No. of bitstreams: 1 Defesa de mestrado corrigida.docx: 2192390 bytes, checksum: f8cbec118fbd5613196e1005b354bbff (MD5) Previous issue date: 2018-08-28 / The main objective of the present clinic study will be to evaluate through observation of the root covering, the “creeping attachment” (CA) on Miller class II gingival recession treated with free gingival graft combined with leucocyte and platelet rich -fib rin (PRF-L). 12 patients with bilateral Miller Class II gingival recession in lower premolars were recruited . Group FGG (n= 12): control group, the site will receive the root coverage with free gingival graft, and Group FGG/L-PRF (n= 12): will be performed an association between free gingival graft and L-PRF, the L- PRF membrane stabilized to the receptor region and suturing the EGL. To obtain this platelet concentrate, 20 ml of blood of each patient will be collected and immediately centrifuged at 2700rpm for 12 minutes. The following parameters illbe measured: O`Leary plaque index, gingival index, eight of gingival recession, recession width, amount of eratinized mucosa, probing depth (PD) and then, the linical attachment level will be conducted. The measurements will be performed at 30, 90, 180 e 60 days after the surgical procedure . The CA will be measured at 90, 180 and 360 days. Data will be analyzed statistically (p < 0.05) in a specialized omputer program (Bioestat 5.0). After 360 days, ignifica nt differences were not found between the wo roups for CA, however there was a significant difference for keratinized gingiva, gingival height and linical attachment level. EGL and EGL/L -PRF are qually successful in the cree ping attachment gain in gingival recession of Miller class II.

Šeptunová, Zuzana January 2014 (has links)
Allometric models for dominant shade tree species were developed for coffee agroforestry systems in Villa Rica, Peru. The studied shade tree species were Eucalyptus saligna, Pinus tecunumanii, Pinus radiata and Prumnopitys harmsiana. The models predict total aboveground biomass volume of tree trunk and biomass volume of the commercial utilizable tree trunk based on diameter at breast height, which was identified as the best predictor, R2 > 0,98. By non-destructive method of using Field-Map technology was measured 258 individuals. From these data have been calculated volumes of 4 types of cut outs destined for the local standards for determining the commercial utilizable tree trunk. Thus prepared data was interleaved with tested models. The best-fit model was logarithmic transformation of power-law. This model was used to determine total volume and two types of cut outs for all studied species. In all cases was reached high R2 between 0.98 and 0.99. For the other two types of cut outs data the best-fit model was Gompertz.

Baggio, Lucio Santos January 2015 (has links)
Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Comunicação e Expressão, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Jornalismo, Florianópolis, 2015. / Made available in DSpace on 2016-05-24T17:39:08Z (GMT). This Master's dissertation analyzes the use of infographics as a component of the journalistic narrative. The study of Infography is not a specificity of Journalism, but, as we deem it as an important element of the journalistic expression, it takes up a whole new importance and meaning to the area. Our work meant to observe comparatively many aspects of the infographic composition to understand how deeply their discursive effects contributed to the amplification of communicative possibilities in a specific field of Journalism (Politics). From the correlation of visual language concepts, journalistic narrative and cognitive processes, we proceeded to an analysis of the graphic presentation of contents of news texts that opted for infographic complementation, observing the effects of the infographics under the assumption of Journalism as a valid form of knowledge. To achieve our goals, we used Content Analysis (BARDIN, 1977) as well as Critical Narrative Analysis, developed by Motta (2013). Both were adapted to suit our research goals, given the specific nature of infographic expression. The empirical object was restricted to a corpus composed of infographies published on the cover of the Politics (Poder) section of the Folha de S.Paulo newspaper. As a result, we were able to confirm that the use of infographics are a rich participant as argumentative resource of the journalistic narrative, whose function is defined by the correlation it keeps with the textual information, and that its discursive effects layon their composition, from the standpoint of the sensorial organization made possible by the codes that elaborate the experience.
