This thesis generalizes and describes a complex law-technical system concerning intellectual property and especially patent protection. Main emphasis is put of the purpose and meaning of patent protection to the public, teachers and mainly to the student of upper primary schools.

My work is about expanding of Buddhism to the Western world and its current situation there. One chapter is about Buddhism in Czech Republic, in its history and current form. Last chapter of the Theoretical part outlines reasons, why some people from countries with Christian tradition converts to Buddhism. In practical part of my work, there are several interviews with people, which are or were practising Buddhism. Interviews follow their motivations in interest with Buddhism and also their opinions on Christianity. Sceond part of practical part are my comments on interviews and summary of respondets statements.

Tempo and quantum of population ageing in the world: development opportunities and challenges Abstract This diploma thesis aims to identify and describe the differentiation of the scale and dynamics of the ageing process in the world at sub-regional level and to develop a typology of those sub-regions and selected countries in terms of mentioned characteristics of population ageing. Furthermore, relatively homogenous groups of countries have been distinguished based on the cluster analysis of social conditions in the context of ageing in order to access their readiness to face further development of the phenomenon. Major development opportunities and imminent challenges associated with population ageing have been evaluated in the end. The results show that the timing and extent of age structure changes are very closely related. Countries that have undergone longer demographic transitions experienced longer demographic windows of opportunity that allowed them to reap the benefits of demographic dividends and to develop better social conditions as a result. Rapidly ageing societies from developing regions, on the contrary, have less time and resources to counteract the challenges resulting from the demographic changes where timely measures and policies have to be prioritized by policymakers. The thesis aims at social psychological aspects of the justice motive. Its purpose is to outline the links between justice motivation and social context, primarily to socioeconomic status, social identity and culture. Major differences between implicit and explicit justice motives are presented, the focus is mainly on the belief in a just world as an important indicator of the justice motive. Distributive and procedural norms of justice are described considering their social dependences. The justice motive and evaluation are viewed from the perspectives of theory of social exchange and equity, social identity theory and theory of system justification. In the empirical part the relation between SES and BJW in Czech society is tested in two studies. The analysis results of the quota public opinion survey (Aktér 2015, N = 926) indicate that people of high SES believe explicitly in a just world more than people of low SES. The estimated contradictions to the results of studies carried out in American context are discussed. The findings from the Czech survey may be relevant especially in the context of less socially differentiated societies. This diploma thesis is concerned with the entry of economical secondary school graduates into the labour market. It explores the knowledge and abilities (know-how) that the students should acquire to be able to enter their jobs successfully, without significant difficulties. The thesis also provides recommendations for better preparation of students.

The thesis aimes to quantify the population of the sample of the European Union member states born in the Third World Countries. The interpretation based on those migration data unveils the main push and pull factors fostering migration between the analzyed regions. The following part discusses social, cultural and economical impacts of immigration into the European Union from the Third World Countries. The last part reviews the migration and asylum legislation framework of the European Union.

The thesis contains survey options for the development of social and cultural environment in Prague district Libeň through the establishing of a cultural club in culture monument Paláce Svět at Elsnicovo Square, which is currently without function. The work describes the history, demographics and existing cultural offer in Prague 8. Based on that information the business opportunities for Palác Svět are suggested. This work also reflects a new trend in the current economy, which are the cultural and creative industries. These theoretical findings are further developed in the practical part where the author proposes a business plan for cultural and social club in Palác Svět. The business plan purpose is finding arguments for representatives of municipal district Prague 8 to attempt to open cultural club in Palác Svět and thereby develop the district Prague 8. The document uses methods such as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, market research including marketing survey and financial analysis. The conclusion synthesizes information in the theoretical part and the business plan to evaluate the potential of this project.

This Master's thesis deals with conspiracy theories and disinformation, a topic received with insufficient attention in the field of international relations. The phenomenon constitutes one of the most distinctive features of the Islamic world; therefore, it has significant importance for the Western foreign policy towards the region. The thesis is divided into four chapters and aims to provide Western countries with a set of foreign-policy recommendations in relation to the phenomenon of conspiracy theories and disinformation in the Islamic world. The thesis does so on the basis of a thorough analysis of the general mechanisms of conspiracy theories (1st chapter), and the specific conditions and circumstances of their emergence and dissemination in the Islamic world (2nd chapter). The study of the case of Aafia Siddiqui (3rd chapter) leads to the conclusion that the implication of conspiracy theories and disinformation in the activities of Islamic extremist groups represents a serious security threat for the Western countries, which the current policy leaves with no adequate response (4th chapter). As an outcome, the thesis proposes ten basic principles which should serve to the Western countries as a guideline for their approach to conspiracy theories and disinformation in the Islamic world. The main import of this thesis lies in it being one of the first attempts with regard to the researched topic to perform a comprehensive analysis with practical outcomes.

Master´s thesis was developed as interior design of Roman spa and sauna world. Roman spa and sauna world are located on the third floor of the Aquacentrum building, a draft of which was prepared in a specialized studio of the 2nd year master´s program. Part of the composition was also design of the layout on the third floor, in which the spa and sauna world are located. Object Aquacentrum is designed to lucrative tourist spot, close to the banks of the Brno reservoir, which lies in the northwestern part of the city of Brno near Brno-Bystrc district.

The subject of this dissertation thesis is the architectural study of a wellness center inspired with the Roman baths and sauna´s world. Wellness center is the part of the aqua park called ,, The Water World“ situated nearby the Brněnská přehrada, the area of Rakovec. The disposition of a wellness center is solved with usage of open way of distribution according to the types of zones. Design of colours and use materials evokes the relaxing atmosphere.
