The diploma thesis deals with the development of the media image of Czech politician and businessman Andrej Babiš since he was appointed as the Finance Minister. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the media image is changing during the term of office and which topics are primarily associated with him. The necessary data was obtained from the media database Anopress, through which the relevant articles of two national newspapers (Mladá Fronta DNES and Právo) were chosen. Another purpose of the work is to assess if the media image is influenced by the fact that Mladá Fronta DNES is owned by Andrej Babiš.

BASIC POSTULATES: It is common the people affected by ADHD consume addictive substances, seeking relief from their sensations of motorical unease and to disturb their rationalising and thinking. Using these substances subjectively improves their abilities, reducing the undesired and unpleasant sensations emanating from the ADHD, possibly even creating enjoyable and desirable moods. The resulting problem is, this self-medication causes troubles in many aspects, detectable only gradually after longer periods of consumption. What starts as an effort to paliate the undesirable symptoms of ADHD and other effects thereof, progressively becomes seeking a solution to harmful consumption of marihuana and, in extreme cases, additiction to cannabinoids. OBJECTIVES: The main objective of this thesis is to find out what is the purpose of the people with ADHD diagnosis in taking cannabis. The focus as put on whether cannabis is used to treat the symptoms of ADHD or not (regardless of the diagnosis). This Master thesis contributes to the history of science in the period of the Czechoslovak communist regime. The thesis deals with the attempts to create a scientific theory of propaganda as an independent branch of science. The main goal of this thesis is to present what led to the formation of the Marxist theory of propaganda, describe its development and potential changes in the approach to propaganda during the reference period. Further goals are to describe the sources of the theory of propaganda, the concern of the official institutions and the people who dealt with propaganda. The research is based on the archive materials from the National Archives of the Czech republic and the Slovak National Archives, and on the works about the theory of propaganda. The central figure of this thesis is Miloslav Chlupáč, who dealt with the theory of propaganda in the whole reference period and who was influential to the most phases of the development of the theory of propaganda. The thesis discusses some issues on the topic of money velocity. Its goal is to summarise theroretical contributions in this area, which are followed by a practical application through the monetary analysis of the Slovak Republic from 1993 to 2000. The theoretical part involves the first approaches to money velocity, explanation of the quantity theory of money and monetarism and their critique. It also describes the monerary transmission mechanism. The practical application part evaluates the impact of the stability of money velocity on the decision of the National Bank of Slovakia to abandon monetary targeting. It also focuses on the other variables that influenced monetary policy execution. The last chapter is devoted to the importance of money velocity if the central bank uses inflation targeting as its policy.

The aim of thesis was summed up the basic theoretical knowledge, to identify the fundamental factors of working satisfaction, to analyze working satisfaction to identify the factors of working satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Based on the results of research propose new measures how to improve dissatisfaction. In this thesis was used a questionnaire survey and structured interviews. A questionnaire was used for technical-economic employees and workers. Structured interviews were conducted with five top managers. Respondents were asked about satisfaction with the content of work, remuneration, promotion of personal development and career growth, the human relations and working conditions. Diplomová práce pojednává o zahraniční politice pomnichovské republiky. Pomocí teorií mezinárodních vztahů vysvětluje předválečný vztah Československa k velmocem. Dále se zabývá slovenskými autonomistickými snahami, které následně Hitler využil ke konečnému rozbití Česko-Slovenska. Rozebírán je i základní problém vnější politiky, a to garance a zabezpečení hranic pomnichovské republiky. Závěrem práce detailně analyzuje Tisovu a pozdější Háchovu návštěvu v Berlíně a důsledky vyhlášení Protektorátu pro zahraniční politiku.

The thesis is concerned with one of the building blocks of the classical theory of international trade, known as the Heckscher-Ohlin (H-O) model. It consists of two parts -- in the first one, the model is briefly introduced and related theorems - theoretical extensions of the model - are presented. This introduction is then followed by a discussion on the empirical performance of the model. In the second part, the factor price equalization theorem, closely related to the original H-O model, is both theoretically and empirically analysed.

Thesis "Economics and Information" advances a consistent theoretic concept of information as part of economic theory. In contrast of contemporary semantic confusions about information in economics this thesis tries to build a meaningful theory based on classical economic studies and conception of information in system theory. The first part is concerned with methodological foundation and contemporary methodological problems of information in economic theory. These issues are crucial for presenting methodological individualism and subjectivism as fundamental approach to understanding role of information in social sciences. This leads to human action as basic framework for studying information. Next part of the thesis describes few basic approaches to information in economics. In comparison with neoclassical views like information asymmetry this thesis propose own praxeology based concept of information. This concept shows information in its duality as a resource of human activities, but also as objective of human action. This duality as resource and objective connect information to concepts of interpretation, knowledge and dynamic processes. The final part of the thesis applies theoretical concepts to economic policy issues and institutional problems.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to guide a reader through a process of a creation of a business plan, its structure and content and above that it probes the practicability and profitability of a concrete business plan, which is focused on one of the possibilities how to effectively utilize a potential in a public transport for the marketing purposes. The main idea of this business plan arises from a conviction that existing ordinary advertising mediums in the public transport are not as attractive as they used to be few years ago and so the writer developed a business plan that utilize this scarcity and assume an establishment of a company named MetroVision which will come with a brand new and attractive product. This company is described in this plan in detail, including its financial plan for first five years.

This diploma thesis is concerned with the use of the choice experiment method for modelling the demand for recreation of rock-climbing in Czech Republic. The main scope of this diploma thesis is to find the main atributes for the individual's decision making about the choice of recreation area and derivation of their implicit prices. The next point of this diploma thesis is to find out a socioeconomic sctructure of the respondents. The theoretical part involves an explanation of the main economic terms, a detailed description of the choice experiment method and a list of papers concerned with a rock climbing. The practical part describes the procedure of the aplication choice experiment method step by step -- the questioning preparation, the data survey, the data analysis and the interpretation of results. The conditional logit is used to the choice experiment analysis.
