Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze azylové a imigrační politiky České republiky a Řecka v kontextu nadnárodní, azylové a imigrační politiky EU, která slouží jako doplněk nadnárodních politik členských zemí. Posuzuje komplexnost daných politik v obou zemích: její vývoj a následné fungování, přičemž důraz je kladen na působení EU na vnitřních struktury obou těchto zemí. Analyzován je primárně vliv na jednání vlád, podobu legislativních zákonů a jejich novelizací a mechanismů pro začleňování cizinců do společnosti. Důraz je kladen primárně na analýzu případu České republiky, druhá vybraná země, Řecko je zvolena jako kontrastní případ země, která je dlouholetým členem EU a disponuje bohatou zkušeností s migračními toky. Práce proto usiluje o možnou komparaci těchto zemí s cílem zjistit, zda by Řecko mohlo být z těchto důvodů možným příkladem v řízení azylové a imigrační politiky. Jednání vlád jsou shrnuta do čtyř zvolených časových rámců: 1993-1996, 1996-2004, 2004-2007, 2007-2015. Práce je zasazena do teoretického rámce konceptu evropeizace a teorie ekonomické migrace, za pomocí kterých jsou vysvětlovány změny ve vnitřních strukturách v ČR a Řecku. The diploma thesis Sequel novel in the Czechoslovakian press from 1945 - 1948 deals with historical content analysis of three newspapers: Lidova demokracie, Svobodne slovo, Rude pravo and seven magazines: Kveten, Novy svet, Svet v obrazech, Rada zen, Kvety, Sobota and Vyvoj in the period of time 1. 1. 1945 - 31. 12. 1948. Theoretic part consists of historical context of fiction in newspapers as well as magazines and also explanation of situation in political and the media sphere, mostly in the press in above mentioned period. Ministry of information played a big part in a postwar press development and it had monopoly on entire paper used for making printed material and thanks to that fact they had newspapers and magazines publishers in a Czech territory under control. The practical, mainstay part of dissertation is focused in describing the issue of sequel novels by their detailed analysis in particular periodic, which has various specializations and represents different political part. Novels are thoroughly analyzed, it's story is described and the main topic of each series is defined. Emphasis are put on data, numbers of publication, number of novel's parts, novels authors, their nationality, political orientation and their literary style. Submitted diploma thesis brings the life fates of František Machník, last political minister of the national defence of the first Czechoslovak republic. He was one of the political symbols of the army in 30´s as the representative of the Agrarian party. He soon found that the possible new army conflict among nations could be very real. The whole European effort of keeping Versailles´ peace system was absolutely desperate. Machník became propagator of the nation´s military ability, he popularized the army in the public view and he inspired thousands of people for her. He gave her technic and institutional laws. He was interested in the financial support of the building of the border´s fortification. This diploma work tries as first to map Machník´s life from the very beginnings over his studies, teacher´s and school director´s career and MP activities. It looks on his early enter to the Agrarian party and his work for Agrarian academics. The three - years ministerial career emphasizes two important moments - the law of the national defence and Machník´s decree. WWII brought him first suffering - the Gestapo investigation and then he was sentenced to death and this was changed to life imprisonment. The author of this work is also interested in Machník´s postwar investigation and trial by the National Court in the year 1947. It was followed with the communistic trial in 1952 and 5 years imprisonment. The end of the thesis concentrates on the sad Machník´s retirement after the amnesty in 1953.

The thesis The Attempts of Spain at Power Recuperation in the sixties of the 19th Century analyzes five actions of military and naval character undertaken by the Spanish Monarchy out of its territories roughly between the years 1858 and 1866, along with their preconditions, circumstances, course, and results. In the comparison with two actions realized or initiated by Spain as early as towards the close of the 1850s (her participation in the French intervention in Vietnam in 1858-1863, the war against Morocco in 1859-1860), an profounder attention is paid to three interventions effectuated from 1861 in the American countries which still approximately four decades before had been creating components of her great overseas empire (the reannexation of Santo Domingo in 1861- 1865; the participation in the so-called Tripartite Intervention in Mexico in 1861-1862; the naval expedition towards the South America's Pacific watersides that culminated in Spanish-Peruvian controversy of 1864 and afterwards, in the so-called First Pacific War, managed in 1865-1866 by Spain against the South America's Pacific republics, primarily against Chile and Peru). This thesis focuses on the use of political marketing during elections to the Chamber of Deputies in Czech Republic in 2013. Aim of the thesis is both to analyze political campaigns and their impact on voters, but also what kind of influence they had on the final outcome of the election. The work is divided into a theoretical part, which describes the evolution of political marketing both in the world and in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the analytical part, which is currently focused on the analysis of political campaigns before the elections. And lastly, the thesis contains practical part, which focuses on research of current situation and the political perception of voters and their current electoral preference.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to describe the issues of structural and regional policies of European Union in the Czech Republic and to create general knowledge about running of drawing financial resources from EU funds for a particular project from an applicant´s perspective. The theoretical part deals with the origins of European Union and formation of regional policy of EU. Afterwords it is focused on the formation of regional policy in the Czech Republic and the project cycle. In practical part the project cycle is applied on a particular project Enlargement of nursery schools in Jihlava – Nursery school Nad Plovárnou 5, Jihlava from setting the targets, applying for the grant and up to the realization of the project itself.

- The thesis is focused on relations between Sweden and Brandenburg in the years 1660 - 1701. Although Sweden is considered as an empire practically all over the 17th century, a new, important power rises in its neighbourhood, namely Brandenburg-Prussia, and this rise is finished by the Royal coronation of Fredrick I in 1701. Main part of the thesis is dedicated to the political and military relations, less to the cultural relations. Even other countries, following and protecting their interests in the Baltic region, are taken into account, especially Denmark and France. The aim of the thesis is to analyse relations between Sweden and Brandenburg and to try to find an answer on the question, if Sweden's focus on its internal problems and reforms contributed to the rise of Prussia or if there is no direct connection between these two tendencies. This thesis is focused on the transformation of hospitals into joint stock companies from 2010 to the end of 2011. It is primarily aimed at actors, their actions, positions, attitudes and interests in this process. Furthermore, it is concerned with the question of the public vs. private interests in terms of health protection, ensuring the availability and quality of healthcare. The transformation process of hospitals and the position of actors is explained by the combination of economic and public policy theory - neoliberalism, economic globalization, New Public Management and Advocacy Coalition Framework. We explain actions, attitudes and interests of actors in the transformation process of hospitals by using research methods such as an analysis of selected events in health care and research of actors' actions. These research methods are based on different methods of data collecting such as semi-structured and informal interviews, a questionnaire survey and the study of secondary sources. This thesis addressed the arms export control in the Federal Republic of Germany during the tenure of chancellor Helmut Kohl and Gerhard Schröder between 1989 and 2005. To this end this thesis elaborated an analytical framework, which analyses this phenomenon thought government arms export policy. Due to lack of preceding research in this area it was necessary to devote significant space for conceptual definition of the arms export policy and contextualization of analytical framework. It was argued that arms export policy of the Federal Republic of Germany should be analyzed as a passive sub-category within security policy. Analytical framework employed to analyze the period between 1989 and 2005 thus reflected four factors or standpoints that exert influence on arms export policy (foreign pressures, security policy, European coordination and legislative and institutional framework). This thesis designed as disciplined interpretive case study posited two hypothesis based on concepts that have been partially applied to arms export phenomenon in different context and time period. This thesis re-evaluates a positive reply given by the majority of existing secondary literature on the question of whether J. L. Fischer was a democrat and a theorist of democracy. On the other hand, some features of the author's work can cast doubts on his political orientation, and the existing secondary literature does not provide a clear disapproval of these doubts. The core of this thesis then lies in forging a newly designed interpretation of the author's compositional philosophy foregoing the Second World War. We are using the existential "bloody disjunction" of the author as our interpretational key with the hope that it can allow us to explain even the most difficult parts of J. L. Fischer's work constructively to the "uninformed reader". We are recognizing the specificity of this work as an author's-actor's creative expression. Therefore its internal expressional structure should not be reduced solely to the theoretical component without attention paid to the strong philosophical, artistic, and charismatic ambitions of the creator.
