Návrh revitalizace PR Rašeliniště Kapličky a průběžný monitoring vodních a vegetačních poměrů / Concept of the revitalization of Nature Reserve Kapličky peat bog and continual monitoring of water regime and vegetationPAVELCOVÁ, Lenka January 2008 (has links)
The "Rašeliniště Kapličky" Nature Reserve is situated in the eastern part of the Šumava Mts. The reserve contains different peatland vegetation types - ombrogenous and transition bog parts. The area was partly drained due to extensive mining, pasturing and forestry in the past There are variously old drainage canals now. My thesis contains (i) the evaluation of groundwater table fluctuation and its relationship to vegetation composition and the drainage intensity and (ii) the evaluation of plant species composition in differently drained parts of the peatbog. There was strong relationship between actual groundwater table and precipitation, especially in drained areas, the diversity and the occurrence of expansive species were also related to groundwater table. A map of dranaige network inside the peatbog (1 : 3 500) and vegetation map (1 : 4 000) in the ArcMap programme for GIS environment were constructed. In the most drained part of the area the revitalisation measure was proposed {--} installation of wooden dams for blocking of drainage system.

Vzájemné vztahy změn přírodního prostředí a člověka ve starověké Thrákii v době železné: vliv řecké kolonizace / Environmental changes and human land-use interactions in ancient Thrace during the Iron Age: The impact of Greek colonizationParvoničová, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
The present thesis deals with the interrelationship between environmental changes and the Thracian society whose development took place in the surrounding environment undergoing fundamental transformation during the first millennium BC. The more significant impact of increasing human activities on the landscape, namely cultivation of plants and pastoralism, both connected with extensive deforestation, associated with the higher social and economic pressure can be detected since the Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age. In the following phase of agriculture development, since the seventh century BC when the first Greek colonies were founded in the Northern Aegean, Thrace became an important part of the Eastern Mediterranean macro-region. Vegetation cover and its changes influenced by local land-use and livelihoods is studied on the basis of identification and interpretation of anthropological indicators, contained in the plant macroremains and pollen assemblages. Geographically, the palaeoecological and archaeobotanical studies included in this thesis are focused on inland Ancient Thrace, i.e. the territory of the modern Bulgaria. For better understanding of vegetation history, settlement pattern and subsistence strategies, the archaeobotanical records of cultivated and ruderal plants or weeds...

Návrh revitalizace části Knínického potoka / Project of revitalization part of Kninicky brookVyplel, Adam January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the proposal of systematic revitalization of the selected section of the Knínický brook in the cadastral area of Veverské Knínice. It is a straight, very deep channel due to technical adjustments in the past. The HEC-RAS program verifies the capacity of the channel for the Q100 flow. In this way, it was found that the channel has very high capacity so a new route with Q1 flow capacity was designed. Due to the height conditions, the design also included three boulder chutes. Subsequently, the vegetation accompaniment and bank stands were suitably supplemented.

Změny v rozšíření invazních neofytů v břehové vegetaci Berounky / Changes in the distribution of invasive neophytes in the riparan vegetation of the Berounka riverRandová, Nela January 2019 (has links)
Riparian vegetation along the water courses is one of the places that are highly vulnerable to the spread of invasive alien plants. Water corridors allow their easy and rapid spread to new area. The diploma thesis occupies with changes in the distribution of the invasive neophytes in the riparian vegetation of the Berounka river during the years 2015-2018. The objective of this study was to find out how changes in the course of each year will be reflected and whether a certain trend of population development can be traced. In connection with this, the thesis occupies with the possible influence of extremely dry years 2015 and 2018 on the occurrence of invasive neophytes. Field research took place on the banks of the Berounka river from the village of Čilá near Skryje to the confluence of the Berounka and Vltava river in Prague-Lahovice during the summer months in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. The riparian vegetation was divided into 500 ± 150 m long segments. There were 90 segments where the occurrence and abundance of 17 invasive neophytes were mapped. In total, occurrence of 14 taxons was registered. The most frequent taxons were Robinia pseudacacia, Impatiens glandulifera and Solidago sp. in the Berounka riverbank vegetation. The highest number of specimen was recorded for invasive neophyte...

Půdní semenná banka lužních lesů Jižní MoravyPosslová, Jana January 2017 (has links)
This dissertation thesis is dealing with the soil seed bank structure and composition in the flood forests on South Moravia, forest district Valtice. 97 soil samples was taken in 2011 and species composition was evaluated. Data were evaluated by appropriate statistical methods usány programs R, Turboweg and QGis. It was found that the species richness and the seed density is decreasing with the increasing age of the forest stand. Also the ratio of stress tollerant and ruderal species is changing. The soil seed bank is dominated mostly by Urtica dioica.

Využití dat dálkového průzkumu Země pro sledování dlouhodobé dynamiky vegetace na krajinném měřítku / Use of remote sensing data for monitoring of long-term vegetation dynamics on the landscape scaleBrůna, Josef January 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with the use of remote sensing data for studying and monitoring vegetation changes. Thanks to archival materials, we can now make extensive studies at the landscape and global level without the need for large-scale old field data. From the Middle Ages, we can rely on different types of maps, for vegetation studies, these are mainly forestry maps. Since the 1930's, aerial photographs have been available in Europe, and satellite imagery was available since the 1970's. Availability and quality of satellite imagery had increased rapidly during my study. The most recent data source are unmanned aerial systems and methods of processing their data, which allow inexpensive detailed mapping of large areas. The presented publications do not only solve ecological research questions, but also contribute to solving current environmental problems in the Czech Republic, from nature conservation in National Parks and protected areas to monitoring of plant invasions. I have used archival forest maps for the reconstruction and analysis of large disturbances (windthrow and subsequent gradations of bark beetle) in forests of Šumava and the Bavarian Forest in 1868-1870. Species composition, as well as environmental factors derived from digital elevation model, were analyzed. The same topic was also...

Studie návrhu malých vodních nádrží v k.ú. Držková, na lokalitě I.Ottová, Gabriela January 2017 (has links)
My thesis handles the study of small reservoir on the selected area in the village Držková. Small water reservoirs have controlled side tributary, the dam is homogeneous discharge device, gullet, reservoir does not have a spillway. A small pond is part of the design of more elements. This newly created interactive element will act as the landscape, increase biodiversity and ultimately will serve to retain water in the landscape. The resulting proposal was preceded by geodetic survey, field survey locations, meeting with the client and geological survey. Planting of woody vegetation is a part of the water reservoirs construction work.

Rozšíření invazních neofytů v břehové vegetaci Kamenice / The spread of invasive neophytes in the riparian vegetation of the Kamenice riverHolzknechtová, Nikola January 2021 (has links)
Watercourses and especially their riparian vegetation are habitats that are very sensitive to spreading of invasive plant species. Rivers create natural migration routes (corridors) and help propagules to spread quickly and easily. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on plant invasions and covers also the most recent knowledge in the field of invasion ecology. In the practical part of this thesis the spread of invasive neophytes in the riparian vegetation of the Kamenice river in Northern Bohemia is described. The plant species were examined during the field survey along the entire stream of the Kamenice river. In total, common occurence of 7 invasive taxa were recorded, namely Impatiens parviflora, I. glandulifera, Reynoutria japonica, R. sachalinensis, R. bohemica, Solidago gigantea and S. canadensis. The distribution of observed taxa along the stream as well as on the banks was relatively uneven.
