This thesis on "Possibilities of entrance of Finnish company on the Czech market" is focused on gathering pieces of knowledge about the Czech market and consumerist behavior in the market area of necessary confectionery that leads to suitable methods for the Finnish company Kouvolan Lakritsi to enter the Czech market. Furthermore, the thesis contains the analysis of the Kouvolan Lakritsi internationalization process involved in the selection of the appropriate international cooperation and the scheme for the international programme for the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part presents theoretical details to create a complete analysis of the Czech market, evaluate the internationalization options and design an international marketing plan for the selected company. The constitutive part of the theoretical basis accounts for the description of the use of liquorice especially in food industry. The second part of the thesis introduces the Kouvolan Lakritsi company, so that the reader gains a comprehensive concept of its manufacturing and business activity in the field of liquorice confectionery. It aims to evaluate the current international activities and its potential assertion on the Czech market. It also deals with the analysis of the Czech market in the confectionery area and the consumption development and shopping habits of Czech customers. The third part summarizes the motives of Kouvolan Lakritsi to enter the Czech market, it concretizes the placement of its products on foreign and Czech markets, it selects a suitable method to enter the market and suggests cooperation search and application of the international marketing programme. The final part of the thesis covers the propositions and recommendations for the extension of the thesis in cooperation with a selected consulting company Logio, where the author acts.

The theoretic part of the diploma thesis contains an explanation of the basic terminology of the real estate market and estimation field. The practical part of the thesis deals with the real estate measurement, of a family house and a housing unit in particular. It deals with the issue of measurement of each property itself, including the process of measuring it. The output of the thesis is the overall estimation of the two properties by a comparative method.

Literary review of this thesis is focused on the typology of floristic business units. The author also deals with the definition of terms related to business and describes the establishment, implementation and sales organization in the business unit. In the work the author focuses on sales psychology and work with the customer. The work also includes its own business plan, which the author established as a basis for the company, which will be actually realized in the future. As a tool that should determine the popularity of individual types of florist business units among the citizens of the catchment area was used survey in the form of questionnaires. The evaluation of survey and its own suggestions of business plan are summarized in the results of diploma thesis.

There are described resources, information obtain proceeding, extent and research methods in the first part of the thesis. The fourth chapter, Elemental literary summary, explains basic terms of marketing and public relations. Next part of this charter, deals with description the classification of wines according to different criteria, and explain the differences between the Germanic and Romanic system of labeling wines. It is also explained how the Czech Republic classifies wine as VOC, what are the conditions for its production and what should this sign guarantee. Definitely is not missing a description of VOC Modré Hory and Voc Pálava. In the chapter Trends at the wine market in Czech Republic, we executed an exploration of wine market and marketing surrounding brand analysis. The Communication policy and communications environment chapter describes a role of wine in a society and separates a consumers to the particular segments accoriding to the object groups. The Marketing and terroir chapter explains an acceptance of a role of terroir on the global market and what´s the VOC contribution. How to pass the terroir heritage to the consumer; if a terroir use as an instrument of a tourism, opportunity to emplace just this wine to the plane boards or if use an importance of biodiversity within the framework of marketing terroir message. The Marketing strategy chapter describes an acquisition of clients through the social media, further a potentialities wine investments and the social networks in touch of wine. The fifth chapter summarizes a results of this thesis. Evaluates a gained data and interprets a results of the consumer questionnaire and producer questionnaire. Tha last part of fifth chapter is a verification of defined hypothesis.

The work focuses primarily on the following questions: What is happening with the text from the moment of the manuscript submission to the publisher until the moment when is held in reader's hands for the first time? What subjects, institutions or interests are entering (or may enter) the game during the production, distribution and sale of the book and what is their particular role? What is the form and function of graphical and peritextual components of the book? All questions are answered in regard to the current state of Czech literary culture.
