Previous issue date: 2008-12-19 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / Discourse Analysis (DA) has a great value in today s linguistic studies, being vital to Human
Sciences scientific knowledge. In this study, DA has been associated to the knowledge
related to the concept of the heterogenic constitution. The DA aims to interpret the processes
of discourse production, taking into account the subject which produces the discourse and the
factors that might influence the subject. This academic paper is intended to analyze the
articles in the column Papo de Lider , written by Eugenio Mussak, in the magazine Voce
S/A, with the objective of showing the examples of heterogeinity contained in these
discourses. As a theoretic reference, the ideas of Authier-Revuz (based on Bakhtin s
conceptions) will be used. While referencing ideas related to the point of view of dialogism,
this paper will try to search for constitutive voice that are present in the discourse of Eugenio
Mussak, in search for unity and coherence and the power relations proposed by Pecheux, as
well. The articles of the magazine column Papo de Lider were chosen as the basis of this
study due to its relevance and innovation to the studies of language, related to the business
area. / A Análise do Discurso (AD) representa um valor importante nos estudos lingüísticos atuais,
sendo de grande significado para os conhecimentos científicos nas áreas das Ciências
Humanas. Neste estudo, a AD está associada aos conhecimentos que permeiam os conceitos
sobre a heterogeneidade discursiva, buscando interpretar os processos de produção dos
discursos, ao considerar o sujeito produtor e os fatores que o influenciam. Baseando-se nessa
teoria, pretende-se fazer uma análise e reflexão sobre os textos da coluna Papo de Líder ,
escrita por Eugênio Mussak, presentes na Revista Você S/A, tendo por escopo apresentar as
marcas de heterogeneidade contidas nesses discursos. Como referência teórica será utilizada a
proposta de Authier-Revuz, baseada nas concepções de Bakhtin. Com conceitos centrados em
pontos de vista do dialogismo, este trabalho buscou as vozes constitutivas que atravessam os
discursos de Eugênio Mussak, na busca de unidade e coerência, bem como as relações de
poder propostas por Pêcheux. A proposta de estudar os artigos de opinião da coluna Papo de
Líder se deu pelo fato de ser relevante e inovadora para os estudos da linguagem, atrelados
aos conhecimentos na área administrativa.
