211	Le parfum des mots : étude phénoménologique de la trame olfactive dans trois romans de Lise Tremblay Vicuna, Emma January 2015 (has links) Cette thèse de maîtrise est une analyse thématique des odeurs telles qu’elles se présentent dans les trois premiers romans de l’écrivaine québécoise Lise Tremblay : L’hiver de pluie (1990), La pêche blanche (1994) et La danse juive (1997). Ses principaux objectifs sont d’abord l’analyse du thème de l’olfaction présent dans ces trois romans puis sa mise en relation subséquente avec la progression narrative du texte. Pour le cadre théorique, nous avons recours à l’approche phénoménologique de Gaston Bachelard. Ce travail veut démontrer de quelles manières les manifestations olfactives épousent la trajectoire intime des héros. Il a été créé comme une modalité d’accueil et d’écoute de sujets criminels, rencontrés dans le cadre d’une pratique en service psychiatrique en milieu carcéral. Ce dispositif innovant se fonde sur le besoin de créativité suscité par la confrontation avec une forme de clinique de l’extrême. Le choix de l’olfaction, comme modalité de contact, ouvre un champ de réflexion original, au carrefour de la philosophie, de la psychologie développementale, des neurosciences et de la psychanalyse. La notion « d’acte-sentir » est une proposition de modélisation des processus en jeu au contact du médium sensoriel olfactif. Proposé dans des pratiques groupales ou individuelles, le médium sensoriel olfactif favorise l’émergence de formes primaires de symbolisation, considérées comme des traces d’une subjectivité en déroute. Cette écoute du langage sensori-moteur et de ses formes particulières, suscitées par la mobilisation de l’odorat, est une proposition d’un abord psychothérapeutique de sujets aux prises avec des souffrances inexprimables voire insoutenables, engageant le clinicien « corps et âme ». / This thesis questions an innovative group setting, using an olfactive medium. It was started to meet and to listen to criminal patients in a psychiatric ward in prison. This new practice relys on the need to invent a way to react to the extreme seriousness of the mental illnesses in this ward. The choice of smell, as mean to get in touch, opens a wide field of reflections at the cross roads of philosophy, developmental psychology, neurosciences and psychoanalytical theory. “L’acte-sentir” the sensing-act is a proposal to pattern the different processes linked to smell as a medium. This work fits in groups or individual set-ups. Primary forms of symbolization appear with this medium, and illustrate a lost subjectivity. Listening to these words and helping associative work, is therapeutic with these suffering patients, who cannot speak easily. This work request a full body and mind implication. 214	Nos v českém jazykovém obrazu světa / Nose in the Linguistic Picture o the World in Czech Černá, Eliška January 2015 (has links) The thesis tries to grasp the meaning of lexeme nos "the nose" in cognitively-linguistic perspective, namely in particular through colocation and idioms, which contains the lexeme nos. The goal of this thesis is to define so-called semantic profiles of concept NOSE and to formulate cognitively cultural definition of nose consequential from its location in the Czech linguistic picture of the world. For this purpose nose first will be subjected to analysis from two different perspectives - from medical perspective, which represent the scientific view on the world, and from the perspective of a common user of the language, which represent so- called naive picture of the world. Data relating to the lexeme nos will be excerpted from Czech monolingual, synonymous, etymological and phraseological dictionaries, the semic analysis will be done and the lexeme nos will be included to systemic relationships in Czech vocabulary. Nose also will be introduced in a ligth of an additional perspectives of an alternative medicine and a pseudoscientific disciplines: the phrenology and the physiognomy. The search for signs that separate from the traditional model based on a visual static mark, classified as a sole design, word or mixed mark is increasingly common. Law cannot remain idle in witnessing this scenario, since those new distinctive signs have their own particularities that are not contemplated by the Brazilian Industrial Property Law. The protection of the consumer market, of free competition and even of the owners private property of the signs themselves depend necessarily on having clear answers from the Law regarding the issue. Otherwise, the trademark system may become unstable. Therefore, this work aims at defining basic concepts regarding the theme and analyzing the main legal issues related to nontraditional marks, having international experiences on the matter as a basis. / O cenário de acirrada competição típico de qualquer economia de mercado estimula a atividade criativa de seus participantes quando da construção de identidades marcárias. É cada vez mais constante e comum a busca por sinais que fogem ao modelo tradicional de marca visual estática, figurativa, mista ou nominativa. Estes sinais recebem o nome geral de marcas não tradicionais . O Direito não pode aí quedar-se inerte, uma vez que estes novos sinais distintivos têm peculiaridades próprias que fogem, em boa medida, à sistemática determinada pela Lei de Propriedade Industrial. Logo, a proteção do mercado consumidor, da livre concorrência e mesmo da propriedade privada dos titulares dos sinais passam necessariamente por uma obtenção de respostas claras do Direito neste tema, sob pena de instabilizar-se o sistema marcário.
