Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti psichikos ligomis sergančių asmenų subjektyviai vertinamo santykio su savo gydytoju psichiatru, jo nurodymų laikymosi bei pasitenkinimo sveikatos priežiūros paslaugomis sąsajas. Tyrime dalyvavo: 140 įvairiomis psichikos ligomis sergančių pacientų (66 vyrai ir 74 moterys), besigydantys VŠĮ. Pakaunės PSPC. Šio darbo naujumas bus surasti ir parodyti sociodemografinius, klinikinius veiksnius, kurie daro įtaką pozityvesniam požiūriui į vaistus ir atsakingesniam jų vartojimui. Taip pat surasti psichikos ligomis sergančių asmenų subjektyviai vertinamo santykio su gydytoju psichiatru ir gydytojo nurodymų laikymosi bei pasitenkinimo sveikatos priežiūros paslaugomis sąsajas. / The aim of the research is to evaluate the connection among the subjectively perceived relationship with one’s doctor psychiatrist, adherence to his/ her instructions and the satisfaction with the services provided by the healthcare institution from the point of view of individuals suffering from psychiatric illnesses. 140 patients (66 males and 74 females) with various psychiatric illnesses treated at Public Enterprise Pakaunė PSPC (Primary Healthcare Center) took part in the research. The novelty of this paper lies in the identification and highlighting of socio demographical and clinical factors contributing to a more positive attitude towards medication and its more responsible consumption. Besides, the discovery of the connection among the subjectively evaluated relationship with the treating doctor psychiatrist from the point of view of patients with psychiatric illnesses, adherence to his/ her instructions and satisfaction with the services provided by a healthcare institution is also innovative.

The aim of the study: To evaluate accessibility and quality of health care services in urban and countryside areas. Objectives of the study: · Review of juridical acts that determine services of primary health care and their quality; · Analysis of health care sector of Marijampolė Municipality; · Comparison of accessibility and quality of health care services provided by health care institutions in urban and countryside areas from patients point of view. Investigation methods: Systemic analysis of scientific literature and periodical editions; review of juridical acts and juridical documents; analysis of a sociological survey – anonymous inquiry by a questionnaire. The patients were questionared by Marijampolė Municipality PHC institutions in urban and countryside areas. 300 questionnaires were delivered, 300 respondents answered the questions (response rate 100%). Statistical data analysis was carried out on the basis of program package SPSS 10. Correlation between peculiarities was estimated according to the Chi square criterion test (χ2). As the basis for hypotheses checking was chosen significance level equal to 0,05 or less. Results. The majority of respondents evaluated primary health care from the communication point of view and organization as satisfactory. The bigger part of respondents did not face any problems in: arrival to PHC institution (76,9%), 74,4% of the respondents had to spend not long at the receptionists, spent less time in the waiting hall (57,9%). 8... Magistro darbe pristatomo tyrimo tikslas yra atskleisti, kaip tėvai, auginantys vaikus su negalia, konstruoja sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų teikiamų paslaugų vertinimą. Keliamas mokslinis klausimas: Kaip tėvai, auginantys vaikus su negalia, konstruoja sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų teikiamų paslaugų vertinimą? Tokiam tikslui pasiekti buvo pasirinktas kokybinis tyrimas. Tyrimui duomenys buvo surinkti 2014 metų vasario – kovo mėnesiais vienoje vaikų sveikatos priežiūros įstaigoje giluminio nestruktūruoto interviu metodu. Interviu dalyvavo 8 tyrimo dalyviai, kurie tyrimui buvo pasirinkti pagal kriterinę atranką. Duomenys buvo analizuojami pasitelkiant grindžiamąją teoriją. Teorinė koncepcija - socialinio konstruktyvizmo teorija. Ašinio kodavimo metu sujungiant atviro kodavimo metu išskirtas kategorijas suformuotos dvi didžiosios tyrimo kategorijos – fenomenai: Negalios pasitvirtinimas “Iš pradžių net nepatikėjome“ ir Vaiko su negalia sveikatinimas „Laviruoti tuose (sveikatos paslaugų) labirintuose“. Atrankiniame kodavime buvo pasirinkta ir aprašoma „šerdinė“ kategorija „Mus prisimena ir supranta“. Visos kategorijos vadovaujasi Strauss ir Corbin (1990) paradigminio modelio logika, kuriame išskiriamos fenomeno priežastys, kontekstas, įsiterpiančios sąlygos, veiksmų strategijos bei to pasekmės. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The objective of research of the master thesis is to reveal how parents, raising children with disabilities, construct evaluation of services of health care institutions. Raised scientific question: How parents, raising children with disabilities, construct evaluation of services provided by health care institutions? Qualitative research was selected for implementation of the objective. Data for the research was collected in February – March 2014 in selected children’s health care institution by the method of in-depthunstructured interviews. Eight research subjects participated in the interviews. They were selected for the interview according to targeted selection. The data was analyzed using grounded theory and based on theoretic concept of social constructivism theory. During axial coding, while connecting categories distinguished during open coding, two main research categories – phenomenon – were identified: Approval of disability “We didn’t even believe in the beginning” and Health rehabilitation of the child with disability “Trimming in these (health care services’) labyrinths”. “Core” category “We are remembered and understood” was selected and described in selective coding.
