Projektet ligger i Stadshagen på nordvästra Kungsholmen, där den omkringliggande bebyggelsen består till stor del av större kontorsbyggnader och är mycket varierad i storlek. Fokus låg tidigt på att hitta en byggnadsvolym för den speciella tomt som har angetts för projektet, nämligen den kuperade park en park ovanför tunnelbanestationen Stadshagen. Under projektets gång har avvägningen mellan hur mycket de enskilda lägenheternas kvaliteter ska få styra utformningen av volym och fasad samt hur volymen ska få begränsa lägenheterna varit viktig. Byggnaden innehåller åtta bostadsplan med fyra lägenheter på varje plan. Lägenheterna är utformade samma sätt på alla planen. Den största ligger i det nordvästra hörnet och är 71 kvadratmeter stor med tre sovrum. I det sydöstra hörnet är lägenheterna 66 kvadratmeter stora med två sovrum. I de två andra hörnen är lägenheter med ett sovrum om 55 respektive 56 kvadratmeter. På gatuplan finns ett parkeringshus och på takplan finns gemensam lokal, terrass och tvättstuga för de boende. En mindre lokal ligger mot gatan bredvid tunnelbaneuppgången. Planet ovanför har en ingång från parken för boende och de som jobbar i lokalerna som finns på samma våning samt våningen över. Parken är offentlig mark. / The project is located in Stadshagen in north-western Stockholm. In the beginning of the process the focus was to find a fitting volume for the site given for the project, which is the uneven park above the subway station of Stadshagen. It has also been important to find a harmony between the shape of the volume and the qualities of the apartments, as well as the facades, so that one doesn’t constrain the other. The building contains eight floors of four apartments. Each floor has the same planning. The biggest apartment of three bedrooms is in the northwestern corner and is 71 square meters. In the southeastern corners the apartments are 66 square meters and consist of two bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The other two apartments on each floor consist of one bedroom, kitchen and living room and are 55 and 56 square meters. Within the building is a car park at the ground floor, and on the top floor there are common facilities for people living in the building, such as laundry room and a terrace.  Next to the subway station is a small shop, and the first and second floors are possible to contain offices or other activities. The park is public.
