The diploma thesis deals with psychosocial risks and stress in work. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the definition and characteristics of psychosocial risks and stress. Furthermore, the legislative entrenchment of psychosocial risks in the Czech Republic and the European Union is described. The theoretical assumptions are concluded by the definition of psychosocial risk management. The methodological part is devoted to the quantitative survey, which is focused on the psychosocial risks of bank advisers of the company. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, appropriate recommendations are made to reduce psychosocial risks in the company.

The diploma thesis deals with proactive risk analysis in company X, which manufactures mainly meat products. The thesis is divided into 2 parts. The first part concentrates on theoretical knowledge including a list of methods suitable for risk analysis. This part also includes the introduction of the company, description of processes into the company, and actual risk management. The second part includes risk analysis with the IPR method and FMEA method. Based on the results of the applied methods, measures to minimize the identified risks are proposed at the end of the work.

This diploma thesis analyses the issues, which are connected with the insurance portfolio concept for the property of Novy Malin community. It includes analysis of all risks and suggestions of an insurance portfolio that can help the community minimize the most serious risks to its activities through commercial insurance and reduce to lowest level the threats to those activities.

There are used methods of financial and economical analysis to examination of a proposal in this thesis. The first part of the thesis comprises theoretical fundamentals of the financial and economical analysis. Summary gathers the general economical situation of the specific company and proposals to its improvement.

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje současnou situaci ve firmě v oblasti projektového řízení při výstavbě solární elektrárny. A pokusí se na základě norem a metodik projektového řízení navrhnout konkrétní kroky, které povedou ve firmě ke zlepšení řízení projektů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí - teoretické a praktické. První část popisuje společnost ZTC Holding SE a zabývá se teoretickými základy řízení projektů, je zde definován management a jeho funkce, řízení projektu, popis projektu, popis činnosti projektového manažera a jeho týmu. V této části je také teorie časové analýzy projektu, včetně metody Critical Path Method (CPM) a Ganttova diagramu. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu vnějšího prostředí pomocí analýzy PESTLE, analýzy SWOT a analýzy vnitřního prostředí 7S. Tato část také pojednává o přesném vymezení projektu, jeho cílů, které jsou definovány metodou SMART. Tato část končí definováním konkrétních rizik, která se mohou vyskytnout během životního cyklu projektu. Závěr diplomové práce je zaměřen na celkové hodnocení navrhovaných postupů, které by měly zlepšit výkonnost ZTC Holding, SE.

The diploma thesis focuses on the project of SAP system implementation in the company. It clarifies the basic problems and methods of project management and further describes the application of this knowledge in practice. The outcome is feasibility study, which takes into account the factors and risks of the project.

The theoretical part describes the basic knowledge and tools of a project management – analytical tools for evaluating the financial and time project costs, also risk analysis relating to competitiveness and maintaining on top of the market. The third part is devoted to the current situation of the development application market. There is the complete proposal of the research centre construction, using the tools according to the IPMA (International Project Management Association) that were described in the theoretical part. In conclusion I have presented my own solution suggestions, their benefits, project sustainability, return of the investment cost and also long-term prosperity.
