Utenos apskrities vizualių skaitmeninių duomenų bazė / A visual digital database of Utena region

In the first part of this master job was assessed a geographical feature of Utena region. In the same part was described natural condition and natural recourses of territory. In this job specific attention was given to define objects of social geography and to evaluate sectors of urbanization, transport‘s infrastructure, education and industry. The second part represents creation methodic of a visual Digital database of Utena region. To analyze the digital database was indited informative, representing spatial distribution of photographed location maps. In the other part of this job was described an internet web site www.utenosapskritis.info , which was created to represent the Digital database. In this part also was supposed the educological use of this digital database to the creative worksheets and cognitive programs. This master job is dedicated to everyone who is interested in Utena region. Created the visual digital database of Utena region has extensive adaptability worth.

Magistro darbe „Socialinės medijos vaidmuo nekilnojamojo turto komunikacijoje“ apibūdinama socialinės medijos samprata, pagrindiniai bruožai ir funkcionavimo ypatybės, skiriantys ją nuo tradicinės žiniasklaidos. Taip pat nurodomi nekilnojamojo turto komunikacijai būdingi bruožai bei nagrinėjamas socialinės medijos vaidmuo nekilnojamojo turto rinkos dalyvių komunikacijoje. Tema pasirinkta, nes pastaruoju metu pasaulyje ir Lietuvoje socialinei medijai, kaip alternatyviai žiniasklaidos rūšiai, skiriama vis daugiau dėmesio. Socialinė medija, kurios turinį kuria ne grupė žiniasklaidos magnatų, o kiekvienas vartotojas, tampa vis įtakingesnė. Socialinė medija turi daugybę įvairių formų: tai interneto tinklaraščiai, forumai, enciklopedijos, vaizdo ir garso įrašų svetainės, virtualūs žaidimai. Socialinė medija grindžiama interneto technologijų galimybėmis, ji kuriama, padedant antrosios kartos interneto Web 2.0 technologinei platformai. Socialinė medija, kaip alternatyva tradicinei žiniasklaida, turi įtakos ir ryšių su visuomene specialistų darbui, jų pasirenkamiems komunikacijos metodams ir būdams. Socialinė medija yra palyginti naujas reiškinys, jos pradžia siejama su pirmaisiais interneto tinklaraščiais, pasirodžiusiais JAV apie 1994-1997 m. Lietuvoje socialinė medija lig šiol yra mažai tyrinėta ir aprašyta. Šiame darbe remiamasi socialinės medijos teoretiku Tim O‘Reilly, iškėlusiu teoriją apie Web 2.0 kaip technologinę platformą, sudariusią sąlygas formuotis socialinei medijai... The goals of the master work is to define the conception of real estate communication, social media, analyze the features of the social media, analyze the means of the social media and define which of them are the most popular in Lithuania. Also, analyze what is the role of the social media means in real estate communication. This theme for the master work was chosen because social media is one of the new and developing phenomenons in the world and Lithuania. Social media is an alternative to traditional mass media. The main feature of the social media is that its content is created not by professional journalists, but by ordinary people. There are no information gatekeepers anymore. Social media has a lot of types and means, including weblogs, internet forums, internet encyclopedia „Wikipedia“, podcasts, YouTube, Second Life, etc. Social media is based on the developing internet technologies and the Web 2.0. Social media, being an alternative to the traditional mass media, influences business communication and changes ordinary public relations. Due to it, it becomes easier to define target audiences.
