This thesis deals with analyzing multivariate financial and economical data. The first section describes the theory of multivariate time series and multivariate ARMA models. The second part deals with some models with exogenous variables such as simultaneous equations models and ARMAX model. In the final chapter, the described theory is applied to analyze the reciprocal dependence of time series of inflation rates and dependence of inflation rates on various macroeconomical indicators. The theme of my dissertation is the specifics of German conception of financial analysis and possibilities of their implementing into Czech methodology. In Czech literature which deals with financial analysis we can encounter references to German sources very rarely. With regard to this I have chosen to explore German literature, to get inspired by German authors and to look for ideas which may help to contribute to common method of financial analysis in the Czech Republic. The assignment of my dissertation comes out from the hypothesis that methods of financial analysis used by German-writing authors incorporate elements that can be implemented in our practice. This dissertation therefore has the goal to develop the study of financial analysis specifics that are typical for German authors with the objective to suggest ideas to improve common methods of Czech external financial analysis. Based on the wide recherché I introduced in the dissertation a spectrum of methodological elements recorded at influential German-writing authors and in the end I suggested those elements that should be incorporated into our methodology. I suggested financial ratio system for analyzing short-term financial solvency that shows prospective ability of company to cover short-term non-interest debts, short-term interest debts and interest. The empirical study presented the advantages of financial ratio system of liquidity ratios based on ideas to be incorporated into methodology of financial analysis inspired by German literature. I managed to specify 16 ideas how to built up (in the Czech Republic) on specific methodology elements that are suggested by German authors. The suggestions of replenishment of common Czech methodology approaches mainly represent a benefit in more significant focusing of external financial analysis on prediction of financial situation in short term period.

in English This text is devoted to the creation of logarithmic tables at the beginning of the 17th century. The key person is John Napier and the thesis focuses on his work. The goal is to explain the historical context and to show how mathematicians of that time were thinking when inventing logarithms. 1

In this thesis, we study two different topics: collisional probability between two bodies and dynamics of the sporadic meteoroids in the Solar System. Determination of the collision probabilities in the Solar System is one of the important problems in mod- ern celestial mechanics. Here, we generalize classical theories of the collisions between two bodies by Öpik, Wetherill or Greenberg by including the Kozai-Lidov oscillations, a mechanism that significantly change orbital eccentricity and inclination in the Solar System. Sporadic meteors have been studied for many decades providing a wealthy re- source of data. Here, we build dynamical steady-state models for all known populations observed in the sporadic meteoroid complex based on the latest and most precise data provided by Canadian Meteor Orbit Radar (CMOR). Our models using the latest theo- ries for cometary populations in the Solar System accurately describe observed sporadic background population. Our results are in agreement with observations provided by space probes IRAS and LDEF.

The aim of the Diploma work was to evaluate the phases of the enterprise lifecycle, as well as to focus on the phase of the crisis and consequently to reveal the impact of the crisis by means of a system of indicators. In the theoretical part of the Diploma work, the enterprise lifecycle including its individual phases were described followed by the causes of the crisis and the possibilities of financial rehabilitation. In the practical part of the Diploma work, the particular enterprise was introduced at first, followed by the desription of its economic characteristics, which were used to identify the phases of the enterprise lifecycle for the period 2004 ? 2012. Corresponding results were found out with respect to the enterprise activities. The year 2009 meant crisis for the enterprise. The crisis was caused by the ongoing global economic recession, as well as by strong links to foreign partners associated with high foreign exchange losses. The following year, however, the enterprise recovered from the crisis and launched the re-growth phase, which in 2012 was transformed into the phase of stability, maturity, and with which the enterprise would like to keep up for as long as possible.

Chosen agriculture farm: Dubné corporation is in South Bohemia region. Analysis of inner structure of agricultural system was calculated for ten-year period 1997 {--} 2006. Data used for analysis: acreage and yield of individual crops, consumption of mineral fertilizers, cattle stock. On the basis of this analysis, using carbon balance principle, variants of agricultural inner structure project have been worked out, aimed at bioenergy production: cereals for production of bioethanol, raps for production of oil, biogas.

The aim of this thesis is to study remuneration effectivity in chosen company. In general, remuneration is both financial and non-financial rewarding, but also the philosophy, strategy, policy, plans and methods used by companies in organizing and maintaining their wage systems. The first part of the thesis analyses the theories of remuneration, labourelationlaw relations and productivity of labour in relation to remuneration. In the second part, the description and analysis of wage system and effectivity of this system in a company is conducted. Conclusion consists mainly of the recommendations how to improve the this system to be more effective in the company.

This diploma thesis brings together findings concerning the problematic of postsurgical active scars putting the stress on postsurgical abdominal scars. It deals with a patofysiology of active scars. First part summarizes case studies concerning diagnostic, manual treatment of active scar tissue and clinical importance of active scars. Second one presents examination of after-hysterectomy patients. Results suggest that active abdominal scar can disturb locomotor system function. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Zemědělství Blatná a.s. company by using financial analysis and intercompany comparison methods. The first part explains the elementary concepts related to the topic as well as the selected methods of the financial situation eveluation. I am also mentioning the methods and way of intecompany comparison. The second part describes applying the theoretical knowledge in Zemedělství Blatná a.s. For indicating a better information capability the individual outcomes are compared with the results of Agraspol Předmíř a.s. company and also with Zemědělské obchodní družstvo Němětice company. The conclusion summarizes the individual results and propopes appropriate measures to improve the financial situation of Zemědělství Blatná a.s.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast skladování. Převážná část práce je věnována projektování centrálního distribučního skladu společnosti Hamé a.s. Práce obsahuje návrh a popis dispozičního řešení (layoutu), skladového informačního systému, volbu manipulačních vozíků a skladových regálů, kapacitní posouzení manipulační techniky pro jednotlivé skladové operace včetně personálního obsazení a zhodnocení současného stavu provozu.
