The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risks in the area of marketing communication of the company Auto Com s.r.o. The thesis is divided into several parts, the first one is the theoretical part, the second one is focused on solving the current state. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of marketing and also explains the concept of risks. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the company and the resulting risks from individual analyzes, which could threaten the company. In the last part of the proposal, possible changes in the solution for improving marketing communication, thein financial evaluation and the timetable of implementation are proposed.

The diploma thesis is focused on the issues of handling heavy loads using a crane. The thesis tries to identify threats in the process. Analysis of the current state evaluates the issue from the perspective of OHS not only in the Czech Republic but also in selected states of the European Union. Furthermore, the analysis discusses the obligations of employees and employers in the field of safety and clarifies the basic concepts of the issue. Based on a model example, the analyzes are performed to that identify the threats with the highest level of risk Subsequently, there are presented measures which should lead to the minimization of the level of risk for identified process threats.

The aim of the master‘s thesis is to design the optimal insurance protection of a business entity. The work is divided into several parts. In the first part I deal with the methodology of work, theories and legal regulation of insurance of business entities in the Slovak Republic. In the second part, I analyze the current form of insurance protection of a business entity, I solve the risk analysis of the company and I look for the main risks of the entity with respect to its economic activity. I also analyze the current form of insurance protection and look for shortcomings or unnecessarily insured risks that the company does not need. In addition, I verify the accuracy and timeliness of all data on insurance contracts. In the design part, I will recommend the company's management to modify existing contracts and propose a new optimized insurance coverage. Taking into account the price and quality of current contracts, the possibility of modifications, extensions and newly offered products, I will recommend the continuation of existing contracts with possible modifications or entering into new contracts.

This diploma thesis deals with risks and problems included in maketing activities of company Prefa a.s. focused on „Prefa Dekor“. Theoretical outcomes of the thesis are focused on scientific knowledge and terms in the marketing area, risks included in choosing marketing activities, trade area, risk analysis and identification of risks. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze whether a selected company uses efficient project management on a specific project and, if necessary, to propose changes in the project management of the selected project that would have a positive impact on its results. The Master‘s thesis deals with the design, implementation and creation of a mobile application and a business plan for a new-coming start-up which offers rental intermediation for movable goods. The application is designed for a mobile platform Android. It focuses on user-friendly interface while containing functionality of adding and viewing rental advertisements for movable goods. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical outcomes of the operating system Android and the structures of business plan. The following parts concern the analysis, design and implementation. The conclusion is aimed towards the business plan blueprint.
