Využití regenerace studenou vodou v plaveckém tréninku / The use of regeneration of the cold water in the swimming training

Uhrová, Denisa January 2018 (has links)
Title: Use of the cold water regeneration in swimming training. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the cold water regeneration is used in training process by swimming clubs of the Czech Republic. Methods: The research was implemented through the questionnaire method. The data collection was carried out within the Czech Republic's swimming clubs registered under the Czech Association of Swimming Sports. The mathematical - statistical method was used to process acquired data. Visual and tabular representations were used to facilitate their visual analysis and overall assessment. Results: The results of the questionnaire method indicated how the cold water regeneration is used by swimming clubs of the Czech Republic. It has been found that swimming coaches in the Czech Republic use cold water regeneration to a minimum. It has been confirmed that the reason is low awareness of the regeneration method. Another reason was the inadequacy of the demonstrable effects of a given regeneration method for swimming. The noticeable value of the results was reduced by low returns of the questionnaires. Keywords: Swimming training, recovery, cold water, regeneration.

Interakce podzemní a povrchové vody v době hydrologického sucha v nivě horní Lužnice / Interaction of groundwater and surface water under period of hydrological drought in the floodplain of the upper Lužnice River

Korejs, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
The object of this thesis si to evaluate the interaction of groundwater and surface water under the period of hydrological drought in the floodplain of the upper Lužnice river. The thesis tries to show the influence of the groudwater in the river floodplain during the period of hydrological drought and its correlation with the surface water state. The area of interst of the upper Lužnice is characterized by a unique ecosystem of unique natural value. It is a preserved river floodplain, which plays an irreplaceable role in fluvial processes, especially in water retention. The objectives were solved based on the monitoring of groudwater and surface water states from data obtained from the PřF UK profiles, which are represented by boreholes aross the floodplain and level meters in the watercourse. From the data obtained, it was possible to create a final analysis and to determine the behaviour and the mutual interaction between the surface water and groundwater in this natural floodplain. A detailed analysis has confirmed, that the interaction between watercourse and the floodplain and its retention potential. It can be said that during the hydrological drought, the water state or discharge in the watercourse is improved by water from the floodplain. The subsidy is only evident in certain stretches of...

Vliv vodních ploch na nové uspořádání pozemků v rámci komplexní pozemkové úpravy / The influence of water areas on proposal of new land layout within comprehensive land arrangement

KAMENICKÁ, Šárka January 2012 (has links)
In my work study I was evaluating na influence of water areas on proposal of new land layout within comprehensive land arrangement of Branná district. Analyzing current hydrology situation I found that in this location there are 17 ponds of measurement between 1 hectare and 43,5 hectares. To improve hydrology conditions I have suggested some appropriate actions. I was observing 8 ponds which were included in the program of Complex land adaptation running between 2006 and 2011. On the basis of maps of the ex-land registry, the estate cadastre and new digital maps of this area I was comparing measurement, differences in proportions and changes of property. Some amendments has been described in more detail.

Analýza dopadů na obyvatelstvo Jihočeského kraje při výpadku prvku kritické infrastruktury - vodní hospodářství / Impact analysis in population in the South Bohemia and failure of critical infrastructure element - water management

BERKOVÁ, Pavla January 2012 (has links)
Sufficient quantity of good quality of drinking water is essential for human society. The existence of life, including life of man is conditioned by water. Water has a large impact on quality of life that we lead. In our conditions it is commonplace that we have unlimited access to drinking water which is provided through the public water supply system. Quality of drinking water in the Czech Republic is strictly monitored and the water from public water supply system has required quality and wholesomeness. The role of society is to ensure that this state will continue in the future. For this reason, water management became a part of critical infrastructure. The main purpose of this thesis is to map the impacts of drinking water supply system interruptions to the population of South Bohemia. This thesis was based on quantitative research and applied the method of secondary analysis of document.

Pitný režim pro seniory z pohledu sortimentu a ročního období / SENIORS´DRINKABLE REGIME CONSIDERIN the PRODUCT ASSORTMENT and PARTICULAR SEASON

SVOBODOVÁ, Michala January 2012 (has links)
This diploma work is aimed at the basic information about the importance of the drinkable regime especially at elderly people and at the topic of the drinkable regime at seniors in collective facilities in general. The theoretical part contents information about the process of human organism ageing and about the importance of the drinkable regime in senior age. It solves health consequences while the drinkable regime is not being kept sufficiently and it specifies the drinkable regime in senior age during hot and colder periods of the year. In particular chapters there are specified different kinds of water, their elements, particular parts of beverages and their pertinence for the senior population. The practical part analyses the results of the research that was performed by means of anonymous questionnaires in the facilities for seniors and in hospitals for patients under long-term treatment. These questionnaires are aimed at the frequency, amount and the assortment of the consumed beverages in particular periods of the year and it should reveal if the seniors are well informed about the drinkable regime in connection with their health condition. The research has proved that seniors are sufficiently informed about the principles of the drinkable regime but they are often limited by the financial situation or by the level of their self-support.

Vodní a mokřadní lokality v povodí jezera Medard. / Water and wetland localities in the watershead of Medard quarry lake.

FAFÍLKOVÁ, Veronika January 2014 (has links)
I monitored the chemical parameters of surface waters in wetlands and watercourses in the vicinity of Lake Medard (newly filled residual pit after brown coal mining). The characteristics of surface waters were described by means of their physical, chemical and biological indicators. The values obtained were compared with normal surface waters in the Czech Republic. I also assessed water quality and determined eutrophication. The chemical composition was compared in space and time. The most important finding is the high variability of waters in a relatively small area. Another is that the examined surface waters do not usually exhibit the typical characteristics of acid mine waters. The locations of interest are characterized by high levels of dissolved solids in water. High concentrations of sulphates are the most problematic of the found anions. In the case of cations, the following dissolved metals had high concentrations: Na, Ca, Mg, Zn, Mn and Fe.

Optimalizace procesu sušení trvanlivých masných výrobků / Optimization of the drying processes of preserved meat products

BORKOVCOVÁ, Alena January 2014 (has links)
My thesis which deals with optimization of durable meat products processing. Research has found that during drying a durable meat product, there has been a gradual water loss and impairment of aw below 0.85. Fat and salt levels were rising. Measured values show that an optimum time to dry durable meat products is 42 days and it should be done gradually. Measurements have shown that the results are strongly influenced by random variations. Only the difference in the average proportion of fat between 7th and 14th day wasn´t proved at the 5% level of significance.

Analýza pitného režimu studentů Vysokého učení technického v Brně / Analysis of drinking mode of university students Czech republic

PULKRÁBOVÁ, Veronika January 2018 (has links)
The theme of the diploma thesis is "Analysis of drinking regime of University of Technology Brno". In theoretical part of task I worked with water, how it works in body, different kinds of water, consuption and how to finish water. Also I focused on dehydration. Theoretical part includes non-alcoholic drinks, alcoholic drinks and contains many recommandations how to manage with it. As a milk has separated chapter. In the end we will find excretory system and how is working. Main part is questionnaire which filled out 1224 students. The results shows that students do not waste, they drink periodically during day and enough of amount drinks. Their favorited drink is a tap water, which is best for drinking regime. However, students do not drink completely regularly, very often after feeling thirst. More then 80% students drink alcohol but in acceptable rate. Coffee is popular drink and almost everyone drinks recommended amount.
