Použití elektronického nosu pro identifikaci těkavých látek z odpadních produktů aromatických rostlin / Identification of volatile compounds from waste products of aromatic plants with electronic noseMalina, Miloň January 2016 (has links)
The goal of this work was to develop a simple and inexpensive method for evaluating the content of valuable volatile substances in the waste products of aromatic plants based on using of electronic nose prototype constructed in the Czech University of Life Sciences. A literature review engaged the current issue of the use of essential oils, possibilities for production and summarizes information about the currently utilized electronic noses. The methodology described functions and structures of used prototype of electronic nose. Testing of the prototype of the electronic nose have been done by measurement of the substances standards contained in essential oils (anisole, carvacrol, B-pinene, B-citronellol, carvone) and model waste materials (oregano, lemon balm, anise, caraway, mountain pine needles). The measured values were used to make quantitative and qualitative analyzes which were used to assess the functioning of the electronic nose. The hypothesis of this work was to claim that the electronic nose, which was developed at the Czech University of Life Sciences, can be used for evaluation and recognition of valuable volatile substances contained in waste products of aromatic plants. Quantitative analysis showed that some of the sensors are able to respond well to a change in concentration of the measured substance. Qualitative analysis showed that the electronic nose is capable of distinguishing between different materials and can identify previously measured material among others. Electronic nose despite the lower quality of the components used and the overall low cost of its construction have demonstrated great potential for assessing the content and identification of volatile compounds. Conclusion is that there are several changes and improvements, especially in the software for measured data processing, that have to be made in the future.

Fytogeografická analýza rozšíření vybraných xero-termofilních taxonů bylin podél kaňonu Sázavy ve středních Čechách / Phytogeographical analysis of distribution of selected xero-thermophilous herbaceous taxa along the Sázava River valley in Central BohemiaVlasák, Tomáš January 2017 (has links)
This study is focused on a phytogeographic analysis of the distribution of selected xero thermophilous herb taxa along the Sázava Canyon in Central Bohemia. The research was done in 62 localities scattered along the major river stretch from Ledeč nad Sázavou to the confluence of Sázava with the Vltava Riever. The Sázava River was divided according to the river mileage into 8 even sections where there were 6 or 7 larger representative localities further selected. In each locality there was obtained the semi quantitative floristic inventory of species according to a pre prepared check in list with 57 taxa, further a detailed exploration of the locality was performed including the measurement of the area (in ha), direct perpendicular distance to the Sázava riverbed (in km), distance of the locality related to the river mileage, proportion of slopes of southern expositions, by means of conservative method using paper maps, calculation of the coefficient of variation of local altitudes (i.e. the assessment of vertical complexity), reading of geographical coordinates by tourist GPS receiver and finally a detailed determination of bedrock types at individual localities. The results were processed and then statistically evaluated in the program CANOCO software for multivariate analyses. The CANOCO program calculated that the influence of species composition in the given areas describes approximately 8.6 % of the total variability of individual species. This influence is proven to be statistically significant on the alpha level = 5%. The analysis, using observed data, calculated that 28.9 % of total variability of the vegetation composition in the studied floristic areas is influenced by the chosen variables. This work may serve as a comprehensive resource of the sites for future research, also it brings a valuable floristic data for the nature conservation purposes.

Efektivita množení okrasných dřevin dřevitými řízky ve vztahu k termínu množeníKorbáš, Dalibor January 2016 (has links)
The object of work was experimental prove of term-impact of taking cuttings for reproduction with woody cuttings by selected cultivars and determinating the most appropriate term for cutting offtake. The experiment was established in the company Pasič LTD. in Dolní Životice on the 9th of January 2015 and ended on the 27th of August 2015. For the experiment were chosen difficult rooted cultivars of conifers: Picea abies 'Nidiformis', Picea glauca 'Conica', Taxus baccata 'Fastigiata Aurea', Taxus baccata 'Repandens', Taxus baccata 'Overeynderi' a Taxus×media 'Hicksii'. There were set three terms for cuttings offtake: January, February and March. In every term were cutted 560 pieces cuttings from one cultivar with using stimulator for better rooting. On the basis of performed experiments can be recommended these months as the most appropriate reproduction term from experimental variation: Februar for cultivar 'Conica', 'Fastigiata Aurea', 'Overeynderi' and March for 'Nidiformis', 'Repandens' a 'Hicksii'.

Možnosti využitia antistresových prípravkov pri pestovaní zeleninovej sadbyJasenovcová, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to develop an overview on the utilization anistress preparation and use on selected plant vegetable seedlings cabbage (Brassica oleracea) variety 'Pluto', yellow peppers (Capsicum annuum) L. (partim) variety 'Zlata', tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) variety 'Idyll' and lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. var. capitata variety 'Lednický' to improve their resistance. For the experiment were chosen preparations Agrisorb, Atonik Pro, Lexin, Synergin and Pentakeep. Experimental part is focused the results of which are evaluated morphological parameters of the seedlings trial which took place in 2015 at the Faculty of Horticulture Mendel University in Lednice.
