This thesis "The Analysis of IT possibilities and utilization in teamwork on the school projects" deals with a problem of teamwork cooperation of the students of the University of Economics in Prague. The students worked on school projects, using information technologies. The introduction of the thesis deals with the basic theoretical knowledge of formation, functioning and team communication. Then some specification of collaborative software is given. Fundamental subject matter of the practical part of this thesis shows the outcome of a survey by questionnaire which analyses students' general view on teamwork. It is followed by the team origin aspect, organization of teams and the analysis of information technology possibilities and utilization in the cooperation of students. In conclusion the author makes some suggestions resulting from gained information on the school team creation and on the information technologies utilization in teamwork projects.

Diplomová práce se zabývá vedením virtuálního týmu. Na základě teoretických poznatků byl proveden výzkum v jednom z oddělení konkrétní firmy působící v oblasti internetu, které využívá externích spolupracovníků. Byl porovnáván způsob vedení brigádníků a externistů a zároveň vyhodnocovány dopady změn po nástupu nového vedoucího brigádníků a externistů. Dle výsledků výzkumu byly pak navrženy další postupy pro spolupráci s brigádníky a externisty.

Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou týmové spolupráce, dále kulturními aspekty mezinárodnodního pracovního prostředí, mezinárodním pracovním týmem jako takovým a v neposlední řadě nabízí i motivační teorie, jenž mohou vysvětlovat pohnutky jedinců pro vstup do takovýchto týmů. Praktická část pak pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumá obecné charakteristiky, jenž mají vliv na úspěšné fungování mezinárodních pracovních týmů.

Práce je zaměřena na testování softwaru, a to v teoretické i praktické rovině. Práce vymezuje základní teoretické poznatky v oblasti, včetně zhodnocení argumentů pro a proti testování. Testování je zohledněno v širším kontextu celého vývojové cyklu softwaru. Snahou práce je také upozornit na možnosti automatizovaného testování a popsání několik nástrojů k tomuto sloužících včetně praktické ukázky. Hlavní praktická část se pak zaměřuje na proces testování softwaru v konkrétní společnosti.

This thesis is focused on comparing and assessing different methodical directives for project management at selected municipal authorities. The outcome of this work is the evaluation of ten selected directives according to assigned guidelines and subsequent presentation of these results to the assessed municipal authorities.

The thesis focuses on the issue of Agile approach Scrum in IT project management, namely the description and analysis of the current state of Agile approaches in selected company and the subsequent drafting own proposals for improvement of the management of IT projects. A literature background review deals with the basic characteristics and rules of agile approach Scrum. In the practical part of the Thesis is introduced the company Juicymo s.r.o. After a brief description of the company, the current state of agile approach to IT project management is described and analyzed. The thesis primarily described in detail cases in which the management of the company differs from the definitions and rules of Scrum. The thesis also drawn up concrete proposals on how to improve the current state of management of the selected company.

The topic of the thesis touches the issue of co-operation and communication in teams of workers. The aim of this thesis was to map how chosen health service workers evaluate teamwork cooperation. Another aim of the thesis was to map the views the patient on co-operation of health service workers and to find out possibilities of his involvement in nursing care. The quantitative method in the form of the anonymous questionnaire was used. Five hypothesis connected with the topic were set for this part of research. The qualitative method was used for the research of the view of the patient on provided care. The results of the thesis can be used in the field - as a source of information on current gaps in co-operation of individual workers in performing of their occupations.

Title: Evaluation of Developmental Tendencies in Fitness Aerobic Goals: Based on the content analyses and timelines of successful professional choreographies from the World Championship 2006-2016, the aim of this work is to forecast developmental tendencies and trends including the optimal content of professional choreographies within the organization FISAF for 2018. Methods: This Thesis has a character of a quantitative research. The main researching method is the timeline created with the help of a special program called Statistica 2017 and the content analysis developed with the help of a video recording. Results: Based on the results, it is possible to suppose that a composition can be successful only when it contains 15-16 swinging movements of legs and 17-20 vertical changes (squats, crouch positions) in the physical part, the musical part should consist of 2-4 musical artworks and within the part of choreography there should be 35-40 positions, approximately 25 - 28 contrasting divisions of the group in the movement and space and 10 - 12 interactions between the team members. Diplomová práce se v první části věnuje teoretickému vymezení mezinárodního řízení lidských zdrojů, zaměřuje se na oblast péče o expatrianty, říezní mezinárodních týmů a vztahu mateřské a dceřinné společnosti. Druhá aplikační část se věnuje konktrétním personálním činnostem ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti. Na základě výzkumu, provedeného za spoluúčasti této společnosti, bylo vytvořeno zhodnocení personálního marketingu a vytvořeno doporučení pro oblast lidských zrojů pro danou společnost.
