Orientador: Laurizet Ferragut Passos / Banca: Miriam Godoy Penteado / Banca: Ana Lúcia Manrique / Resumo: O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar e verificar, como ocorre a integração e a complementação dos saberes presentes na formação inicial dos alunos trabalhadores noturnos, de um curso de Licenciatura em Matemática. Utilizou-se a abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa, com questionários e entrevistas semi-estruturadas como instrumentos de coleta, com a finalidade de conhecer a trajetória escolar, a visão da futura profissão, bem como os dilemas e as dificuldades enfrentadas durante o curso, partindo-se do pressuposto de que esses alunos oriundos em sua maioria de escolas públicas, têm se constituído na clientela majoritária dos cursos de licenciatura das faculdades privadas. Buscou-se verificar os saberes presentes no processo de formação inicial desses alunos e de que maneira se dá a relação entre estes saberes, o processo de construção da identidade e o desenvolvimento profissional. A análise dos dados mostrou que os alunos têm deficiências anteriores de conteúdos matemáticos, possuindo dificuldade e insegurança em relação aos saberes didáticos e curriculares, devido à conciliação entre estudo e trabalho. Revelam imagens positivas e coerentes com relação à futura profissão, que podem influenciar no desenvolvimento profissional. Verificou-se também a necessidade de reflexão dos órgãos governamentais responsáveis, ao implementarem novas medidas nesta área de formação inicial. / Abstract: The purpose of this research is to identify and verify how the integration and complementation of night worker students' previous educational knowledge takes place in a Mathematics Licensure course. The methodology used has a qualitative research approach, with the use of questionnaires to gather data, and semi-structured interviews to get to know the school trajectory of the students and their view of the future profession, as well as the dilemmas and difficulties they have gone through, taking into consideration that most of these students come from public schools and represent a major group in private college licensure courses. The work also tries to verify which kind of knowledge was present in their previous education, and the ways it relates to their identity formation process and professional development. The data analysis showed that the students have previous deficiencies of mathematical contents, and that they have difficulty and insecurity related to didactical and curricular knowledge due to conciliation between study and work. The data also reveal positive and coherent images concerning the future profession which can have influence over the professional development. A need of reflection by the responsible governmental organs was also identified, so that new measures in this area of initial formation can be implemented. / Mestre

Trabalhamos como assistente social neste ambulatório desde a sua implantação em maio de 2000, o que nos possibilitou uma maior compreensão dos aspectos relativos à vida sexual e reprodutiva das usuárias, despertando nosso interesse em estudar e pesquisar assuntos pertinentes as suas vidas na tarefa de ser mulher, trabalhadora e mãe. Pesquisamos qual conhecimento estas mulheres têm sobre o planejamento familiar, considerando serem elas as maiores usuárias dos serviços de saúde e, em geral, quem decide qual método contraceptivo será usado pelo casal, mesmo quando quem vai se submeter à cirurgia de esterilização seja o seu companheiro. Justifica-se nosso interesse no descortinamento dessa realidade, pois munidas dessas reflexões elas poderão ter maiores condições de decidirem sobre suas vidas, mesmo dentro do contexto e influência da sociedade a qual pertencem e do meio em que vivem. Utilizamo-nos da pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa. Para a abordagem quantitativa aplicamos questionário a sessenta mulheres usuárias do Ambulatório de Planejamento Familiar. Realizamos a pesquisa qualitativa entrevistando seis mulheres selecionadas aleatoriamente deste universo. A análise favoreceu a elaboração de um perfil das usuárias do ambulatório, bem como identificação das crenças e valores por elas relatados. O estudo favoreceu uma compreensão da vida dessas mulheres que ressaltam a maternidade como umas das vantagens em ser mulher, mas num paradoxo a colocam como um peso, um fardo, e expressam suas insatisfações em se aterem à vida privada, deixando explícito o desejo de se interarem do mundo público. / Abstract: This research has as objective to do an approach of the reality lived by the women that make use of the Clinic of Family Planning, equipment of health belonging to the Municipal Secretariat of Health in the municipal district of Franca / SP. We worked as social worker in this clinic from the implantation in May of 2000, what made possible us a larger understanding of the relative aspects to the users' sexual and reproductive life, rousing our interest in to study and to research pertinent subjects their lives in the task of being woman, worker and mother. We researched which knowledge these women have about the family planning, considering be them the largest users of the services of health and, in general, who decides which contraceptive method will be used by the couple, same when who will submit to the sterilization surgery is his companion. It is justified our interest in the discovery of that reality, because starting from those reflections they can have larger conditions of they decide about their lives, same inside of the context and influence of the society which they belong and of the middle in that they live. We used ourselves of the quantitative and qualitative research. For the quantitative approach we applied questionnaire to sixty women users of the Clinic of Family Planning. We realized the qualitative research interviewing six women of this universe randomly selected. The analysis favored the elaboration of a profile of the users of the clinic, as well as identification of the beliefs and values for them told. The study favored an understanding of those women's life that they emphasize the maternity as some of the advantages in being woman, but in a paradox they put it about a weight, a burden, and they express their dissatisfactions in detain to the private life, leaving explicit the desire of will acquaint of the public world. / Mestre

Refletir sobre as alternativas e possibilidades de viabilização de projetos profissionais comprometidos com a classe trabalhadora, bem como avaliar a prática cotidiana da pesquisadora no desempenho profissional constituem a pretensão deste trabalho. A pesquisadora possui consciência de que estes objetivos são ambiciosos, tendo em vista que o trabalhador ao vender sua força de trabalho por um valor aquém de suas necessidades submete-se à dominação exercida na relação capital-trabalho. Optou-se por estudo da organização Indústria de Calçados Kissol Ltda,utilizando da investigação qualitativa, grupo focal e posterior análise de conteúdo. Conclui-se que embora os limites determinados pelo cenário contemporâneo em que o trabalho aliena, explora e desvaloriza o potencial humano a pesquisa de campo forneceu dados que indicam caminhos de possibilidades para o Assistente Social e demais profissionais que atuam na área organizacional a construção de propostas socioeducativas e interdisciplinar inovadoras que permitem ao trabalhador e à trabalhadora compreenderem o contexto organizacional no novo modelo de produção, ampliarem conceitos e conhecimentos do cotidiano e gerar mudanças nas diversas dimensões da vida. Revelou, também, formas viáveis para enfrentar concretamente o ritmo das mudanças decorrentes do processo de globalização. / Abstract: The study of viable ways to specifically face the dimension socio-educational in the interior of the Shoe Industry in Franca- SP, using the existent contradictions of work-education relation and breaking its domination circle is a most relevant political task and turns out to be a great challenge to be collectively assumed by workers and other professionals committed with their interests. To reflect on the alternatives and possibilities of viability of professional projects committed with the working class, as well evaluate the researcher's daily practice on professional performance are the pretension of this paper. The researcher is aware that these objectives are ambitious, once the worker, by selling his work force for less than necessary for his needs, submit him/herself to the domination exercised within the capital-work relation. It was chosen the study of the organization Indústria de Calçados Kissol Ltda, making use of quality investigation, focused group and posterior content analysis. It was concluded that although the limits determined by the contemporary scenery in which work alienates, exploits and devalues the human potential, the field research provided data that indicate ways of possibilities for the Social Assistant and other professionals that work in the organizational area, the construction of innovative socio-educational and interdisciplinary proposes that allow the worker comprehend the organizational context in the new production model, widen concepts and daily knowledge and make changes in the various dimensions of life. It revealed, also, viable ways to specifically face the rhythm of changes due to the globalization process. / Doutor

Isso se deve ao importante papel desempenhado na morbimortalidade da população mundial e no Brasil. Entre essas doenças, está a insuficiência renal crônica, que se traduz em uma série de mudanças na vida dos trabalhadores e está em evidência na atualidade. Os usuários em diálise encontram-se privados muitas situações e atividades que interferem em sua qualidade de vida, apesar dos avanços tecnológicos da hemodiálise. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo conhecer o impacto social decorrente do processo de hemodiálise na vida dos trabalhadores com insuficiência renal crônica. A metodologia utilizada é a pesquisa exploratória, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada com 6 (seis) sujeitos em programa de hemodiálise, de ambos os sexos, na faixa etária de 20 a 45 anos, em período inicial de tratamento. O estudo tem natureza quanti-qualitativa, com dados obtidos pela análise documental e utiliza como base a orientação teórica do materialismo histórico-dialético. Os resultados dão visibilidade às expressões da questão social implicadas no processo de saúde-doença do sujeito em hemodiálise, decifrando a realidade, ampliando o conhecimento no campo de trabalho e suas particularidades, onde o impacto constitui um paradoxo, pois de um lado estão presentes o alívio dos sintomas da doença e a sobrevida e, de outro, a dependência do tratamento, as restrições e os reflexos que afligem a vida do usuário e de sua família, gerados por um sistema econômico que viola os direitos de saúde da classe trabalhadora / Abstract: Chronic diseases have received increased attention of professionals in recent decades. This is due to the important role played in morbi-mortality of the world population and in Brazil. Among these diseases are chronic renal failure, which translates into a series of changes in workers' lives and is in evidence today. Users on dialysis are deprived in many situations and activities that interfere with their quality of life, despite the technological advances of hemodialysis. This study aims to evaluate the social impact of the process of hemodialysis on workers with chronic renal failure. The methodology employed is the exploratory research, using semistructured interviews with 6 (six) patients on hemodialysis, both sexes, aged from 20 to 45 years in the early period of treatment. The study has both quantitative and qualitative elements, with data obtained by the documental analysis and uses as a basis theoretical orientation of the historic- dialectical materialism. The expected results give visibility to expressions of social issues involved in the process of health and illness of the patient in hemodialysis, deciphering the reality, expanding knowledge in the field of work and its peculiarities, where the impact is a paradox, because on one side are presents the symptom relief of the disease and survival and, secondly, the dependence on treatment, restrictions and reflections that affect the user's life and his family, generated by an economic system that violates the rights of health of the working class / Mestre

Orientador: Flávia Arlanch Martins de Oliveira / Banca: Tania Regina de Luca / Banca: Marcia Regina Berbel / Resumo: Este estudo tem por objetivo fazer uma análise de tipo qualitativo no sentido de inteligir os acontecimentos envolvendo o judiciário, enquanto dispositivo de contenção e de produção do social, e sua atuação visando reprimir o nascente movimento sindical rural de influência comunista em Londrina, a partir da figura criminal da marginalidade política. Tendo como fontes primárias, um processo-crime iniciado em 1956, portanto, no período denominado democrático (1945-1964) e outro instaurado nos primeiros momentos do regime civil-militar (1964), acrescidos de documentos produzidos pela Delegacia de Ordem Política e Social do Paraná (DOPS/PR) e artigos de jornais da época, objetivou-se também extrair elementos de comparação entre os dois processos-crime nos diferentes regimes, com o fito de verificar as similaridades e as diferenças entre ambos. Partiu-se da perspectiva foucaultiana de que o dispositivo jurídico não reproduz apenas o discurso do Estado, mas constitui um amálgama de diferentes discursos como o veiculado na imprensa, nas escolas, nas igrejas, nas empresas, no meio acadêmico, etc. Verifica-se que a estrutura sindical legalista e corporativista preconizada pelo Estado e aceita pelo movimento sindical como modalidade de luta política nesse período produziu a proeminência do advogado como liderança iniciada nos rituais jurídicos e, portanto, habilitado a reivindicar em nome dos trabalhadores rurais os direitos balizados pela legislação trabalhista. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The purpose of this study is a qualitative analysis to understand events in which the judiciary is seen as a device for social contention and production, and its work in preventing the surge of the rural union movement under the communist influence in Londrina, making use of the criminal figure of political marginality. Having as primary sources a criminal process that started in 1956, a period called as democratic (1945-1964) and another process from the initial moments of the civil-military regime (1964), together with documents prepared by the Delegacia de Ordem Política e Social do Paraná (DOPS/PR) and newspaper articles from that time, this study also aimed at comparing these two criminal processes from two different regimens in order to identify their similarities and differences. This study follows the Foucault perspective that the juridical device does not only translate the State’s discourse but it also comprehends an amalgam of other discourses as found in the press, in schools, churches, companies, academic communities and the like. It is verified that the legalist and corporative labor structure, as advocated by the State and accepted by the labor union movement as a political fight modality, in that period, turned the professional lawyer as a leader, initiated in the juridical rituals and, therefore, an individual qualified to demand, on behalf of the rural workers, those rights guaranteed by the labor legislation. Orientador: José Walter Canôas / Banca: Alfredo Argus / Banca: Íris Fenner Bertani / Resumo: O presente estudo tem como objetivo conhecer como se processa a relação entre o trabalho e a educação nas indústrias de calçados de Franca, considerando principalmente o momento histórico atual, de grandes mudanças decorrentes do novo modelo de organização do trabalho e da reestruturação produtiva, ou seja, de 1980 aos dias de hoje. A proposta ensejou a consulta a estudos sobre o mundo do trabalho e a educação do trabalhador com a finalidade de apreender como as relações de produção educam o trabalhador para o trabalho, destacando a influência dos valores e interesses da classe dominante nesse processo. Para maior compreensão da relação estabelecida entre trabalho e educação fez-se necessário resgatar a história de organização dos trabalhadores e sua vinculação com o processo educativo, desde suas origens até o momento atual, ressaltando a concepção da sociedade sobre a educação do trabalhador, inserindo Franca neste contexto. A análise dos dados levantados, aliada à prática profissional desenvolvida nessas indústrias, possibilitou a compreensão da trajetória do trabalhador e as formas como o mesmo foi se definindo e redefinindo dentro da organização. Permitiu, ainda, constatar que o olhar sobre o trabalhador e deste sobre si mesmo ao longo do processo histórico assume várias dimensões, estabelecendo contornos mais favoráveis ao seu desenvolvimento pessoal e social. A pesquisa de campo realizada fornece dados que indicam caminhos aos educadores que atuam na área organizacional e se deparam com novos desafios em sua jornada profissional visando contribuir com o trabalhador enquanto ator político e sujeito principal do processo de construção da sociedade. / Abstract: This study aims to know how the relationship between work and education happens at shoes factories in Franca considering, mainly, the present historical moment of great changes caused by the new organizational work model and by the production restructuring, in short, from 1980 to nowadays. The proposal included the study of researches about the work affair and the workers' education with the objetive of understanding how the production relationships educate the workers for their functions focusing on the values and interests of the dominant class in this process. For a better understanding of the relationship between work and education, it was necessary to consider the workers organization history and its connection with the educational process since its origins up to the present times, emphasizing the conception of society and the workers' education, inserting Franca in this context. The analyses of the data, together with the professional practice developed in these factories, made it possible to understand the workers' trajectory and the ways they defined and redefined themselves in these organizations. It also permitted to verify that the look on the worker and from him to himself throughout the historic process has several dimensions, stabilishing more favorable facets to the workers' personal and social development. A field research was carried out to obtain data that indicate alternatives to the educators who work in the organizational area and face new challenges in their career aiming to contribute with the workers as political beings and main subject of the society constructing process. / Mestre

Tem como objetivo articular, no âmbito do SUS, ações de prevenção, promoção e recuperação da saúde dos trabalhadores urbanos e rurais, independentemente do vínculo empregatício e tipo de inserção no mercado de trabalho. Esta estratégia está sendo implementada por Centros de Referência em Saúde do Trabalhador (CEREST), que tem como função suporte técnico, educação permanente, coordenação de projetos de assistência, promoção e vigilância à saúde dos trabalhadores, no âmbito da sua área de abrangência. Esse estudo possibilita fazer uma reflexão entre o trabalho prescrito e o trabalho real dessa Instância. Nesse contexto, nosso objetivo geral é verificar a percepção dos gestores de saúde da área de abrangência do CEREST de Presidente Prudente SP, sobre a importância deste para região. Os objetivos específicos que nortearam essa pesquisa são: verificar qual o conceito de saúde do trabalhador na percepção dos gestores da área de abrangência do CEREST/PP; avaliar como os gestores de diferentes instâncias de saúde percebem o papel de CEREST; possibilitar reflexões sobre a atuação dos gestores da área de abrangência do CEREST; identificar dificuldades no desenvolvimento do papel destes profissionais no cotidiano do trabalho; e, contribuir para o fortalecimento das ações em saúde do trabalhador. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The National Network for Comprehensive Health Care Workers (RENAST) as defined by the Health Ministry, is a network developed jointly between the Ministry of Health, the Departments of Health, the Federal District and Municipalities. Aims to articulate within the SUS, prevention, health promotion and rehabilitation of urban and rural workers, regardless of the employment relationship and type of insertion in the labor market. This strategy is being implemented by the Reference Centers in Occupational Health (CEREST), which has as its technical support, continuing education, coordination of assistance projects, promotion and health surveillance of workers in its service area. This study allows to reflect between prescribed work and real work in this instance. In this context, our main objective is to verify the design of the health managers of the area covered by the CEREST Presidente Prudente SP, on the importance for this region. The specific objectives that guided this research is to verify that the concept of occupational health in the perception of managers of the coverage area of CEREST / PP; assess how managers of different health authorities perceive the role of CEREST; possible reflections on the role managers of the area covered by the CEREST; identify issues impeding development of the role of these professionals in daily work, and contribute to the strengthening of actions on workers' health. Data de trabalho que realizamos com adolescentes de rua, como voluntário, há mais de duas décadas, e mais recentemente nosso interesse em estudar este tema, decorre de mudanças significativas no comportamento de adolescentes e jovens de Altinópolis-SP, comunidade onde vivemos, a partir da ocorrência de fatos inéditos na cidade, como a infiltração vagarosa do uso de drogas no seio da família altinopolense, bem como pequenos furtos realizados por adolescentes e a formação de gangues de jovens que perambulam pela cidade. Sendo esta cidade estritamente agrícola e as ocorrências acima se concentrarem entre jovens pertencentes a famílias de trabalhadores rurais, esta pesquisa busca conhecer como se dão as interações afetivas desses trabalhadores no trabalho e na família e que conseqüências têm no comportamento de seus membros. Para tanto, nos apoiamos nos teóricos humanistas, estabelecendo uma nova perspectiva para ver este fenômeno subjetivo à observação empírica, coletando dados através de entrevistas não diretivas realizadas com os pais. Concluímos que as famílias, na sua maioria, estruturadas de forma não convencional, nem sempre conseguem contribuir para o desenvolvimento afetivo/emocional de seus filhos. A desestrutura da personalidade dos adultos que encabeçam algumas famílias, o uso de álcool por estes e a violência em casa, são fontes de marginalização dos adolescentes. A pesquisa mostrou ainda que famílias melhor estruturadas, demonstram sua afetividade através de recompensas materiais, se preocupam com a integração dos jovens no trabalho porém não têm um projeto que facilite o desenvolvimento afetivo/emocional de seus jovens. Postulamos que urge um plano político social que qualifique os pais na difícil tarefa de educar seus filhos. / Abstract: Our interest for the family is not recent. It dates of work that we accomplished with street adolescents, as volunteer, there is more than two decades, and more recently, our interest in studying this theme, elapse of significant changes in the adolescents' behavior and young of the community of Altinópolis-SP, where we lived, starting from the occurrence of unpublished facts in the city, as the slow infiltration of the use of drugs in the breast of the family of Altinópolis, as well as small thefts accomplished by adolescents and the formation of youths' gangs that wander for the city. Being strictly this city agricultural and the occurrences above concentrate itself among young belonging to rural workers' families, this research search to know as the those workers' affective interactions are given in the work and in the family and that consequences have in the behavior of its members. For so much, we leaned on in the theoretical humanists, establishing a new perspective to see this subjective phenomenon to the empiric observation, collecting data through non directive interviews accomplished with the parents. We ended that the families, in its structured of non conventional form majority, not always they get to contribute for the development affective/emotional of its children. The loss of structure of the adults' personality that they head some families, the use of alcohol for these and the violence at home, they are sources for the adolescents to turn themselves marginal. The research showed although families better structured, they demonstrate its affectivity through material rewards, they worry about the youths' integration in the work however they don't have a project that facilitates the development affective/emotional of its youths. Os objetivos propostos foram: a) identificar o perfil das profissionais; b) caracterizar as condições objetivas e subjetivas do trabalho profissional; e c) desvendar o cotidiano profissional. Verificamos inicialmente haver vinte e uma Assistentes Sociais nas trinta e uma entidades sociais regulamente inscritas no Conselho Municipal de Assistência Social. Concordaram em participar do estudo dezenove profissionais. Realizamos uma reunião inicial em que estiveram presentes nove profissionais para apresentação da pesquisa e do instrumental, ao qual incorporamos sugestões feitas, e levantamento das profissionais existentes no município. O questionário, com perguntas fechadas e abertas, foi aplicado entre julho/08 e fevereiro/2009. As dezenove Assistentes Sociais que trabalham nas entidades sociais ocupam vinte e oito postos de trabalho, havendo profissionais com dois ou mais vínculos. Para descrever a pesquisa percorremos a trajetória histórica do Serviço Social na introdução para contextualizar o Serviço Social contemporâneo. No Capítulo 1 apresentamos os dados gerais do universo da pesquisa, das Assistentes Sociais no município, reflexões sobre a questão social e uma digressão da trajetória histórica do Serviço Social enquanto profissão. No Capítulo 2, a partir da concepção de que prestação de serviços se constitui em divisão do trabalho na atual sociedade do capital, abordamos o perfil profissional e as condições técnicas e éticas de trabalho. No Capítulo 3 apresentamos uma reflexão do papel do Estado e seu enfrentamento à questão social e o cotidiano profissional das Assistentes Sociais nas entidades sociais. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The process of working of social works in social organizations in the city of Bebedouro, state of São Paulo, Brazil is the object of this research. The objectives proposed were the following: a) identify the profile of the practitioners; b) characterize the objective and the subjective working conditions; c) reveal the professional routine. We found, at the beginning, twenty-one Social Workers acting in thirty-one social organizations regularly registered in the Municipal Council of Social Assistance. Nineteen agreed in participating in the study. Nine professionals attended the first meeting we held to present the research and its instrumental, to which suggestions were added, and to verify how many professionals social workers were acting in this municipality. The questionnaire, with open and multiple choice questions, was submitted between July/08 and February/09.The nineteen Social Workers who act in the social organizations are distributed in twenty-eight job places, which means that some of them have two jobs or more. In order to contextualize the present social work, we describe its historical trajectory throughout the introduction of this paper. In Chapter One, we present the geral data of the universe of the research, the geral data of the social workers in the municipality. We also present reflexions about the social issue and the digression of the history of the Social Work as a profession. In Chapter Two, we approach the professional profile and the technical and ethic working conditions, taking into account that this service is also shared work in the present capital society. In Chapter Three we reflect about the role of governments and the way they confront social issues, as well the working routine of the practitioners. (Complete abstract click electronic access below) / Resumen: El procedimiento de trabajo de Trabajadores Sociales en entidades sociales en el municipio de Bebedouro, Provincia de São Paulo se constituye en el objeto de esta pesquisa. Los objetivos propuestos fueron: a) identificar el perfil de los profesionales; b) caracterizar las condiciones objetivas y subjetivas del trabajo profesional; c) desvendar el cotidiano profesional. Verificamos inicialmente haber veinte y una Trabajadoras Sociales en las treinta y una entidades sociales regularmente inscriptas en el Consejo Municipal de Asistencia Social. Concordaron en participar del estudio diecinueve profesionales. Realizamos una reunión inicial en que estuvieron presentes nueve profesionales para la presentación de la pesquisa y del instrumental, en que incorporamos sugestiones hechas y levantamiento de las profesionales existentes en el municipio. Fue aplicado un cuestionario con preguntas cerradas y abiertas, fue entre julio/08 y febrero/2009. Las diecinueve Trabajadoras Sociales que trabajan en las entidades sociales ocupan veintiocho puestos de trabajo, hay profesionales con dos o más vínculos. Para describir la pesquisa hicimos la trayectoria histórica del Trabajo Social en la introducción para contextualizar el Trabajo Social contemporáneo. En el Capítulo 1, presentamos los datos generales del universo de la pesquisa, de las Trabajadoras Sociales en el municipio, reflexiones sobre la cuestión social y una digresión de la trajetória histórica del Trabajo Social como profesión. En el Capítulo 2, abordamos el perfil profesional y las condiciones técnicas y éticas del trabajo a partir de la concepción de que prestación de servicio se constituye en división de trabajo en la actual sociedad del capital.
