The objective of this work is analyzes the kinds of homes in condominiums, closed between wall. It presents milestones of all the home condominiums implementations in S?o Jos? do Rio Preto city. The main goal is to analyze the increasing growing of closed plots and residential condominiums implementation mainly in the 90?s, which are the main economic groups playing in the city, how these entrepreneurs achieved the real estate market of closed plots and residential condominiums, what is the government role and how it contributes for the implementation of these units. It also identifies the relation between the government and the real estate agents and discus the changes in the regulatory laws to benefit the residents and real estate agents. It analyzes some theoretical reflections in order to go deeper into the understanding of the social and territorial complex impacts, caused by the implementation of closed plots and residential condominiums. / Reflex?o sobre loteamentos fechados e condom?nios residenciais, que s?o tipos das novas configura??es e se d?o de forma dispersa no territ?rio. Este trabalho busca analisar esses tipos de moradia de forma condominial, fechada entre muros. Apresenta o hist?rico de implanta??o de todos os conjuntos residenciais na cidade de S?o Jos? do Rio Preto. O principal objetivo ? analisar a crescente expans?o da implanta??o de loteamentos fechados e condom?nios residenciais (principalmente na d?cada de 90), quais os principais grupos econ?micos que atuam na cidade e de que forma esses empreendedores chegaram ao mercado imobili?rio de loteamentos e condom?nios residenciais, e qual ? a participa??o do poder p?blico e de que forma ele contribui para a implanta??o desses conjuntos. O trabalho tamb?m identifica a rela??o entre o poder p?blico e os agentes imobili?rios e a troca na legisla??o para favorecimento de moradores e empreendedores imobili?rios. The material traces of these profound changes present a universal human value and the importance of its study and of its conservation need to be recognized. The preservation of the railroad villages shall be motivated by the fact that in these goods a cultural signification is recognized, its aesthetic and/ or historical value, also we can?t despise the symbolic, emotional, afective value, turning them worthy of measures to be tutorshiped for the coming generations. Still, the worries in preserving the railroad villages as historical heritage can be enhanced by the inventory processes, taking in account not only its historical and architectonic value, but also the urban action that turns possible the maintainance of the current residents in the residential complexes. Inside this context, an example is the Companhia Paulista de Estradas de Ferro oppened in Campinas, S?o Paulo state, Brazil, on August, 11, 1872. The purpose was to build a railroad between the cities of S?o Paulo and Campinas. The company built throughout its existence a total of 1,612 houses along its tracks and main railroad junctions. Among the railroad villages built by the Companhia Paulista in Campinas, there is the village existing in the Ponte Preta district. During the last 80 years, the dwellings suffered countless interventions on the side of its residents, adapting them to several tastes and needs. The houses were steadily modified, with the substitution of several constructive components and even with the increase of the built area. In this thesis, we tried to know the changes that occurred in the Village. Still, in the initial phase of the research we noticed the deterioration of the houses, even with life risk of their residents. Thus, given the importance of the preservation of this railroad heritage through an inventory process and the imediate finantial getting for the restauration of the houses, with the aim that the residents may have conditions to continue to live in a safe manner, we applied for the openning of study of an inventory process of the railroad village Ponte Preta being the petition accepted by the Conselho de Defesa do Patrim?nio Art?stico e Cultural de Campinas (Condepacc). The investigations and results constitute the body of the present thesis/dissertation. / A Revolu??o Industrial constituiu o inicio de um fen?meno hist?rico que marcou profundamente uma grande parte da Humanidade, assim como todas as outras formas de vidas existente no nosso planeta e que se prolonga at? anos nossos dias. Os vest?gios materiais destas mudan?as profundas apresentam um valor humano universal e a import?ncia do seu estudo e da sua conserva??o deve ser reconhecida. A preserva??o das vilas ferrovi?rias deve ser motivada pelo fato de, nesses bens, ser reconhecido um significado cultural, seu valor est?tico e /ou hist?rico - n?o se podendo desprezar os valores simb?licos, emocionais, afetivos o que os torna dignos de medidas a fim de que sejam tutelados para as pr?ximas gera??es. Ainda, pode ser destacada a preocupa??o em preservar as vilas ferrovi?rias como patrim?nio hist?rico atrav?s dos processos de tombamentos, considerando n?o apenas seu valor hist?rico arquitet?nico mas tamb?m a a??o urbana que possibilita a manuten??o dos atuais moradores nos conjuntos residenciais. Um exemplo ? a Companhia Paulista de Estradas de Ferro inaugurada em Campinas em 11 de agosto de 1872. O objetivo era construir uma estrada de ferro entre as cidades de S?o Paulo e Campinas, A Companhia em quest?o, construiu durante sua exist?ncia um total de 1.612 casas ao longo de suas linhas e principais entroncamentos ferrovi?rios. Dentre as vilas ferrovi?rias constru?das pela Companhia Paulista em Campinas, h? a Vila localizada no bairro Ponte Preta. Ao longo dos ?ltimos 80 anos, suas resid?ncias sofreram in?meras interven??es por parte de seus moradores, adaptando-as a diversos gostos e necessidades. As casas foram sendo paulatinamente modificadas, com a substitui??o de diversos componentes construtivos e mesmo com o acr?scimo de ?rea constru?da. Dentro desse contexto, procuramos, conhecer as modifica??es ocorridas na Vila. Ainda na fase inicial das pesquisas constatamos a deteriora??o das casas da referida Vila com risco de vida para seus residentes. In order to minimize the problems caused by the inconstant rains, Federal Government has invested resources on the implementation of programs to make feasible the strategical storage of water by means of barriers and dams. As a part of such strategy, the Castanh?o dam, in Cear? state, had its construction started in 1995, having one major impact: the submergence of Jaguaribara, a city 283 km away from Fortaleza. Among threatening, resistance, insecurity, dynamic acceptance and arrival to the new land, people were relocated in another site, rising a new municipality which was named Nova (New) Jaguaribara, inaugurated in 2001. Since its birth, this city features the history of the inlander people, afflicted by dryness and disputes for the power that water represents in the Northeastern midland context. / Cerca de 51 milh?es de brasileiros vivem no Nordeste enfrentando per?odos cr?ticos de estiagem e enchentes. Na tentativa de minimizar as mazelas causadas pelas irregularidades pluviom?tricas, o Governo Federal lan?ou recursos para a implanta??o de programas que viabilizassem a forma??o de estoque estrat?gico de ?gua por meios de barramentos e a?udagem. O reservat?rio do Castanh?o, no Cear?, faz parte dessa estrat?gia e surgiu no ano de 1995 tendo como grande impacto o desaparecimento da cidade de Jaguaribara, situada a 283 km de Fortaleza. Parks are places of great historical and cultural value, of social interaction and are essential to the urban configuration. The study entitled: Parks in the inner cities of Sao Paulo, case studies in the cities of Ribeir?o Preto and Monte Alto, SP , discuss the park in relation of it's concrete situation of territory, with it's different rationalities, global and local, systemic and quotidian, aiming for a wider understanding of the reality of the contemporary spaces. To know the park with it's object and action systems, it was necessary to investigate it in different social aspects, including the economical, the cultural and the spacial. Therefore, studies were made at parks located downtown, in consolidate neighborhoods, gated communities and at the suburbs, in small towns and medium sized cities of Sao Paulo. / Os espa?os p?blicos urbanos tem sido objeto de estudo freq?ente, por?m pouco tem se voltado para o espa?o da pra?a. A pra?a ? um local de grande valor hist?rico, cultural e de intera??o social sendo fundamental na configura??o urbana. The arrival of the railroad, the essential element for the formation of a new urban core, promoted great impact in the organization of the territory, extended in 1875 with the installation of a textile industry in Vila Carioba. The arrival of the highways and the increasing predominance of the road transportation will go to modify the social and economic behavior of the city. The deactivation of the railroad transportation and the abandonment of diverse buildings contributed for the degradation of the central historical core, becoming the focus of discussions about initiatives to be adopted for its recovery. This work analyzed the process of transformations and the intensified actions of requalification in the central area of Americana city from 1970. In 1996 the Municipal City hall of Americana created the commission of revitalization with the objective of requalification of the central area, giving sequence to the initiatives made with the creation of a public pedestrian precinct, aiming to response the existing conflict between vehicles and pedestrians. However, problems of the scope of public politics had remained in the central area, like social segregation, lack of historic heritage preservation, public laziness of constructions, and badly used spaces. The considered projects by the commission had been executed in a superficial and disarticulated manner, without a dialogue with the environment and the historical memory of the users, making difficult the incorporation of the revitalized patrimony in a new urban experience. / Esta disserta??o aborda as transforma??es urbanas de Americana, cidade m?dia paulista com perfil industrial, focando como objeto de estudo sua ?rea central enquanto n?cleo hist?rico central, edif?cios significativos e ?reas p?blicas. A chegada da ferrovia, elemento fundamental para o surgimento do novo n?cleo urbano, causou grande impacto na organiza??o do territ?rio, ampliado em 1875 com a instala??o de uma f?brica t?xtil na Vila Carioba. A chegada das rodovias e o crescente predom?nio do transporte rodovi?rio ir? modificar decisivamente o comportamento social e econ?mico da cidade. A desativa??o do transporte ferrovi?rio e o abandono de diversos edif?cios contribu?ram para a degrada??o do n?cleo hist?rico central tornando o foco de discuss?es sobre as iniciativas a serem adotadas para sua recupera??o. This study, inserted in the realm of productive landscape, analyses the risks and advantages of growing fruit trees for the protection and recovery of the bottom of urban valleys. This questioning has been done by the analysis of technical works that approach correlated subjects and from results of carried through interviews with professionals in diverse areas of knowledge. In these interviews professionals had been requested to present their interpretations according to the possibilities and limitations of the adoption of techniques of productive landscape, as and strategy to protect and recovery of lands located on the border of the urban s waters. It has as general objective, to contribute for the improvement of the water quality and the environment conditions of the water s courses insert into urban mesh, and, as an specific objective, contribute for the formulation of landscape s projects a of protection and recovery of urban hydrographic basis where are foreseen the landscapes qualifications of the lands in the bottom of valleys. / A busca de alternativas para a prote??o e recupera??o dos bens naturais, em especial, a ?gua em seu local de origem, tem sido tem?tica de discuss?o sob diferentes enfoques, nas diversas ?reas de conhecimento. Neste estudo, que se insere na tem?tica do Paisagismo Produtivo, questiona-se a respeito de riscos e vantagens no plantio de esp?cies frut?feras na prote??o e recupera??o de fundos de vale urbanos. Esse questionamento foi feito a partir da an?lise de trabalhos t?cnicos que abordam temas correlatos e a partir dos resultados de entrevistas realizadas com profissionais de diversas ?reas de conhecimento. Nestas entrevistas, os profissionais foram solicitados a apresentar suas interpreta??es quanto ?s possibilidades e limita??es da ado??o de t?cnicas de paisagismo produtivo, como estrat?gia para prote??o e recupera??o dos terrenos situados junto aos corpos de ?gua urbanos. This city was the stage of religious facts that, since 1926, were very important for the local society and have made Tamba? to become known in a national level. Priest Donizetti de Lima Tavares (1882 1955) was the main actor in this history. His religious deeds became miracles, his full active participation in the city events gave him public respect and have become his opinion decisive to solve problems in several fields, causing important changes in the small town of Tamba?. The repercussion of these events wild spread itself considering that the religious deeds, Priest Donizetti Tavares is being investigated by the Vatican in a open process for his beatification. As time passed by, theses memories remain strong in the present time and this project intends to contribute to the preservation of these memories to Tamba? future history. The city still has some of theses places where the religious deeds happened. Nowadays they have become places of memories and also points of visiting for the religious tourism present in the city. This project attempt to justify not only the importance of keeping this memory alive but also to alert to a necessary preservation to future generation of theses Places of Memories . Considering that Tamba? is, by its history, scenario for religious tourism this dissertation attempted also to emphasize aspects directly related with the tourism as a current phenomenon of our society, and particularly the dimensions of religious tourism. There is a great demand of tourists and peregrinators that go to the city to visit these places related to the history of Priest Donizetti. If well planned this tourism may contribute in a responsible way to the preservation of the physical and non-physical patrimonial of the city and generate profits and progress, through the insert of new activities to the several fields in the economy of Tamba?. The Faith Way , recently created, is one of these activities that amplify the interest and the curiosity of new tourists. Seus atos religiosos propagaram milagres, sua presen?a ativa nos acontecimentos da cidade conferiu-lhe uma importante dimens?o p?blica, tornando sua opini?o decisiva para a resolu??o de problemas de v?rias ordens causando grandes mudan?as na pequena cidade de Tamba?. A repercuss?o destes eventos se amplia atualmente tendo em vista que a atua??o religiosa do Padre Donizetti est? sendo investigada pelo Vaticano num processo aberto visando sua beatifica??o. Com o passar dos anos, essas lembran?as permaneceram fortes no presente e este trabalho pretende contribuir para que sejam preservadas para o futuro de Tamba?. A cidade ainda possui alguns dos lugares onde os fatos religiosos se passaram. Hoje eles se tornaram lugares de mem?rias e pontos de visita??o religiosa e tur?stica. Este trabalho justifica a import?ncia de manter essa mem?ria viva e alerta para a necess?ria preserva??o para futuras gera??es destes lugares de mem?ria . Tendo em vista que Tamba? ? hoje, em fun??o de sua hist?ria, cen?rio de turismo religioso a disserta??o procurou enfocar ainda aspectos relacionados com o turismo como fen?meno atual de nossa sociedade, e particularmente para a dimens?o do turismo religioso. Existe uma demanda de turistas e peregrinos que v?o ? cidade para visitar os locais referentes ? hist?ria do Padre Donizetti. Se bem planejado este turismo poder? contribuir de forma respons?vel para a preserva??o do patrim?nio material e imaterial da cidade e gerar lucros e desenvolvimento, atrav?s da inser??o de novas atividades para os diversos setores da economia de Tamba?. O Caminho da F? , institu?do recentemente ? uma dessas novas atividades que ampliam o interesse e a curiosidade de novos turistas. Como conclus?o este trabalho aponta para a necessidade de constru??o de um di?logo entre a hist?ria da cidade e a din?mica atual do turismo visando garantir para o futuro de Tamba? a preserva??o de suas lembran?as e dos seus lugares de mem?ria .

In order to do that, it was chosen for study a part of the east area of the district, where there are five lower and media power habitational sets with it s respective free area systems. In this way, we have a link between the character of use of these areas, along with it s intensity of use and the ecological contribution that they offer to the Municipal District. Annexed to this study there is too an analysis of how the public power of Campinas is acting and planning it s open space systems. / Este trabalho visa estudar os espa?os livres: como s?o utilizados pela popula??o e como contribuem com o Meio Ambiente no Munic?pio de Campinas. Para isto, fez-se um recorte na zona oeste de Campinas, onde estuda-se 5 conjuntos habitacionais de m?dia e baixa renda e seus respectivos sistemas de espa?os livres. Assim, relaciona-se o car?ter desses espa?os com suas intensidades de uso e com a contribui??o ecol?gica que oferecem ao munic?pio. Agregado a este estudo analisa-se tamb?m a forma como o poder p?blico municipal de Campinas v?m atuando e planejando seu sistema de espa?os livres.
