Marketingová strategie zvoleného subjektu / Marketing Strategy of Selected Enterprise

Master thesis Marketing strategy of selected enterprise is engaged in optimizing the marketing campaign for the launch of the product on the market. Document Scanner DR-C240, which introduces Canon at the B2B market, due to changes in legislations, targeting the sale of the state administration and the executive. The theoretical part defines basic themes and concepts that are the introduction of a product on the market and marketing strategies linked. In the practical part there is analysis of the marketing mix of product, PEST analysis, Porter's model, evaluation of existing strategies, information from an interview with an Canon employee and also financial data analysis. All this is used to formulate recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns. The author also formulates specific recommendations on product and communication level to the selected entity to help overcome a sluggish performance in recent years and has helped in increasing sales.

This thesis describes consumer loans in the Czech Republic in the period from 1993 to 2014. Theoretical part of the thesis begins with a description of most known economical theories, that relate to consumer loans and is afterwards supplemented by description of related macroeconomical indicators, accompanied by the description of consumer theory. Practical part defines the economic and econometric models, both of which are used for quantification of the dependence of consumer loans on various macroeconomical indicators in the Czech Republic. The model is subjected to economical, econometrical and statistical verifications, in order to be applied and used for potencial forecast.

The main subject of the thesis is to determine customer satisfaction with the Kia Motors Czech company cars. In the theoretical part of the thesis is explained the issues of the situational analysis, which is primary used to profit from information, needed for the correct application of the decision-making process of the company's senior management. Part of the situational analysis is market research, which includes the area of market segmentation and the definition of the concepts of targeting and positioning. The situational analysis is in the theoretical part of the work mainly focused on the analysis of the customers, where is defined loyalty and customer satisfaction, customer expectations, fidelity and designed ways of long-term care for the customers of the company. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the monitoring of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the selected company. Part of the work is to select the appropriate system for the measurement of results, which is applied to the selected company. By using a half structured questionnaire is collected data to identify customers, their preferences and requirements for the product, and the evaluation carried out the strengths and weaknesses of the product according to the opinion of the customers of the company. Using the comparison of internal company data and research is carried out a survey of current situation on the market. The conclusion is made a summary of the results achieved and making recommendations for the improvement of the marketing activities of the company and for the streamlining of the company's communication with the customers.

Researched bubbles are dot-com, mortgages and crypto-currencies. In the first teoretical part are described the financial markets, investment instruments, theory of the business cycle, investment analysis and historical speculative bubbles. In the second practical part are identified the causes examined speculative bubbles. In the third part are summarized the results of the practical part.

Analytical part involve specific investor with positive attitude to risks which is basical for choosing suitable investment stratégy with specific portfolio. Impact of student mobilities on employment

The main aim of this thesis is to provide opinions from students and companies about student mobilities and their possible impact on employment and compare if they match. The diploma thesis is also trying to find out if experience with studying abroad influence employability and how. The thesis compounds of theoretical and practical part. First part research the background and development of student mobilities, especially the Erasmus scheme in European Union and provide information about other mobility programmes and the reasons for and against studying abroad. Second part focus on qualitative research among selected companies and quantitative research among students about student mobilities and their impact on employment. The results of the thesis provide information about relationship between studying abroad and future career prospects and can serve as an overview for students who are deciding whether to go study abroad or not as well for employers to have better awareness about their possible candidates´ expectations. The own research found that Czech students gain during the stay abroad valuable experience which can enhance their career prospects, however, there are some differences according to country where student went abroad to.

The Diploma Thesis is divided into the theoretical basis and the practical part that is further divided into descriptive part and analytical part. The theoretical part is proceeding from book publications and websites. The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to determine how foreign direct investments affect labour market in selected countries of the European Union, further to compare and evaluate this influence in these states, and develop recommendations for the Czech Republic how to improve the situation on the labour market through foreign direct investments and other researched variables. These issues were solved in the analytical part of the own work, where were created two single-equation econometric models and on the basis of them was investigated whether foreign direct investment and the average gross monthly wage have an influence on the number of employed in the Czech Republic and Austria. The partial aim of the thesis is to analyze the development of foreign direct investment in the Czech Republic from many different perspectives and also to analyze the development of selected indicators of the labour market. Another aim is to evaluate current condition of the Czech Republic in selected spheres of foreign direct investments and the labour market. These issues were solved in the descriptive part of the practical part. A simple summary of the results of this thesis is that foreign direct investment should not be required with the aim of increase employment.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to build the optimal financial plans for model individuals using appropriate mix of financial portfolios, based on selected parameters and financial analysis. The objective of the literature recherche is a characteristic of the financial instruments that are used in financial planning. The theoretical part is divided into two units. The first defines key concepts in the issues of personal financial planning and financial markets and in the second are characterized available financial instruments. The practical part at first describes the model households and their current financial situations and products. Based on that information is to achieve its goals then build an optimized financial portfolios of financial products. The first household consists of husband and wife, who are thirty years old and have a year-old son. Their income is based on averages for the year 2015 and expenditures on the methodology of the Czech Statistical Office. The main element in this plan is to purchase their own house through a mortgage loan. The second household consists of a single person who is forty years old, is divorced and has two children. The main theme is the creation of long-term reserves, therefore appreciation of free funds through the appropriate mix of the investment portfolio.

The diploma thesis deals with mortgage loans in the introductory part. There is the definition of a mortgage loan and listed its basic types. The thesis deals also with process of provision including the most important requirements: creditworthiness of a client, securing the loan, amount of the loan, the loan agreement, drawing and repayment of the loan. Further this work is focused on the price of mortgage loan and other related aspects such as mortgage bonds, state aid or supplementary loan. In the second part of the thesis there are presented the basic characteristics and the development of the mortgage market in the Czech republic. This part also contains the analysis of current offer of mortgage products by selected banks. The comparison is based on the model example and the most advantageous mortgage loan is evaluated according to selected criteria.

Technická analýza vývoje měnového páru GBP/USD / Technical analysis of the developement of the currency pair GBP/USD

This diploma thesis deals with the technical analysis of the development of the currency pair GBP/USD. It is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The theoretical part is used to define the concepts of Forex market and the issue of exchange rates along with the trading terminology according to the relevant specialized literature and internet resources. There is characterized Forex and its subjects, described the main representatives of the kinds of technical indicators and basic graphic formations that can be commonly found in the charts. Analytical part focuses on the formulation of a business plan before the start of trading, as well as the detailed analysis of selected representatives of profitable and unprofitable transactions realized during the simulated trading on a demo account by Bossa FX for the period from October to December 2015. Afterwards there is tested the relation between the success of the realized transactions and used technical analysis tools. The result of the diploma thesis is the total retrospective evaluation of the simulated trading success rate. The output is the formulation of propositions and recommendations to help especially novice traders to make their trading as successful as possible.
