Magistro darbe pateikiama Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių nevyriausybinių organizacijų ir kokybės valdymo teorinių ir praktinių tyrimų apžvalga, išskiriant nevyriausybinių organizacijų bruožus, veiklos principus bei jų įtaką visuomenės gyvenimo kokybei. Taip pat pateikiama kokybės vadybos samprata ir jos sistemos. Išskiriami visuotinės kokybės vadybos komponentai, principai ir jų taikymas viešajame sektoriuje. Analizuojama nevyriausybinių organizacijų vadybos kokybės standarto struktūra. Šiame darbe siekiama atskleisti vadybos kokybės standarto diegimo būdus, švietimo paslaugas teikiančiose, Šiaulių apskrities nevyriausybinėse organizacijose. Tam tikslui buvo sukurtas klausimynas, Lietuvos pradinio ugdymo pedagogų asociacijos (LPUPA)- Šiaulių ir Radviliškio skyrių, Lietuvos socialinių pedagogų asociacijos – Šiaulių ir Kuršėnų skyrių, Lietuvos logopedų asociacijos, Lietuvos muzikos mokytojų asociacijos – Šiaulių ir Joniškio skyrių, pedagogų pensininkų asociacijos ,,Šviesa“, asociacijos ,,Lieporių mokyklos bendruomenė“ nariams ir darbuotojams. Tyrimo metu paaiškėjo, kad švietimo paslaugas teikiančios nevyriausybinės organizacijos išsiskiria savo veiklos pobūdžiu, patirtimi, darbuotojų motyvacija, galimybėmis bei požiūriu siekti kokybės. Buvo patvirtinta iškelta hipotezė, kad vadybos kokybės standartas yra diegiamas Šiaulių apskrities nevyriausybinėse organizacijose, tačiau šio standarto taikymas yra nesistemingas. / The master thesis provides review of theoretical and practical investigations of non-governmental organizations quality management accomplished by Lithuanian and foreign authors by distinguishing features, principles of work of non-governmental organizations and their influence upon the quality of public life. There is also introduced conception of quality management and its systems. The components, principles of prevailing quality management and their use in public sector are distinguished. The structure of non-governmental organizations management quality standards is analysed. This paper aims to reveal the ways of implementation of management quality standards in non-governmental organizations of Šiauliai region providing educational services. For that purpose the questionnaire was composed for members and employees of Lithuanian Association of Primary Education Pedagogues (LAPEP) - in departments of Šiauliai and Radviliškis, Lithuanian Association of Social Pedagogues - in departments of Šiauliai and Kuršėnai, Lithuanian Logopedist Association, Lithuanian Association of Music Teachers – in departments of Šiauliai and Joniškis, Association of Pedagogues Pensioners “Šviesa”, Association “Lieporių mokyklos bendruomenė”. The aim of this thesis is to provide complex information on the characteristics of leasing, its cathegorisation and accounting issues including the comparison of leasing relationships outside of the Czech Republic, namely in Austria and in Slovakia. The work is divided into nine chapters, first three of them deal with general concept of leasing -- its history, various types and particularly with the legal framework of leasing in the applicable Czech legislation. The subsequent chapters focus on the lease agreement itself from the moment it comes to existence including the principal requirements of the agreement through changes that may occur during the existence of the agreement to its termination. The eighth chapter is intended to acquaint the reader with accounting of the lease transaction under the international financial reporting standards IFRS and to compare these accounting transactions with processes contained in the Czech accounting legislation. The last part of the work is based mainly on materials provided by IKB Leasing ČR s.r.o. and focuses on differences in the regulation of leasing relationship in Slovakia and Austria.

L'objectif de cette thèse est de proposer une méthode de repérage empirique robuste du travailleur indépendant français. En effet, l'absence de norme homogène atténue la portée des travaux économétriques et statistiques. Dans un premier chapitre, les fondements de l'indépendance professionnelle sont mis en avant par une approche historique. Le deuxième chapitre permet de formuler des hypothèses typologiques consécutivement à l'examen des normes juridiques et du corpus empirique.Un idéaltype empirique est proposé dans le troisième chapitre. Il est formulé en opposant les hypothèses à l'analyse des résultats de classifications ascendantes hiérarchiques effectuées sur différents échantillons de travailleurs. La norme ainsi proposée permet de repérer objectivement les indépendants français au regard de critères inhérents au métier effectivement exercé, aux statuts entrepreneuriaux, à la taille de l'entreprise et au secteur d'activité. Cet idéaltype empirique permet un repérage robuste des indépendants au sein de la population des travailleurs non-salariés. / The objective of this thesis is to propose an robust empirical method to stake out French self-employed.Indeed, the absence of homogeneous standard tones down the reach of econometric and statistical works.In a first chapter, the foundations of the professional independence are studed through historic approach.The second chapter allows to formulate typological hypotheses as a result of the examination of the legalrules and the empirical corpus. An empirical idealtype is proposed in the third chapter. It is formulated bysetting the hypotheses against the analysis of the results of hierarchical ascending classifications made onworkers' various samples. The standard proposed here allows to stake out objectively the French selfemployedtowards criteria inherent to the effectively exercised occupation, to the entrepreneurial statuses,to the size of the enterprise and to the business sector. This empirical idealtype allows a robust location ofthe self-employed workers inside the population of non-salaried workers.

The aim of the thesis is analysis of financial situation of households in Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is primarily analysis of differences in financial situation of households bellow and above the poverty threshold. The thesis is also focused on living standarts of households bellow the poverty threshold. This task is performed by using models of logistic regression for deeper analysis of situation of the Czech households.

The goal of this work is to evaluate the implementation of quality management system in the organization, identification of bottlenecks, including a proposal to remove them. The diploma thesis reports on the quality norms ISO according to their transformation into the requirements of company practical form. I analyse the ways in which the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2008 the organization can be utilized in the activities, processes and quality requirements. The thesis deals with the various fundamental points of standards and the standard met in the organization is described.The final part is concerned with current state. I consider the pre-certified quality system and finally the possible way for improvement is suggested.

Graduation thesis deal about education children with autism in social care institutions. First part describes pervasive evolutionary disorders, it's etiology, clinical picture, diagnosis of autism and typical triads of disorder. This thesis also deals with institutions care, it's history and present situation in education care. Final part is research of social care institutions which take care persons with autism. Goal of the research is mapped situation education care for people with autism in social care institutions. Research methods are questionnaire, interview, content analysis. Research is complemented by case studies.

São apresentados os aspectos gerais da iluminação pública no Brasil, os principais componentes empregados e uma discussão sobre a adoção da tecnologia LED na iluminação de exteriores. Também são abordados os conceitos básicos de fotometria clássica e da fotometria adaptada para baixos níveis de luminância, que leva em consideração a resposta dinâmica visual do olho humano. Para efeito comparativo, o trabalho também inclui uma revisão das principais fontes de luz brancas orientadas à iluminação pública, e. g. lâmpada de vapor metálico, lâmpada de vapor de mercúrio e, mais recentemente, os LEDs. Tal estudo ampara-se em ensaios de laboratório e em campo tomando como base a lâmpada de vapor de sódio em alta pressão, a mais utilizada atualmente no segmento de iluminação de vias públicas. Algumas normativas referentes à aplicação de LEDs em iluminação pública são discutidas e, a partir das recomendações existentes nas normas NBR 16026 e NBR IEC 61347-2-13, são realizados ensaios de pré-conformidade em amostras comerciais de luminárias LED orientadas à iluminação pública do mercado nacional. Além dos ensaios de pré-conformidade, são realizados ensaios de funcionamento das luminárias LED quando expostas a condições críticas de temperatura com o objetivo de se avaliar as mudanças elétricas e fotométricas que ocorrem nestas condições. É apresentada uma metodologia de projeto luminotécnico para instalação de luminárias LED em vias públicas baseando-se na norma de iluminação pública NBR 5101 (revisão 2012), e o acompanhamento do projeto piloto de iluminação pública empregando luminárias LED implantado no anel viário da faculdade de engenharia da Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. Durante nove meses foram coletados dados de características elétricas e fotométricas a fim de se averiguar o desempenho destas luminárias em campo. Por fim, foi feito um estudo comparativo entre o antigo sistema de iluminação com lâmpadas de vapor de sódio e o atual, empregando luminárias LED. / The purpose of this research is the experimental evaluation of light emitting diodes (or LEDs) when used in commercial luminaires for street lighting systems. The general aspects of Brazilian public lighting, the main components used and a discussion about the adoption of the LED technology in outdoor lighting are presented. Also, the basic concepts of classical photometry and photometry’s adaptations for low luminance levels are addressed. It takes into consideration the dynamic response of the human eye. For comparative purposes, this research also includes a review of the main white light sources used on public lighting, e.g. Metal Halide Lamp, High Pressure Mercury Vapour Lamp and, recently, the LEDs. Such research is supported by laboratory and on-site studies based on High Pressure Sodium Vapour Lamp; currently, the most used on public lighting system. Some standards regarding LEDs usage on public lighting are discussed and, based on the existing recommendations, regulated by the Brazilian standards NBR 16026 and NBR IEC 61347-2-13, pre-certification studies of commercial LED luminaires samples oriented to public lighting on the home market are performed. Other than the pre-certification studies, additional studies of LED luminaires functioning when exposed to critical conditions of temperature with the intention to evaluate the electric and photometric changes that occur in this circumstances are performed. It is introduced a luminotechnical project methodology for LED luminaires installation on public roads based on the Brazilian standards of public lighting NBR 5101 (reviewed in 2012) and the accompanying of the pilot project of public lighting using LED luminaires implanted on the ring road of the School of Engineering of the Juiz de Fora Federal University. During nine months, data of electric and photometric features were collected in order to investigate the performance of the luminaires on-site. Finally, a comparative study was done between the previous lighting system with High Pressure Sodium Vapour Lamp and the current, using LED luminaires.

Diploma thesis deals with solving of the problem with heat shield used in a turbocharger for heavy duty vehicles. The description of the problem origin with focus on environmental standarts and therefore a need of changes in turbocharger construction, is included. Further, the procedure for finding the component failure causes using the results of stress tests and analyses performed is described step by step. Most of the practical part is focused on a use of quality tools for finding a root cause of heat shield failure and also on advanced material analysis, verifying the results from quality analysis performed. An the end of the thesis there are suggested and accepted measures for elimination of similar failure recurrence and recommendations for further development.

The thesis topic „Fixed Assets According to Czech Accounting Legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards“ is to characterize valuation, amortization, decrease the values, reserves and leasing with relation to tangible asset sunder the rules of Czech accounting legislation and International Financial Reporting Standarts, as well as carry out a comparison of the two systems by high lifting the key differences in reporting. The theoretical approach is used to show the differences in the reporting of fixed assets for a specific accounting unit keeping accounts according to Czech accounting legislation which is considering the possibility of preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
