Jiří Vopravil, Ph.D. Praha, 2018 Abstract Background: Marijuana in Europe among the most widely used drugs. Her popularity among young people is increasing. According to research by the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and drug addiction are among the countries with the highest prevalence of cannabis use in Europe. Previous research does not specify consumption and ways to obtain marijuana on the black market, and do not provide much more information on domestic production. In recent years, widespread use of cannabis products used to treat health problems. Objective: The aim of the research was to determine how to change the preferences of active users of marijuana in the past two years in the event that grow cannabis themselves or cater to the black market. The partial aim was to clarify the data already published in the author's bachelor thesis on cannabis cultivation in different regions, cannabis seed types, cultivation...

This diploma work focuses on analysis the brand comprehension and advertising strength in retail food-market segmented according to the settlement size within spotřební družstvo Jednota České Budějovice. Also it suggests the changes in promotion strategy of this brand.

The objective of this thesis was to determine relation between macroeconomic indicators development and the development on the capital market in the Czech Republic in phase 2000 {--} 2005. The description of macroeconomic development and the development on the capital market is partial objective. Also this thesis describes changeover from centrally planned economy system to free market economy before year 2000, actual development, trends and determining factors. The evaluation of the relationship between macroeconomic indicators development and the development on the capital market was based on a macroeconomic part of the fundamental analysis.

In this thesis was analysed the prodecure during the import rathan goods from Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Indonesia to the Czech Republic. To alternate targets belonged comparison of the import from the countries of The European Union and from other countries from all over the world. Other alternate target was optimalisation of supply structure of organisation and suggestions of an implementation.

Diploma thesis is focused on analysis of the marketing management in the Hotel Růže with emphasis on the retrieval of appropriate recommendations for future development of this company. The aim of the diploma thesis has been to analyse the system management in chosen hotel. The autor chose the Hotel Růže in Český Krumlov. The analysis was provided on the basis of questionnaire examination and interviewing of the hotel employees. Diploma thesis covers ideas which closely describe possible ways how to solve hotel management system.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse conditions under which a chosen company enters a foreign market, to undertake research of forms of co-operation of the company in foreign countries and to propose possibilities for development and co-operation with business partners. For this thesis I have chosen the company FMP Lignum, a firm specialising in production and sale of block boards and furniture, the registered seat of which is in Humpolec. For the time being their prevailing business activities are on the Czech market, but co-operation with foreign companies is gradually thriving.

This thesis attends to the valuation the effectiveness of selected industrial zone focus on newly created jobs. Firstly, it attends to the problems of the funding for the industrial zone and its advantage and disadvantage. Then recount programs of industrial zones supported by the government and from the European Union. Subsequently it includes the labour market and the tax quota. The practical part is focused on industrial zones in the South Bohemia which were supported by government programs to assess the effectiveness of selected industrial zones focus on the newly created jobs as an instrument for influencing the rate of unemployment in the locality.

Beginning May 1st 2004 the Czech republic became a part of the EU that brought large opportunities to the Czech republic citizens for job seeking abroad. Personally, I have a three-year job experience in Great Britain and would recommend this to anyone who is not afraid to travel outside their country and to get to know different cultures of other EU countries. The aim of this theses {\clqq}Job market in the EU countries and employment opportunities for the Czech republic citizens`` is to find out what destination countries are the most common choice and if CZ citizens are interested in searching for a job in EU at all. I put together a simple questionnaire and handed it out to 50 students and 50 employed CZ citizens. The Effort was to find out the development of employment in EU. The questionnaire inquiries find out the positions of students and employees in foreign countries.
