Švietimo misija - pagalba ugdytiniui, suvokiant šiuolaikinį pasaulį, įgyjant kultūrinę ir socialinę kompetenciją ir tampant savarankišku žmogumi. Praktinė, socialinė ir darbinė veikla suvokiama kaip sudėtinė ugdymo proceso dalis. Specialiųjų poreikių asmenų ugdymas bei integracija į visuomenę - galimybė jaunam žmogui tapti maksimaliai savarankišku bendruomenės nariu ir išvengti socialinės atskirties ir skurdo. Profesinėse mokyklose siekiama ne tik išmokinti profesijos, bet ir parengti nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto mokinį savarankiškam gyvenimui. Pedagogai teoretikai ir praktikai teigia, kad specialiųjų poreikių jaunuoliai, baigę profesines mokyklas ir įsigiję specialybę, sunkiai adaptuojasi darbo rinkoje ir visuomenėje, nesugeba savarankiškai gyventi.
Problema: darbe analizuojama specialiųjų poreikių jaunų suaugusių verslumo kompetencijos ugdymo problematika. Tyrimo objektas: specialiųjų poreikių jaunų suaugusiųjų verslumo kompetencijos ugdymas.
Tyrimo tikslas: nustatyti specialiųjų poreikių jaunų suaugusiųjų verslumo kompetencijos ugdymo ypatumus. Uždaviniai: apibrėžti verslumo kompetencijos sampratą, įvardinti specialiųjų poreikių jaunų suaugusiųjų mokymo(si) ypatumus, atskleisti specialiųjų poreikių jaunų suaugusiųjų profesinio mokymo(si) specifika, atskleisti specialiųjų poreikių jaunų suaugusių verslumo kompetencijos plėtotės galimybes Kauno statybininkų mokyklos reabilitaciniame profesinio rengimo skyriuje, įvardinti “Socialinių gyvenimo įgūdžių” programos privalumus... Professional schools aim not only to teach the profession, but also to prepare the student of slightly unsettled intellect for the independent life. Theoreticians and practical teachers state that the youth with special needs, after finishing the professional schools and acquiring the specialties, difficultly adapt in the labor market and in the society; they are not able to live independently.
The problem: the work analyzes the problem of enterprise competence education of young adults with special needs. The object of the research: education of enterprise competence of young adults with special needs.
The aim of the research: to determine the peculiarities of enterprise competence education of young adults with special needs. The tasks: to define the concept of enterprise competence, to name the teaching (learning) peculiarities of young adults with special needs, to reveal the specifics of professional teaching (learning) of young adults with special needs, to reveal the possibilities for the development of enterprise competence of young adults with special needs in Kaunas constructors´ school rehabilitation professional preparation division, to name the advantages and disadvantages of the programme “Social life skills”.
