Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast skladování. Převážná část práce je věnována projektování centrálního distribučního skladu společnosti Hamé a.s. Práce obsahuje návrh a popis dispozičního řešení (layoutu), skladového informačního systému, volbu manipulačních vozíků a skladových regálů, kapacitní posouzení manipulační techniky pro jednotlivé skladové operace včetně personálního obsazení a zhodnocení současného stavu provozu.

My master's thesis is focused on grounding of HV switchgear. The aim of this work is to create a computer program intended for dimensioning of earthing networks. The earthing networks are the most convenient alternative in term of effective grounding and distribution of ponential. They are based on latiny a flat conductor network cables and connection of appliance parts to network. Introduction of the thesis is dedicated to explanation of grounding theory and to description of requirements essential for properly designed earthing system (dimensioning of earthing system). Following chapter brings description of computer program algorithm testing propriety of an assigned earthing network for a particular switchgear. The chapter also contains description of an user interface and explanation of all features, included in the program. Last part provides presentation of program utilization to particular numerical assignment.

The aim of this thesis is creation the appropriate multimedia support for signals and system with continuous time. The understanding of this issue is very important, because the obligatory subject Signals and systems, exactly BSIS, is taught at the EST bachelor degree. The understanding is also necessary prerequisite to successful understanding next topics in other related subjects. The next part of this thesis is focused on one dimension discrete signals. Concretely, the aim of this part is a realization of software system. Designed system has some basic operations (the signal energy, the number of signal zero crossing etc.) with sound files and also some advance functions e.g. vowel seeking and separating in fluent speech. The system is divided into two main parts. The first one analyzes sound files, creates the new sound file with wanted vowel and matrices with important parameters for other processing. The second program computes with given data, which statistically evaluates in other steps. The final system can be useful for speaker recognition, his emotional status etc.

This master work deals with analysis of financial statement and that’s balance sheet, profits and losses and cash-flow of company at specific period through the use of financial analysis. It’s includes in part theoretical background of financial analysis, in part directions needed to successful analysis and analysis of chosen financial statements items to fulfill objectives of master work.

At the beginning this master's thesis includes of a comprehensive review of aircraft accidents in this category, 2-6-digit aircraft for passenger transport. Since this work focused on autopilot, so naturally there is a basic overview of most common autopilots, which can be found in these aircraft now, but in the future. Functional hazard analysis (FHA) for the 4-seater plane for passenger services primarily investigates cases of catastrophic malfunction, which in most cases accompanied by the likelihood taken from different databases. The airplane, which is created for this analysis will preferably equipped with instruments for IFR flights. There is also a brief overview of the regulations necessary for the installation of these systems in the airplane. At the end of this work is to design the dashboard, a design layout of equipment for future aircraft, with an emphasis on maximum transparency.

The diploma thesis is focused on problems connecting of fireplace with water heating systems. The thesis comprises concise description of fireplace and water heating systems. Particular the thesis is concerned with design proposal of heat water exchanger for fireplace. Last part is devoted to experimental measurement of operating parameters and summarize of getting results.

The aim of this thesis is modelling of chamber for plant cultivation under defined conditions. First part of the thesis contains theoretical introduction to thermodynamics and humid air problematics. In the next part of thesis, the growth chamber model was designed. Model parameters were obtained during fytotron identification. Chamber control algorithm was designed using the model. The control algorithm was programmed into chamber control unit and its functionality was practically tested.

Regulation of axon guidance and pruning of inappropriate synapses is key to development of neural circuits. Secreted semaphorins are integral part of both processes. Collapsin response mediator protein 2 (CRMP2) has been shown to regulate axon guidance by mediating Semaphorin 3A (Sema3A) signaling, however, nothing is known about its role in the synapse pruning. Similarly, it is also not known if CRMP2 mediates signals from other semaphorins. We herein studied CRMP2 protein and revealed its role in growth and pruning of selected axons and dendrites. In newly generated crmp2-/- and crmp2a-/- mice we demonstrate that CRMP2 has a moderate effect on Sema3A-dependent axon guidance in vivo, and its deficiency leads to a mild defect in axon guidance in peripheral nerves and corpus callosum. CRMP2A isoform is specifically involved in development of callosal axons. Surprisingly, we show that crmp2-/- mice display prominent defects in stereotyped axon pruning in hippocampus and visual cortex and altered dendritic spine remodeling, which are consistent with impaired Sema3F signaling and with models of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Indeed, we demonstrate that CRMP2 mediates Sema3F signaling in primary neurons and that crmp2-/- mice display ASD-related social behavior changes in early postnatal period as well...

This work describes an actual condition of a specific part of a distribution power grid. It is a research of problems based on the computer model in case some power line is in failure or shut down. Simulations are calculated for both currently used load and load expected in future usage. There are partial solutions depicted for each issue found during the simulation. Some of those are used for a final design of a distribution power grid. In the last section, there is a comparison of different types of power lines and their possible usage in the design.

Markéta Novotná Abstract - The Feudo-vassal System on Royal Estates in Early Modern Bohemia The study is devoted to the topic of feudo-vassal relations in early modern Bohemia presented on a sample of specific royal and chamber domains at the castle Karlštejn. The first part of the thesis describes how the feudo-vassal tenures were treated in Czech and European historical studies, using impulses from the philosophy and sociology. The others chapters are dedicated to the main object of this analysis - to the Karlštejn vassal system - a group of small-sized estates connected to castle Karlštejn through feudo-vassal bonds. The second chapter of the thesis deals with the problem of historical consciousness, where the castle Karlštejn is imagined as the site of "the national memory", which strongly effected the interpretation of the Karlštejn vassal system. The third (main) part of the thesis presents the factual analysis of the Karlštejn vassal system from the last third of sixteenth century to the turn of the seventies and the eighties of the next century. At the end of the study the analysis of four chosen vassal estates is added. Key words: Karlštejn, historiography, vassals, feudal system, domain, chamber, lower nobility
