic effects can provide useful information about the structure and dynamics of the studied system. Theoretical background of these effects is described in the Introduction of the Thesis. In the first part of Discussion in the Thesis, a new class of contrast agents for 19F-MRI based on nickel(II) and cobalt(II/III) ions is introduced...

Vliv parcelačního atlasu na kvalitu klasifikace pacientů s neurodegenerativním onemocněním / Influence of parcellation atlas on quality of classification in patients with neurodegenerative dissease

Montilla, Michaela January 2018 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to define the dependency of the classification of patients affected by neurodegenerative diseases on the choice of the parcellation atlas. Part of this thesis is the application of the functional connectivity analysis and the calculation of graph metrics according to the method published by Olaf Sporns and Mikail Rubinov [1] on fMRI data measured at CEITEC MU. The application is preceded by the theoretical research of parcellation atlases for brain segmentation from fMRI frames and the research of mathematical methods for classification as well as classifiers of neurodegenerative diseases. The first chapters of the thesis brings a theoretical basis of knowledge from the field of magnetic and functional magnetic resonance imaging. The physical principles of the method, the conditions and the course of acquisition of image data are defined. The third chapter summarizes the graph metrics used in the diploma thesis for analyzing and classifying graphs. The paper presents a brief overview of the brain segmentation methods, with the focuse on the atlas-based segmentation. After a theoretical research of functional connectivity methods and mathematical classification methods, the findings were used for segmentation, calculation of graph metrics and for classification of fMRI images obtained from 96 subjects into the one of two classes using Binary classifications by support vector machines and linear discriminatory analysis. The data classified in this study was measured on patiens with Parkinson’s disease (PD), Alzheimer’s disease (AD), Mild cognitive impairment (MCI), a combination of PD and MCI and subjects belonging to the control group of healthy individuals. For pre-processing and analysis, the MATLAB environment, the SPM12 toolbox and The Brain Connectivity Toolbox were used.

Rovnice sypání granulátu sorbitolu s přídavkem stearanu hořečnatého. / Flow equation of sorbitol granules with addition of magnesium stearate.

Damborský, Ondřej January 2016 (has links)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of: Pharmaceutical technology Consultant: Doc. PharmDr. Zdeňka Šklubalová, Ph.D. Student: Ondřej Damborský Title of Thesis: Flow equation of sorbitol granules with addition of magnesium stearate. The aim of this thesis is to study particulate built and consolidation properties of the granulate prepared by wet granulation of sorbitol and it's size fractions in the range of 0,2 - 0,8 mm and it's influence of adding lubricate magnesium stearate 0.5% and 1.0%. The properties were studied by the angle of repose, the three kinds of bulk density, tap density, the Hausner ratio. The granules showed adequate to good flow properties. The addition of magnesium stearate flow increases the rate through the granulate sorbitol. Mass flow rate through the orifice the conical hopper of the test depending on the particle size and hole diameter were monitored. With increasing particle size the rate of pouring decreases, while the diameter of the hole had the opposite effect. Dependence of the flow rate to the average of the opening of the hopper was modeled by a power equation Jones-Pilpel. When using the current parameters with accuracy reverse estimate of the flow rate ranged between approximately 2 - 4%.
