Master's thesis "Classrooms' psychosocial chmate in the secondary schools of different focus" is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part the main focus is dedicated to an explanation of the basic terms concerning the theme followed by the analysis of its parts. This is mainly an analysis of classroom development, stages, types of class climate and mapping the factors that contribute to create the climate in the class including gender difference. The key attitudes towards the class climate research, the exploratory method which has been used in the practical part also play an important role in the theoretical part. The empirical part focuses on diagnosis of classrooms'climate at selected secondary schools of different focus in the region Klatovy and summarizes the results received by quantitative method through selected standardized questionnaire KLIT. The aim of this part is firstly to compare school climate in the secondary schools of different focus including evaluation of stated hypothesis in the research and secondly interpret the discovered information.

This thesis examines change of classroom climate in lower secondary school. In the theoretical part, issues of classroom climate, experiential pedagogy, adaptation courses and form teacher lessons are described from the perspective of different authors. The thesis introduces basic approaches for diagnosing classroom climate. It also gives instructions for management of form teacher lessons. B-3 questionnaire determines the current classroom climate and subsequent effects of the adaptation course among the respondents. Form teacher lessons are reported in this thesis, whose effect is also measured by the B-3 questionnaire in a longer period of the adaptation course. The results of the questionnaire investigation point to the need for regular form teacher lessons, in which the formation of a friendly climate in the classroom is realized.

The diploma thesis is focused on analysis and deployment of Quality of Services (QoS) in a computer network of The University of Economics in Prague (VŠE). The thesis describes the main QoS technologies focusing on technology Diffserv and its deployment with using available network devices in computer network of VŠE. In thesis the needs of network services and protocols for quality of services with division into different classes of services according to priority are discussed. The thesis explains the benefits and drawbacks of deploying QoS in the environment of VŠE with regard to wired and wireless network. In the practical part recommendations are applied to the production network and subsequently the benefits of modification are evaluated.

The work deals with the influence of pupils with special educational needs (SEN) on their intact pupils. Over the last few years, the number of pupils with SEN in regular classes has increased. In some classes, there are even more pupils with SEN, so it is important to monitor the influence of it has on their intact classmates. Pupils with SEN also bring with them support measures (such as assistants) or a greater workload for teachers. All this somehow affects intact pupils and the aim of the work is to describe what the influence is. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part I describe the importance of individual actors of the school class for its proper functioning, safe climate and how they can interact with each other. I also deal with inklusive education, what are the main principles, I describe inklusive education in the Czech Republic, who are pupils with SEN, what support they can receive in a regular class. The research part was conducted through mixed research, specifically a questionnaire survey and an interview, with the respondents being primary school teachers. This masters thesis deals with the drafting of project documentation of kindergarten. The block of flats is situated on flat land in the cadastral territory of Brno - Zebetin on parcel number 3195. The diploma thesis deals with the proposal for change to the system of evaluation and remuneration of employee in the selected company. The thesis is devided into four parts.The first part describes the basic concepts of the theoretical systems of the evaluation and remuneration of employee. The next part is analysis the current situation of the company, which includes an analysis of the system of evaluation and renumeration of employees. The third part is devoted to employee research and a guided interview with the head of the production segment. In the last part of this work are proposals for further development of the system of evaluation and remuneration of employees.

The Thesis solves the issue of a design and construction of piping specifically focused on boiler apparatus and its equipment. The subject of this thesis is test the applicability respectively update of Naegeli class method for valuing of building plots in the Czech Republic, price fixing, comparing their ratio and comparing with prices of pricing maps of building plots. The work focuses on the determination of prices of building plots according to the applicable valuation regulations, in this case the chosen location Brno-město according to pricing map of building plots, on the determination of agreed pricing and valuation plots of Naegeli class method. These prices are compared to each other and in the end are designed the changes for the proportions of building plots by Naegeli class method for the respective classes.

This master's thesis describes importing the ontology in language OWL 2 into the internal structures of 4A annotation server. It is concerned in anonymous nodes, for example in anonymous classes or anonymous properties. The solution was to use the library The OWL API for import ontology. The solution also allows automatic generation of names to anonymous classes and properties.
