Title: Marketing research of the customers satisfaction with services of the company "Hardcore Tréninky" Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze current level of customer satisfaction with the services of Hardcore Tréninky, discover their opinions and reveal potential drawbacks by using questionnaire survey. Base on the results of empirical research, define any problem areas and suggest appropriate management recommendations, which would let to increase the customers satisfaction. Methods: To determine the satisfaction of the customers of the company Hardcore Tréninky, it has been used the quantitative method, which is called questionnaire survey. Respondents were interviewed mostly by electronic questioning, but few of them were also asked personally. Results: From the results of marketing research is clear that the customers of the company Hardcore Tréninky are satisfied with the quality of its services. They positively evaluated especially characteristic features of the HCT services. On the other hand, the biggest problematic area was discovered in the technical condition of equipment and the building of the Vinohradská gym. Methods: Quantitative research using electronic questioning Results: Participants are most satisfied with the cleanliness and the Pankrác grounds. Also a quality of their opponents and the number of played matches are considered to be good. They find the biggest problem in starting fee that i stoo expensive. This paper engages in finding out the level of fidelity and satisfaction of students with preventive program Unplugged in school year 2013/ 2014. Target population of this program are students of 6th and 7th grades of elementary schools and students of first and sekond year of an eight- year grammar schools which are from 12 to 14 years old. Unplugged contains 12 lessons which are realized every three weeks. The main goal of this work was to find the level of satisfaction of students with program and with lessons of this program. Other goals were to discover comprehensibility and usefulness of program. The research was made by questionnaire method. As the main result of the paper I consider finding out the level of involvement of students in lessons which they participated in and the level of entertaining of lessons. Students marked positive answers to level of involvement in 76 % of cases. And as entertaining they marked more than 74 % of lesssons. Other important results were high level of comprehensibility of instructions in lessons (over 81 %) and with instructions in workbooks which were used during the program (more then 74 % of answers). Good results were discovered also for usefulness of lessons. In a little less than 12 % of cases students choosed for usefulness of lesson grade 3 or worse....

The aims of the Master's Thesis were: to analyze job satisfaction and to reveal the abidance by rules of mental hygiene among the employees of the primary school. The theoretical part describes basic concepts of job satisfaction, factors of job satisfaction and theories of work motivation. Questions of mental hygiene, factors of mental health and basic principles of good mental health are explained too. The practical part then discovers problematic factors of job satisfaction and critical points of mental hygiene among the employees of the primary school. The research was carried out thanks to these methods: the analysis of webpage, questionnaire surveys and an interview. The results of the research are well-arranged in tables, graphs and diagrams in the practical part. The most important findings and recommendation can be found in final parts and in the conclusion of this Master's Thesis.

The thesis "Personnel Management of the Selected Company Operating in Tourism" aims at motivation of workers. Its key point is to analyse the factors which influence work motivation and job satisfaction that the bus attendants employed by the STUDENT AGENCY have. Another point is to evaluate the current situation and suggest possible steps for improving it. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the former, the concept "personnel management" is explained and particular development phases of personnel work concentrating on the most recent approach to it -- human resources management - are described. The next part deals with problems of work motivation where different forms of work motivation, basics of selected motivation theories and other problem fields are mentioned. Latter part includes a presentation of the STUDENT AGENCY, especially the department of bus attendants. Further, an analysis of the factors influencing work motivation and job satisfaction of the employees at the department is carried out. In the conclusion, particular steps that could help boost motivation of the employees working at the department are suggested.

Human resources have become the most important means of competition in today's market environment. It is one of the vital goals of the competing companies to attract and retain work force of high quality. The way to this goal leads through ensuring the employees' satisfaction. Within many companies' management the word satisfaction is confused with motivation and in some professional papers motivation is believed to be the synonym of stimulation. Therefore in the first part of this thesis I explore the theoretical relations between satisfaction, motivation and stimulation. In next parts I introduce the company where the satisfaction survey takes place and include the thorough analysis of the subject group. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge I then evaluate the used methodology -- electronic questioning and the content of the survey questionnaire. In the last chapter I present the results of the survey conducted in two subsequent time periods. I analyze the results and evaluate the adopted action steps plus giving my own recommendations and suggestions for actions in the upcoming year.

The aim of this work is the discovery of important factors of job satisfaction and their examination on a statistically significant sample of employees. Prologue of this work is complemented by the establishment of the working hypotheses. Important factors of satisfaction are identified on the basis of the study literature and personal investigation at the place of research. Given the nature of the factors is found assembled interviews and research conducted. According to data obtained is described research sample. Followed by the presentation of the information and interpretation of relevant data. The conclusion deals with the screening of the working hypotheses and design of remedial measures. Work is supplemented by a list of the references and appendices.

Je zaměřená na jednotlivé personální činnosti a nastínění jejich současného stavu ve společnosti. Popsaný je proces získávání zaměstnanců, jejich hodnocení, přehled zaměstnaneckých výhod a motivace. Dále následuje komunikace pracovníků uvnitř firmy, celkové sociální klima a spokojenost pracovníků. V závěru jsou shrnuty silné a slabé stránky řízení lidských zdrojů, na což navazuje navrhnutí konkrétních opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení nejen výše uvedených personálních činností, ale i práce s lidmi ve společnosti a její rozvoj pozitivním směrem.
