Desta forma, o presente trabalho procura investigar o processo de constituição da cidadania dos trabalhadores urbanos de Franca, cidade do interior paulista, que por meio do Poder Judiciário, lutaram pela preservação dos direitos de moradia na cidade, entre os anos de 1945 e 1960. Partindo dos avanços trazidos pela História Social do Trabalho e através da investigação em processos de despejo, usucapião e reintegração de posse de prédios urbanos, pretende-se analisar as práticas informais e concepções de direito de moradia dos trabalhadores. Assim sendo, será levado em consideração a existência de um contexto local de desenvolvimento industrial, ocasionado pela composição do atual parque industrial calçadista o que levou consequentemente, ao estímulo da urbanização na cidade. E, ao mesmo tempo, o desenvolvimento da democracia política no país proporcionou a ampliação das possibilidades de luta e de participação para a classe trabalhadora no Brasil / Abstract: A vast historiographical field currently points the complex character of the process of formation of the citizenship in Brazil. In this way, the current work tries to investigate the process of the formation of citizenship of the urban workers from Franca, a small city in São Paulo- Brazil, that through the Judicial Power, fight for preservation of home rights between 1945 and 1960. Starting from the advances brought by Social History of Work and through the investigation into eviction, usucaption processes and repossession of urban buildings, it is intended to analyze the informal practices and the concept of home right of the workers. In this way, it will take into account, the existence of a local context: the industrial development, originated from the current industrial area for shoes industries that, consequently, stimulated the urbanization of the city. And at the same time, the development of the political democracy in the country provided the extension of possibilities of fight and participation for the working class in Brazil / Mestre

Despite all the technological development achieved nowadays, such events continue to be present in the quotidian of workers, generating many repercussions in their lives. The present dissertation, belonging to the field of Work Social Psychology, had the objective of analyzing reports of workers who suffered accidents typical of the industrial environment to understand their career paths and how they experience the repercussions of the accident on their lives. To do so, we conducted open in-depth interviews with workers from different industrial segments and localities, where they were presented to the researcher through their contact?s network. The analysis of the information obtained with the interviews was organized according to the themes that most stood out in their reports regarding their experiences after the occurrence of the work accident. The themes refer to access and non-fulfillment of constitutionally guaranteed rights, changes in the performance of daily work activities and the loss of recognition among co-workers, situations of violence and moral harassment, to the fallacy of business speech about worker?s appreciation, expressions of mental illness related to work and the psychic consequences coming from the accident. In the end, it was considered the relevance in discussing the repercussions of work accidents and the continuity of research on this subject, in order to subsidize actions that aim to change situations that cause suffering and illness due to work accidents. / Os acidentes de trabalho fazem parte de relatos sobre as atividades laborais ao longo da hist?ria da humanidade. Apesar de todo o desenvolvimento tecnol?gico alcan?ado nos dias atuais, tais eventos continuam presentes no cotidiano dos trabalhadores, gerando diversas repercuss?es em suas vidas. A presente disserta??o, situada no campo da Psicologia Social do Trabalho, teve como objetivo analisar relatos de trabalhadores que sofreram acidentes de trabalho t?picos em ind?strias, a fim de compreender seus percursos laborais e como vivenciam as repercuss?es do acidente em suas vidas. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas abertas em profundidade com os trabalhadores de diferentes segmentos industriais e localidades, os quais foram apresentados ? pesquisadora por meio de sua rede de contatos. A an?lise das hist?rias acessadas por meio das entrevistas foi organizada de acordo com os temas que mais se destacaram nas falas dos trabalhadores a respeito das viv?ncias ap?s a ocorr?ncia do acidente de trabalho. Os temas se referem ao acesso e a n?o efetiva??o de direitos constitucionalmente garantidos, ?s mudan?as na realiza??o das atividades cotidianas de trabalho e ? perda do reconhecimento entre os colegas de trabalho, situa??es de viol?ncia e ass?dio moral, ? fal?cia do discurso empresarial de valoriza??o do trabalhador e express?es do adoecimento mental relacionado ao trabalho e ?s consequ?ncias ps?quicas do acidente de trabalho. Ao final, ponderou-se que a relev?ncia da discuss?o das repercuss?es do acidente e a continuidade de pesquisas sobre o tema, a fim de subsidiar a??es que visem a mudan?as das situa??es que propiciam sofrimento e adoecimento decorrentes dos acidentes de trabalho.

Orientador: José Walter Canôas / Banca: Alfredo Argus / Banca: Íris Fenner Bertani / Resumo: O presente estudo tem como objetivo conhecer como se processa a relação entre o trabalho e a educação nas indústrias de calçados de Franca, considerando principalmente o momento histórico atual, de grandes mudanças decorrentes do novo modelo de organização do trabalho e da reestruturação produtiva, ou seja, de 1980 aos dias de hoje. A proposta ensejou a consulta a estudos sobre o mundo do trabalho e a educação do trabalhador com a finalidade de apreender como as relações de produção educam o trabalhador para o trabalho, destacando a influência dos valores e interesses da classe dominante nesse processo. Para maior compreensão da relação estabelecida entre trabalho e educação fez-se necessário resgatar a história de organização dos trabalhadores e sua vinculação com o processo educativo, desde suas origens até o momento atual, ressaltando a concepção da sociedade sobre a educação do trabalhador, inserindo Franca neste contexto. A análise dos dados levantados, aliada à prática profissional desenvolvida nessas indústrias, possibilitou a compreensão da trajetória do trabalhador e as formas como o mesmo foi se definindo e redefinindo dentro da organização. Permitiu, ainda, constatar que o olhar sobre o trabalhador e deste sobre si mesmo ao longo do processo histórico assume várias dimensões, estabelecendo contornos mais favoráveis ao seu desenvolvimento pessoal e social. A pesquisa de campo realizada fornece dados que indicam caminhos aos educadores que atuam na área organizacional e se deparam com novos desafios em sua jornada profissional visando contribuir com o trabalhador enquanto ator político e sujeito principal do processo de construção da sociedade. / Abstract: This study aims to know how the relationship between work and education happens at shoes factories in Franca considering, mainly, the present historical moment of great changes caused by the new organizational work model and by the production restructuring, in short, from 1980 to nowadays. The proposal included the study of researches about the work affair and the workers' education with the objetive of understanding how the production relationships educate the workers for their functions focusing on the values and interests of the dominant class in this process. For a better understanding of the relationship between work and education, it was necessary to consider the workers organization history and its connection with the educational process since its origins up to the present times, emphasizing the conception of society and the workers' education, inserting Franca in this context. The analyses of the data, together with the professional practice developed in these factories, made it possible to understand the workers' trajectory and the ways they defined and redefined themselves in these organizations. It also permitted to verify that the look on the worker and from him to himself throughout the historic process has several dimensions, stabilishing more favorable facets to the workers' personal and social development. A field research was carried out to obtain data that indicate alternatives to the educators who work in the organizational area and face new challenges in their career aiming to contribute with the workers as political beings and main subject of the society constructing process. / Mestre

Nas pesquisas, ganham destaques os estudos sobre a terceirização e a subcontratação, a precarização do trabalho, as inovações tecnológicas, o desemprego estrutural e as demais refrações da crise de acumulação do capital que acentuam, sobremaneira, as expressões da "questão social". O Serviço Social com seus programas de pós-graduação, núcleos de pesquisas e, respectivamente, seus meios de publicitação de conhecimentos apresentam significativas investigações referente à temática, que absorve expressiva relevância na produção teórica da área a partir de 1990. O mundo do trabalho é uma temática ampla e complexa que pressupõe opções teóricas e políticas acerca de aspectos a serem abordados num estudo científico, principalmente em razão de os estudos sobre o tema terem as mais variadas abordagens. Nesta tese, o objetivo é analisar a produção teórica do Serviço Social sobre o mundo do trabalho no período de 1996 a 2006, com ênfase nas principais temáticas e tendências das investigações dos assistentes sociais.
