The issue of maintenance and maintenance rights in Czech law This diploma thesis deals with legal regulation of maintenance and maintenance rights in the Czech historical context. The legislation of the Czech Republic is compared with the regulation of the Slovak Republic. The first part describes the historical development of this regulation, from the time of Roman law to the present. It also explains the meaning of the term "maintenance" and "maintenance duty" and the difference between these terms. As a follow-up, other parts of the diploma thesis deal with the various types of maintenance obligations that exist in the current Czech law. For each type of obligation, the manner of its origin, the way of determining its extent and the duration of its duration are described. For the sake of completeness of this issue, the thesis contains a part dealing with the frequency of individual types of maintenance obligations in proceedings before the courts, general assumptions for the award of maintenance, ways of its fulfillment, maturity and possibility of changing the amount of the maintenance obligation. The main aim of this thesis is an introduction of the company Haas Fertigbau, which is concerned with construction of wooden houses and after that making of a marketing strategy. This thesis is diveded into three main parts. In the first part of this thesis is analyzed the current situation of the timber industry and of the building. These two fields that like every others were affected by the global economic crisis. In the next part it is introduced a parent company Haas Fertigbau and afterwards there is in great detail described the company Haas Fertigbau based in Chanovice. In the last chapter there is a practical part of this thesis. It contains a partial approximation of the current marketing strategy, a proposal for a comprehensive marketing strategy and a number of recommendations which could be an inspiration for the company into the future.

The subject of this thesis is one family business and its planned expansion. This thesis supplies above all a literature research; it defines business, family business, customers, and business plan. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a business project concerning the expansion of an online shop. The planned expansion entails opening up a new store in Chomutov. The business plan is to serve as a tool for decision-making regarding the project implementation. Within the plan an analysis of current customers must be done as well as a marketing plan and a market analysis in Chomutov. The analytical part includes STEP and SWOT analyses and the financial plan. In the conclusion, the results of the partial analysis are summarized and recommendations for a concrete business are given.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to excerpt from the Spanish Civil code legal terms typical for family law and to compare their level of equivalence with Czech family law terms. The thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes legal language and compares legal Spanish with legal Czech. The second chapter is about translation of legal texts and its methods. The last chapter of the theoretical part briefly introduces family law and the object of its studies. The practical part contains analysis of family law Spanish terms which are ordered according to its semantic fields. At the end of the practical part there is a commented glossary. The thesis is finally summarized in Spanish résumé.

Summary: Development and the current form of family policy in the Czech Republic In my diploma thesis focused on the topic "Development and the current form of family policy in the Czech Republic," I attempted for description and characteristic of a family policy by using its specific tools. The initial chapter I dedicated to the definition of important terms, with which I further work. I'm focused on the concept of the family, family policy, system and concept of family policies in general, and with their help I define a particular system of family policy in the Czech Republic. In this chapter, I paid attention to the various forms of family life and their mutual comparison. The reason for this were differences in application of the family policy to various forms of cohabitation with regard to certain cases and social situation. The initial chapter I finish off with looking back and re-evaluating specific demographic behaviour of the Czech population. The next two chapters are devoted to the structure, description and effects of family policy tools. I characterize direct and indirect financial tools and then non-financial tools of family policy.
