Esta investigación se realizó en el ámbito de la ciudad de Chiclayo, donde se ha evidenciado el incremento de spas y de competitividad entre empresarios, quienes le otorgan valor al producto que ofrecen, con el fin de darle al cliente experiencias y servicios únicos en el mercado. Esta investigación permite mostrar ciertos puntos de un spa, que nos llevan a pensar en este como una opción sería de negocio, no sólo por el factor rentable sino también por el humano, el marketing y los aspectos tecnológicos. Es así que el 100% de los encuestados, están dispuestos a recibir servicios en un spa, lo que lo hace un negocio rentable. Se puede afirmar también que el presente proyecto es viable de acuerdo al TIR obtenido en el estudio. Por otro lado, el personal requerido será un personal preparado y debidamente calificado, las colaboradoras estarán aptas para atender cualquier servicio. El negocio se establecerá debido a las leyes correspondientes, que nos permitirán operar bajo un ordenamiento y estándares de salubridad.

Šiame darbe inovacijų objektu pasirinktos SPA paslaugas teikiančios įmonės. Šios paslaugos siejamos su laisvalaikio praleidimo forma, sveiko gyvenimo būdu, alternatyva tradicinei vakarietiškai medicinai ir natūraliu sveikatingumo šaltiniu. SPA paslaugas teikiančių įmonių kūrimąsi ir plėtrą Lietuvoje galima sieti su 2007 metais įsikūrusia Nacionaline SPA asociacija. Vilniuje šiuo metu veikia 17 SPA paslaugas teikiančių įmonių. Augant šių įmonių skaičiui ir SPA paslaugų paklausai, didėja ir konkurencija. Kaip ir kiekvienai organizacijai, taip ir SPA paslaugas teikiančiai įmonei svarbu ieškoti racionalių, naujoviškų sprendimų, t.y. būti inovatyviai ir siekti išlikti konkurencingoje rinkoje. Tad šiame darbe keliami probleminiai klausimai: Kokią strategiją turi pasirinkti SPA paslaugas teikianti įmonė, kad užsitikrintų konkurencinį pranašumą rinkoje? Kokie veiksniai lemia klientų apsisprendimą, renkantis SPA paslaugas? Kokios yra inovacijų ir konkurencingumo sąsajos SPA paslaugas teikiančiose įmonėse? The study was conducted in Companies Providing SPA Services of Vilnius in February and March in 2010. Were interviewed 260 respondents (200 SPA services users and 60 SPA services workers). The study enabled the Relationship between Innovation and Competitiveness in Companies Providing SPA Services. It was found that Companies Providing SPA Services do not comply with the customer's needs. Many of them would prefer that these companies are providing beauty consultations, improved customer registration system. Thus, the second test the hypothesis that Companies Providing SPA Services do not meet all customers' needs have been met only partially. The workers often than clients agreed that the Companies Providing SPA Services are needed innovations and saw their importance. Clients and workers believes that these companies needs the technological and manufacturing innovation. Customers increasingly focused the product innovacions, workers - management innovations. So the first test the hypothesis that Companies Providing SPA Services need product innovation, has proved only partially. La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo principal investigar la viabilidad comercial de implementar un Spa exclusivamente para hombres en la ciudad de Chiclayo, debido a que diversos estudios indicaron que en la actualidad los índices de estrés, ya sea laboral o psicológico, son elevados y se requiere desarrollar modelos de negocio que permitan atenuarlos. Por ello, la presente investigación, basándose en una segmentación que abarca hombres de 25 a 59 años, de estilos de vida sofisticados y progresistas, realizó mediante encuestas, entrevistas y grupos focales, un estudio para verificar la viabilidad de ejecución del spa masculino, del cual se obtuvo resultados positivos con respecto al crecimiento de éste sector, demostrando la aceptación del proyecto como parte del cuidado masculino, de modo que éste pueda brindar un servicio innovador, exclusivo y necesario, que ayude a mejorar la calidad de vida y satisfacción de los clientes, a través de las preferencias, características y sugerencias recolectadas en el estudio y análisis del mercado Chiclayano, por lo que se concluyó del estudio que sí es viable la creación de un spa para hombres en dicha ciudad. / Tesis

This thesis discusses the importance of spas in Italy and its comparison with the spa in the Czech Republic. It contains a concise definition of spas in the spa treatment and medical tourism. It includes the fundamental information about the destination of Italy and tourism in this country. It also deals with the characteristics of the spa of Italy from its inception to the present. In short, there is also will learn about 137 Italian spa areas. The last part is focused on comparison of several spas by selected characteristics .

Para tanto, investigou-se a construção da realidade social onde o circuito encontra o seu centro e as trajetórias dos diferentes trabalhadores vinculados às práticas necessárias para a sua manutenção. Posteriormente, analisou-se o processo de criminalização dos trabalhadores e as suas consequências, observando primeiramente as ações governamentais no sentido de disciplinar as relações na fronteira e, em um segundo momento, os efeitos na organização social dos trabalhadores da região. Os resultados obtidos não ficaram restritos a aspectos locais e demonstraram os vínculos e as aproximações entre discursos e práticas de diferentes governos visando garantir uma conjuntura adequada para a expansão do capital preservando os modos de viver idealizados pelo mercado. Neste aspecto, as políticas, os discursos e as ações efetivadas passam sobre as diferenças e generalizam suposições para desconstruir relações e forjar um novo mundo asséptico e adaptado aos interesses do Estado e do Capital / Abstract: The research investigates the circuit of sacoleiros and the various relationships involved in its development. For this, we observed the social construction of reality where the circuit finds its center and the different trajectories of workers related to the practices necessary for their maintenance. Subsequently, we analyzed the process of criminalizing the workers and their consequences, noting that government actions to regulate the relations on the border and the effects on social organization of workers in the region. The results were not restricted to local issues and demonstrated the links and similarities between different discourses and practices of governments for ensuring an environment suitable for the expansion of capital while preserving the ways of life devised by the market. The Space Plug-and-Play Architecture (SPA) networking approach outlined in this dissertation is an improvement over the previous approach used by the Satellite Data Model(SDM). The first improvement is the introduction of a SPA network model based on the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model. Second, a new addressing and routing scheme is presented, which places the burden of routing on the network infrastructure instead of the network endpoints. These improvements have been implemented in a software infrastructure called the SPA Services Manager (SSM). The SSM was developed under an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 certified development process, the details of which are presented. A collection of network timing graphs that measure latency and jitter of the SPA network is contained in this dissertation, as well as a runtime memory footprint. The maturity of the development process and these initial performance measurements demonstrate that the SSM is qualified for spaceflight.

The purpose of this study was to explore how adolescent female athletes cope with social physique anxiety (SPA) within the context of sport. The participants of this study were 73 female athletes ranging in age from 13 to 19 years (M = 15.5, SD = 1.7). The participants provided coping responses to a self-identified situation within sport in which they experienced SPA. Measures of state and trait SPA, coping function, coping effectiveness, and reasons for sport participation were also completed. <p>The female adolescent athletes reported a total of 129 strategies (an average of 1.77 strategies per participant) to cope with their SPA provoking situation, with a range of 1 to 4 coping strategies identified by each participant. Social support (reported by 31.5% of participants), behavioural avoidance (reported by 23.3% of participants), short-term appearance management (reported by 23.3% of participants), humour (reported by 23.3% of participants), cognitive avoidance (reported by 19.3% of participants), and acceptance (reported by 17.8% of participants) were among the coping strategies reported by the highest number of participants. The number of open-ended coping strategies reported was significantly related to State SPA (r = .34, p < .05). Trait SPA was significantly related to avoidance coping function (r = .21, p < .05). This study supports that within the context of sport the way in which female adolescents cope with situations they experience SPA is similar, yet unique, to outside of this specific context. Most coping strategies appear to be consistent in coping with SPA across various contexts outside of sport, such as social support, acceptance, avoidance, and appearance management. It is important to note that consistent with the literature, there was much diversity in what functions were associated with various coping strategies. However, uniqueness occurred as other coping strategies emerged, such as humour, in the context of sport. This study has potential to act as a starting point to better understand the complex links among coping strategies, function, and effectiveness for adolescent females coping with SPA.
