Antalet personer som avlider till följd av trafikolyckor ökade enligt Världshälsoorganisationen [WHO](2015) med 300 000 mellan åren 2000-2014. Vidare förutspår WHO att olyckorna kommer att öka ytterligare och år 2030 kommer detta vara världens sjunde vanligaste dödsorsak och även i Sverige spås denna siffra öka. Stora bussolyckor inträffar med jämna mellanrum och Socialstyrelsen (2010) har listat flertalet mellan 1997-2007 och påvisat faktorer som spelar in i omhändertagandet av skadade. Syftet med studien var att belysa ambulanssjuksköterskans upplevelser vid utlarmning och arbete på skadeplats vid bussolyckan utanför Tranemo. För att svara an till syftet gjordes kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer. Åtta personer intervjuades och materialet sammanfogades som ledde fram till fem kategorier samt elva subkategorier. Resultatet visade att flertalet intervjupersoner upplevde att arbetet på olycksplatsen fungerade bra utefter rådande förutsättningar. Olika känslor upplevdes vid mottagande av larmet och under arbetets gång, bland annat oro och rädslor men även fokusering. Vidare beskrev intervjupersonerna vikten av att ha en öppen och god kommunikation med sin kollega under framkörning och under själva insatsen. Vikten av att öva olycksscenarion ansågs också vara värdefullt för att möta olyckor som denna i framtiden. Samarbetet med räddningstjänst och polis upplevdes fungera bra. Resultatet kan komma att användas för att bidra med en djupare förståelse av hur ambulanssjuksköterskan upplever och hanterar denna typ av olyckor. Forskning stärker intervjupersonernas upplevelser av att kamratskap och god kommunikation kan underlätta hanteringen av svåra situationer som uppstår.

When the Tranemo library moved to new localities in 1991 there were also some changes made to make the library more user-friendly. The purpose of this essay is to see how a useroriented change can be done and how it has been perceived by members of the library staff and the library users. This is done by the following means: l) interviews with members of the library staff, 2) a questionnaire to the users in Tranemo, 3) a comparative questionnaire to users of the libraries in Skara and Lerum. The comparison was concentrated on how the library presents its material. The result of this comparison shows that even though there is a difference among the three libraries, the difference is small and it is impossible to say for sure that it has anything to do with the changes that have been done. The interviews and questionnaire in Tranemo give a positive picture of that library.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyse how the libraries in the district of Tranemo was affected by the fusion of municipalities between 1952 and 1974, when 13 municipalities was merged into one. My major findings are that one of the libraries became the main library and libraries of the other villages became branch libraries. The main library could increase its quality by employ an educated librarian and move to a place that was more adapted to its purpose. The library loans increased. This course of events seems to be common for what happened to Swedish libraries when there were a lot of fusions of municipalities these years.
