1 Abstract in english: The aim of this thesis is the particular legal act n. 143/1947 Sb., on the transfer of the assets of the Hluboka's branch of Schwarzenbergs to Czech country, also known as "Lex Schwarzenberg". The purpose of this work is to describe this unusual case (in Czech law an extraordinary case), especially from the point of view of the context of its creation. For this reason, the thesis deals with the political background in the time of adoption of this legal regulation and then wiith the predominant basis of legal theory. An important part of the thesis is also the analysis of the act itself. The basis for writing the presented work was mainly archival materials from the second half of the 1940s, for example from the Archives of the Office of the President of the Republic or from the private Schwarzenberg Archives in Murau. Some of the presented archive materials have been published in the past, others not. Another important source is specialized historical-legal and theoretical-legal literature. The thesis also try to describe what led to the adoption of this legislation, and try to theoretically enlighten the meaning of the issue of such a special expropriation law for our legal system. Initial idea of this work: " The contribution theology Cardinal Schwarzenberg Vatican Council? , The de facto theological story that " started " at the September provincial council in Prague ( 1860) , and over the First Vatican Council ( 1869-1870 ) , the place - the fundamental ideas of Cardinal Schwarzenberg - up to II . Vatican Council (1962-1965). We must ask ourselves what was the theology of Cardinal Schwarzenberg exceptional and why has the range and in the decades after the First Vatican Council. These questions and many others began to form this work. Response them in three circuits . The first issue is the milieu of contemporary Czech society, which entails " Czech question" because it has the attributes of the ideas of Jan Hus, who was one of the requirements to be " God's word could freely proclaim," which Cardinal Schwarzenberg sees as one of the keys to their pastoral care to address the overall " religiously sentient inhabitants " to what is now called ecumenism, and the Cardinal called her a contemporary "family faith." So the family home environment to be introduced to the "family environment" of the Church, which "does not divide, but integrates" . The second area is the communion of the Catholic congregation, which already carries specific nature of faith , which gives information on the human , not as individuals , but persons as believers lives and moves "in communion" communion sanctorum "that accompanies the believer personally and for boundaries of the church (the Church). Therefore, even in sacred spaces Divine Liturgy promotes "Discourse in the middle of the Mass," because it helps ensure that a person liturgically activated in "upgrade of Church's thinking" (that later " aggiornamento ") in the world. The third issue is the consistency believer in education as Cardinal Schwarzenberg has a graduate character: discipline, teaching and cultivating. In this characteristic "inculcation" of a person into a "divine milieu" of humanity is in the attributes of participation in "completing the world that God created Undone", as taught by A. Günther , and one has a personal interest in "his physiognomy ." All three themes should help understanding " personal infallibility of the Pope," which is not deistic static, is based on the individual, but carries the story of spiritual formation tradition of the whole Church, in whose center is the Christological fraternity, to which the " indoctrinated " hierarchy of jurisdiction, which cannot be separated from each other, but in accepting the structure of the human being shed on the integral concept of the Catholic Church as organic. Which took place in the contemporary modification to the II. Vatican Council.

This thesis analyses the history of the property fund of the Hluboka Schwarzenberg family branch throughout the period of World War 2 up to the consequent years, focused especially on the post-war development. Careful analyses of this question is also about to bring a deeper view of the society's political and sociological setting in the focused period, especially from the point of the view of the consequences accompanying the passing of statute No. 143/1947 Sb., including the proces of its origin itself. A part of the theses also examines the direct impact of the statute to the Schwarzenberg family itself. In my work, the history of the property of the Hluboka branch of the Schwarzenberg family is folowed, up to the moment of the definite integration of the property fund into the socialistic economical system, bringing the destruction of its unity.

This diploma thesis deals with patronage of the Schwarzenberg family in the 18th century over the parish of Němčice, which fell into the Netolice Manor, and tries to describe the patronage administration of the Schwarzenbergs in general. For basic explanation of its topic the thesis is prefaced by chapters about the patronage in general and the history of Němčice and of the local parish. Basic spheres of the patronage of the Schwarzenberg family over parishes in their manors (on the example of the parish of Němčice) are presented after that. This thesis studies the rights of patronage primarily with respect to the administration. It also deals with the symbolic manifest of the patron's authority and focuses on the analysis and interpretation of the most important types of documents of the patronage administration and communication of the patronage offices. Next chapters deal with founding of the parish of Němčice as an example of parish foundation and with its incomes. They also analyze granting of presentations, installations of the parish priests, involvement of the patronage officers in canonical visitations and with the pendency of the estates of the deceased parish priests. The addendum supplements the text of this thesis by an edition of the founding charter of the parish of Němčice, by a table of local parish priests and by reproductions of some sources.

My thesis named "Attitude of Czech dailies Lidové noviny, Mladá fronta Dnes and Právo to the first direct Czech presidential election" should confirm or disprove the bias of the three Czech newspapers in the period between the first and the second round of the direct presidential election. The first part of thesis focuses on selected chapters of media, linguistic and semiotic theories regarding bias. It also discusses the process of direct elections and CVs of Karel Schwarzenberg and Miloš Zeman. At first, I used quantitative analysis to determine if the newspapers were balanced and provide comparable space to the both candidates. Then I applied the qualitative analysis to find out what language and semiotic components used the authors from newspapers to inform the public about the candidates of the second round of direct elections. Depending on the findings, I divide the articles into positive, neutral, negative categories for Karel Schwarzenberg and positive, neutral, negative for Miloš Zeman. After the victory of Miloš Zeman the bias was discussed. This thesis should answer the question of whether the three Czech newspapers were biased in favour of Karel Schwarzenberg or Miloš Zeman between the first and the second round of the first direct Czech presidential election.
